Now that schools back in session on my way home from dropping off my daughter I always stop at this location. I have 10 month old twins so it's hard for me to get down and get my order. This location always has availability for the mobile orders to be delivered to your car. I love that they have that option. The baristas are always super friendly when they bring me my order. Came by on Saturday morning when they first opened, to pick up some ice blended coffee to share with the fambam. I got French vanilla, hazelnut and caramel ice blended - large. Picked up 2 dozen of those cute donutholes to share. Drinks and donuts taste great, same as other locations, but what got me was the wait time. I only had 1 person ahead of me who ordered a black coffee, but I had to wait 15 mins before they even started to blend my drink. But the time I got my order, I was already there for 35 mins. I will most likely come back if it was suggested by someone else. read more

Share the same building with Baskin Robins, not sure if they open the same hours or if the Dunkin people scoop ice cream too. Surprised how busy it was on a weekday morning. Cold Brew, large - $3.69 - It is usually strong but it was over iced which caused it to water down fast. Next time I will get no ice. Iced Latte, large - $4.25 - So sweet! Waited 15 minutes for a dozen donuts. Once the cashier realized I was STILL there, she looked for my order ticket and tells me they are out of donuts and she will give me what's left, or she will refund me. Really? The girl who's always there, Steph Lugo. Honestly she's soooo rude. And she never likes to have the registers open. Always tells everyone to use the self order machine which is kinda annoying. She always has a stank face like girl quit if your not happy working with customers. This Dunkin location is fairly new to south El Monte. I came in and the establishment was really clean. It's combined with a Baskin robins which is really convenient if you're craving ice cream too. I got a medium iced vanilla latte with almond milk. The coffee is good but was a little too sweet for my liking. I usually go to this location, but It has changed a little over time with their services. I understand it's summer time and the weather can throw us off, or if there is a high volume of orders-- however, a little compassion and acknowledgment can go a long way. I didn't get their names but whoever was working today at 3 PM did a poor job at providing customer services. I went with my father and it just gave me a confirmation that I should just stop coming back. The coffee was kind of watered down, and the avocado toast did not come out the way I expected (it was missing tomatoes & that was the main reason why I ordered it). On top of that, the lady who was helping us was subtly inconsiderate. We were waiting patiently for our turn to order with her and she still asked the people behind us if they were first when we were first in line a while ago. Got pretty excited that this new location opened...since it's so conveniently located by the freeways. Went in and got 5 munchkins and an iced coffee. The cashier was friendly and helpful: perfect first impression. For my iced coffee, I asked for 1 pump of hazelnut and "a tiny tiny bit of cream." Paid and waited for my drink. Someone yelled out my number and slid my drink on the counter, mind you, there's only 1 other person waiting for their order, and they're on the Baskin Robbins side. My iced coffee looks like a milk with 2 tablespoons of coffee. I wait for another associate to come by the counter, and when she does, she just stares at me blankly. I ask "Excuse me..I asked for just a tiny bit of cream..is it possible to pour some of this out and add more iced coffee?" She doesn't say anything, takes the cup, and goes behind the glass. She comes back, slides it over and walks away. Okay... I'm assuming that's the best I'll get. The cup is full of cream on the outside now, and it's maybe .0004 shades darker. I go to the napkin station, wipe my cup down, and call it a day. Not sure why there's 3/4 cream and 1/4 coffee, but they're clearly not interested in happy customer service here, and I don't feel like going back or having a weird argument about my paid order.
