Donuts were undercooked and everyone of them were "flat" - see the pictures, which were taken just a couple of hours after purchasing. Each bite was not good, it had a weird soggy taste. My immediate thoughts after opening the box were: 1) the owner messed up this batch and sold it anyway. If that's true, it's a terrible business model. They should have tossed and start over instead of selling such a bad batch. 2) this is how they make and sell their donuts. If this is true, I can't imagine anyone who would want to eat these? Overall, it was my first time trying this place. Its sad they'd sell such bad batches. I'd normally give a place a second chance, but this was the worst so I won't be back. A small cozy donut shop that's serves a variety of Sandwiches, Boba Drinks, Coffee, Ice Cream and more. Cigarettes and Scratchers are sold here as well. I came a couple hours before closing and they seemed pretty busy. A handful of men were chatting and and playing the Scratchers/lottos numbers. They was a small wait for the man running the store was quite busy. The only downside was how warm it was inside. Perhaps the air conditioning was not working at the time. There is a surcharge for those who spend less than 10 dollars and decide to use a debit card. read more

Randomly chose this place because it was near my destination and I was craving some donuts. The lady greeted us right away when we walked in and was very nice. We got a half dozen donuts, good assortment of all your basic donuts. There were glazed, chocolate, sugar and others in the classic round and log shapes. Also old fashioned and a bunch of cake donut flavors. The donuts were so fresh, soft and delicious!! My expectations were neutral and I was blown out of the park. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again for more donuts in the future. Just keep in mind that they do charge $0.50 for credit card transactions. So make sure you bring cash. Nice family owned place with a sweet selection of glazed and croissant covered delights. Size of the donuts are regular and they have a couple of unique donuts as well like what looked like a long john with whip in between. I love this place go here every weekend sometimes even 2x. The ladies working there are very nice and always welcoming. The strawberry smoothie boba is the best. Just the smoothie alone is the best even if you dont like boba you taste the real strawberries. Donuts are always freshly made. Saw an Instagram pic of a Skronut, so I had to try this place. Service: Excellent. I was a pain because my boyfriend refused to go with me, but wanted donuts and was picky, so they had to keep asking me if I was ready while I waited for him to tell me what he wanted. When I was ready, they were very pleasant. I was suprised at how efficient they were on a Monday morning. I got the apple pie Skronut and a plain glazed donut. Both were excellent initially, but I was left with the aftertaste of old grease. I'd like to try again when it is fresh, so I could enjoy these more. The fluffy, light plain glazed would be my go to. Closest to my favorite place in Houston. I'm pretty new to LA, so the $10 credit card minimum seemed high, but may be normal for the area. It's the first CC minimum I've run into out here. Who would have thought this random deli/donut shop would have some pretty decent boba for $1.50-$1.99 ($2.50 for with boba) they have a full MK menu that looks like it was ripped right out from a Lollicup! I played it safe with honey milk tea- I was impressed that $2.50 could get what would be a "large" at usual boba places! I took my first hesitant sip and *BAM* I was hit with a zing of sweet-ness. Maybe made overly sweet with the honey flavor but still I learned to like it, I'm still sipping on it! The place amazed me with the range of things they sell from shiny glazed donuts (cheap!) to crossiant sandwiches ($3.50!) Place is plastered with random Mexico calling card ads and lottery scratch cards. But surprisingly clean. Will be back if I ever need a quick boba fix at work :) read more

I had some time to kill and decided to come by and buy some lottery tickets. The worker seems a little slow when cashing in peoples winnings but she is fast when you get other things like donuts, drinks, or other items from their vast menu. What they have to offer were many classic donuts, croissants, sandwiches, and boba drinks. The interior looks like your classic donut shop with yellow tables, there were 4 of them and seats 4 each. They have a wall of lottery winnings on one side and the other had items you can get all over. It's hard to review a doughnut shop because just about all of them use the same technique of deep-frying sugared dough. SK Donut is nice and clean on the inside, and they sell a large variety of breakfast sandwiches, croissants, muffins, and other things besides doughnuts, such as lottery tickets and boba. However, they haven't reinvented the doughnut or found a way to make it cheaper or more aerodynamic. Also, a few times I went there, I found their doughnuts and muffins to be a bit old and stale, though I suppose that's just bad luck on my part. Lastly, their coffee is somewhat weak like what you'd get at a gas station, but that's to be expected. That being said, the proprietors are nice people, and they do try to make the best of things. read more

I went in to this donut place because it's the closet one in my area and I told the lady I want a Thai tea with a little bit of ice and I told her I want it with boba and then at the last minute she tells me I'm sorry my friend no more boba and she kept the 75 for the extra for boba and that's not a problem to me but when I specifically asked for a little bit of ice she gave me more ice than the actual tea itself and hers the thing she's done the same thing 2 times so know I felt the need to say something .
