Amazing and fresh Mexican Bread selection. Call ahead for prepackaged order to take back home with you on the plane! CA - MD ! Thank you for everything. We will ALWAYS stop here the day we arrive and then the day before we leave Cali to bring home with us! Excellent packaging for travel - above and beyond! EXCELLENT!

It's a small bakery but they have friendly, fast service. Called in beforehand to pick up 3 dozen conchitas and it was ready in 30 minutes. Coworkers and I enjoyed them. Not dry like some bakeries.

This cheesecake is very dry and has no flavor or sweeteners whatsoever.

I came to get a pan Dulce. I did up choosing a cheese cake. It was dry old and no sweetness whatsoever. I'm very disappointed. I will never be back again. No bueno!

We used to come here a lot, but everyone started being on their diets. I finally came back today to get some pan for work because of the holidays. I got a bunch of freshly made pan and it was delicious. I want to come back for the tamales, champurrado, and atole one day. Everyone who worked there was friendly and so helpful.

So I covered my bases by asking if they were going to be open on Christmas day, both ladies said yes until 3pm. So I placed an order. Here I am at 9am on Christmas and they are closed. They asked for my number, but for what?! No phone or text message to let me know that they were going to be closed. Poor customer service, management that doesn't know their own schedule and the lack of Business ethic to notify a customer if things change. I'll be back to get my money back and NEVER come back again. Next time place a sign so customer know what's going on Thanks for nothing La Morenita Bakery

I just think there's better spots that sell conchitas, but it'll suffice if you need a quick breakfast and craving for it.

Items are self-serve, with the exception of a few refrigerated desserts and drinks, and you pay at the counter. There are a few stools inside, but otherwise no interior/exterior seating - it's more of a grab & go type establishment anyway. No restroom. Limited parking is available in the small shared lot, or you can try to find street parking (no issues with space in the morning). Mild noise level. They offer a good variety of both sweet and savory breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as meat buns, premade and custom cakes, and a few drinks. Everything I've tried so far has been flavorful, moist, and tasty. I will definitely be back to try the cake slices. Prices are fair. This is one of my favorite places, especially when I'm buying bulk amounts to feed friends. 10/10 recommend.

I've driven past Gokí Café countless times on my way to work and finally decided to stop in--and…read moreI'm so glad I did. For those who aren't familiar, Gokí Café draws inspiration from the flavors and traditions of Oaxaca, Mexico, which is reflected throughout the menu. You'll find everything from horchata and mazapán lattes to Oaxacan-inspired drinks, pastries, and food items. I ended up ordering the iced Horchata Latte and an oatmeal cranberry pecan cookie. One important tip: mix the latte before taking a sip. The espresso sits at the top while the milk settles at the bottom, so giving it a good stir makes all the difference. Once mixed, it was absolutely delicious. You could taste the horchata, cinnamon, and espresso all working together perfectly. It was smooth, flavorful, and definitely strong enough to get me through my morning. The oatmeal cranberry pecan cookie was equally impressive. It was soft, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the coffee. Honestly, I finished both much faster than I intended. The café itself is beautiful inside. It's clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. One thing I especially appreciated was the study/work area along the wall. Each seat has its own outlet nearby, which makes it a great place to bring a laptop and get some work done without fighting over charging space. The only challenge is parking. The café is located near the railroad crossing, and the parking lot is fairly small. If you arrive during a busy time, you may need to look for street parking or park nearby. Getting out can also take a little patience if a train happens to be passing and traffic begins to back up. The owners and staff were welcoming, and while English may not be their first language, they were kind, patient, and made every effort to communicate with customers. If you speak Spanish, that can definitely make things a little easier as well. Overall, this is a charming local café with unique drinks, excellent pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu because there were so many items I wanted to try.
