I love Dunkin' Donuts but what I don't like about this location is the the service I received. I was asking a question about a new drink because I wanted to know the new flavors they have and the cashier named Luz just pointed at the menu and said she didn't know what I was talking about and did not even bother to help me out. I ended up ordering something diff and while I was waiting for my drink to be made she just went and did something else on the other register. Another worker was making my bagel and I still had to wait for someone to make my 2 drinks I asked for. Still waiting...the other worker asked me what drinks I got and finally got to it. I didn't get her name but she was the only one actually doing everything. Luz was very unprofessional and rude. She's not open to helping a customer out or her coworkers and seems to just worry about her own thing. read more

The service here is alright but, noticed the employee was wearing an AirPod in one ear. I went in to get a cappuccino blast but was told the Baskin Robbin's side was closed. This should not represent the Dunkin' Donuts name let alone Baskin Robins! This location is in the hood. Not a good location at all. The workers are horrible! They have no customer service at all!!!!! They never have a good selection of bagels ever! We have gone in there 3 times and every time there out of all the bagels except for one kind. The flavor fluctuates? Don't order coffee from here either they don't deliver a fresh cup plus they have no idea how to make it correctly!!! We went to Boston, Massachusetts and they know there product!!! These people must have been trained by someone that is not a coffee drinker!!! I ordered through Uber eats and it was terrible. I ordered a large coffee and it wasn't how I ordered it. I also got sweet pepper bacon and got it plain and almost raw like. I didn't recieve the 50 munchkin donut holes either. I will never order from here again. read more

This new incarnation of an American classic falls way short. Being an east coast transplant to Cali I was glad to have the opportunity to get great coffee and a good doughnut. Unfortunately neither happened. Coffee very watery, lacking flavor, and no real half/half only 18% cream product. Doughnuts were greasy and cake like all went into trash can. read more

I orderd an iced coffee with a french vanilla swirl and got a perfectly sweetened coffee without that so-called granulated sugar the last yelper had, (mind you i was asked if i wanted regular granulated or liquid sugar). Make sure the cashier is paying attention to your order, instead of talking to her coworkers and friends. We ordered a coffee, donut and ice cream. We received the donut and ice creams but no coffee. It turns out she was too busy talking to her co-workers about personal stuff and forgot to charge for the coffee. We paid for the coffee but it was very irritating. Finally came to this newish location. Coffee (regular brew) is great. The large is $2.45, a little on the high side for the size, but the coffee was good, so FAIR ENOUGH. Got a bacon, egg, and cheese english muffin. The english muffin was delicious, and fresh. Most of all, I was impressed with the speed of service, and friendliness of the staff. The store is very clean, and organized as well. I will be coming back here soon :) The girl in the morning gave suggestions, and answered my questions about what they have very well. Management obviously took their time during the hiring process, and I appreciate that. Good job you guys! read more

I've been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts location since it opened. But after today's employees rude remark, I won't be coming back. I'm not sure if they were new hires or other employees that don't work the morning shift but my usual morning barista wasn't there. My second experience at Dunkin Donuts was not pleasant. It was 10:10 pm when I got there, front doors were already closed, we had to use the side doors,donuts were almost gone, they didn't have bananas for a banana royal aaand the girl who helped us had a bad attitude when the person in front of me ordered 3 iced coffees. She yelled out omg where's-so and so to help me make coffees and when that person came out he also complained about making them... is that really the customer service they learned in training? I just came from this location which I decided to go with my sons to have an afternoon treat. I got a French vanilla iced coffee which I had great expectations for, I was sadly disappointed. My first sip was full of granulated sugar.... yes GRANULATED sugar!!! I thought they used syrups, well at least they do everywhere else I get iced coffees from. I had to spend a while swirling the cup around to dissolve all that sugar and once I did the ice coffee was bitter, tasted like just coffee and ice no French vanilla like I requested. At this point my kids and I were outside in the shaded patio area, so I go back in and the girl that helped me out sees me coming and goes straight behind the glass wall. I'm thinking she is getting something ready for some customers waiting but NOPE she was just back there talking with the guy worker, who was fixing an order, so I had to go get her attention and tell her about my drink. She was polite and made me another one.... which ended up tasting the same and yes I got that granulated sugar surprise even after shaking it around before drinking. I can't express how dissatisfied I am. Oh my and I still haven't mentioned the donuts. They were the worst donuts I've had, my boys got a double chocolate and I got a chocolate filled and both were not good at all. The double chocolate was tasteless and the chocolate coding was not good at all. The chocolate filled was worst. The bread was not fresh and the chocolate filling tasted, looked like, and was probably frosting from the supermarket that you buy in the little tubs. Guys I am not exaggerating. I came here & the girls working there aren't friendly at all, they have an attitude toward customers. I also asked for hash browns and the order comes with 6 but they gave me 5. Who ever hired picked the wrong people. On the baskin robin side they also don't know how to serve, they give you the 2 scoops on the smallest cup so when you ask for it to go & ask for a lid it won't cover it at all. They didn't train them at all. Other Dunkin' places I've been to are so much better and way more welcoming. read more

I love this spot! Nice outside seating and you get both Dunkin' Donuts and baskin Robbins under the same roof! It's perfect on my way to school. I really don't like leaving review but I feel like this place deserves one... I came in last night and let me tell you those workers know how to work... they had long lines on both sides and they were serving people very quickly and with great service. I liked seeing that the manager was helping out making coffees and scooping ice cream and he was having conversations with all the people he was serving.
