Perfectly ruined strawberry frosted donut. Thanks for nothing.
    David L.

I would like very much to change this rating, but I'm going to leave it up to this Dunkin' location to persuade me. I'm actually a little upset with myself because this is the first review I'm doing for this establishment, and it's honestly my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in the vicinity. But why the one star? My problem is lack of care. It may be because the new staff is undertrained or just don't give a $h!t. The photo provided below is not the first time. It's like the 4th time and I want it to stop. Stop putting the donut face down in the bag! It's not a hard task, but it's an easy one to not do that results in major disappointment.

Outlets near each seating area. Nice simple peak.

A solid DD. Outlets near every table. Service is relatively friendly. They have promos on occasion ( 4 lbs coffee for $20). Open 24 hours. Lots to like here.

In front of the cashier you can see their doughnut selection

I frequent this Dunkin' Donuts location quite often and have been a patron for years. The staff is always very friendly. They recently remodeled this location and It looks very nice inside. There are booth and tables in the seating area with some nice decor on the walls. I like that this location is open 24/7, so it is very convenient. There is plenty of parking in the lot outside.

six donuts with chocolate frosting and sprinkles

One of the best DD,clean, friendly staff, fast service ,they make the best latte and frozen chocolate.

If I could give zero stars I would. They can't get an order right and somehow the coffee tastes disgusting. Never going back

It's located in a strip mall with tons of parking spots. The barista was friendly and quickly took my order, but since he was working alone, it took quite a while to get my drink and bites. I wasn't in a rush, so I didn't mind waiting. We were also entertained by some outside salon drama between two ladies. Hopefully they were able to work things out. As a Matcha aficionado, I wanted to try their honey pistachio Matcha. I also ordered some mozzarella sticks and a Cortado for my husband. My drink was a tad too sweet (too much pistachio syrup), but I still liked it. Mozzarella sticks were fine. I paid about $21 for everything including tip. I like the be kind messages on the cups and the black aesthetic was pretty cool. I wouldn't mind returning to this coffee shop as it was a pleasant drive from my house. I'd like to try some other pastries and definitely will have another matcha, but will request light on the syrup!

New to the area but we've been invited to two birthday parties where they purchased the birthday…read morecake from here. One of my kids' birthdays is coming up so I decided to keep that going. I haven't tried too many cakes in the area so I can't truly compare to give it a full 5 star rating BUT the comments I hear a lot of is they use fresh fruit in their cakes. I usually get birthday cakes from Asian bakeries where fresh fruit is expected so that was an interesting comment to make from my POV. The fruit birthday cakes I've had from here are pretty good. Not too sweet and the most interesting fruit fillings I've had in cake - banana! Among other fruits. The cake isn't as light/airy as I'm used to but not bad at all. The buttercream is on the sweeter side for me but okay if you eat it with the cake and don't leave it until the end. It's not a terribly thick layer. But the cakes were super colorful and it's a lot of food coloring with how saturated the colors are. Your mouth and tongue will be stained if you're not careful. Having said that, I ordered an Oreo cake because that's why my kid wants. BUT I did request that instead of buttercream on the outside, it'll be whipped cream. Still buttercream on the inside though. I'll update this review after the party as it hasn't happened yet. This is a shop that sort of takes you back when you walk in. It's located in a corner shopping center of sorts and they have a shared parking lot so no need to hunt for parking. It has a nostalgic feel with display cases along much of the length, refrigerated sections for drinks (some were Asian which surprised me) and ice cream cake. Plus a wall of candles and birthday cake decorations because they do take a lot of orders for special occasions. No extra frills and nothing for decor's sake. There was a steady line when I went on Sunday morning. Two doors, one designed to be the entrance and the other the exit (but there isn't a police so use whichever door, but the line starts at the entrance door). As you walk up to the counter, someone will help you out. They've got all sorts of things from pastries to cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cannoli's, pies... even a tres leches section that was woefully empty. The only thing is for some odd reason, there are signs of what the items were, but absolutely no prices were posted in the display cases. At least none that I was aware of. I was passed onto the manager to take my order. It took a little time because I'm pretty sure she also decorates cakes and some people were waiting on them but I eventually got my order in. A 9" Oreo cake (for up to 16 people) with whipped cream exterior and birthday message is about $75. I added on a tres leches on a whim - they sold out early but a new batch just finished so I got one straight from the kitchen - was roughly $10. Receipts are old school, orders taken on a paper pad with a carbon copy given to you. I've had a number of tres leches cakes before and this is one of a kind! Deliciously moist, whipped topping - and the cake is halved. In between, they put fruit in there! Plus a maraschino cherry on top and cinnamon dusted over it. It was nowhere near "too sweet" and I rather enjoyed it. A lot. In fact, I'm thinking of calling in to see if I can get some for the party for the adults. My picky daughter loved it. Overall, I have a pretty good impression of this bakery and I'm looking to trying more items over time.

This was my second visit, and once again, everyone was incredibly patient and nice. The atmosphere is bright yet cozy, they have plenty of books and a lot of room to catch up with friends or settle in for some work. This time around, we tried the Coco Cloud Matcha. If you enjoy fun and funky beverages, this is a must; it's a blend of coconut water and matcha that somehow tastes sweet and milky while remaining both rich and refreshing. I'm not sure how they pull it off, but I'm obsessed! If you prefer a more traditional option, the Strawberry Matcha is a decadent choice, I love that you can actually taste the fresh strawberry compote. We also had the Tres Leches Coffee, which featured a perfect balance of creaminess and bold espresso notes. We ordered it hot this time, and while I personally find it ideal iced, it's wonderful that it works so well both ways. For treats, we chose the Dulce de Leche cake. While the sponge wasn't quite as moist as I expected, the overall flavor was superb, especially with the addition of the meringue. To balance the sweetness with something salty, we added a savory spinach and feta pastry. Definitely ask for it to be heated for the best experience! Not pictured, but equally noteworthy, were the empanadas. They offer both beef and chicken, served with a delicious green cilantro sauce. Whether you need a quick caffeine stop or a productive place to get some work done, Jackie's Sweets is the place to be!
