Worst Dunkin anywhere. Never fresh donuts, coffee stale. Always a long line and it takes forever to get an order

FILTHY, NASTY owner. No one was in the store when we entered. The owner came in, ungloved, pushing the trash can. He asked us for our order and began to make us coffee - without washing his hands. Pretty decent DnD if you're in the area. It's clean, they have their covid restrictions in place, and the staff is good about their PPE. They also have floor stickers to let you know where to stand. The staff is nice and accommodating. My only gripe is that when I had visited, they didn't have any of the sugar-free syrups available that are usually available at the Dunkins I've been to. Different clientele I suppose. I'm not sure if they were out, of if they don't carry them. The woman just said they didn't have them. So if you're low carb, or keto, you might want to keep that in mind before your visit. Overall a pleasant experience. read more

went into Dunkin Donuts today with my son and grandson while they use the bathroom I was asked if I could be helped by the mail behind the counter which may be the franchise owner I told him I was waiting for my son and grandson to come out of the bathroom and then I would order. They came out and I proceeded to use the bathroom to wash my hands before I ordered and I heard from inside of the bathroom, the owner telling my son to get out of the store and the bathroom was only for customers. I came out of the bathroom and he asked me when I was ordering and I said I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before I purchased a coffee and donuts for my grandson, and he told us to get out of the store and not come back. This Dunkin' has watered down coffee (as no taste) and is poorly run. The gentleman that is typical there (assume he is owner or manager) is rude and has on 2 occasions tried to double charge me. Better choice is the numerous 7 11 Stores on the east end that have Much Better coffee!!! read more

The owner or manager, he is always so rude. He is arguing with customers. Also he never use gloves when he is preparing foods. I asked him to use gloves and he was pissed. No hygiene rules ! First of all, it's really 0 stars. They removed seating and have signs for social distancing as well as it was posted that the store has been consistently sanitized and disinfected. However, this morning my friends and I stopped here while in the area for a girls' weekend and were appalled when the woman working continuously touched food, putting it in and out of the oven, checking if it was done etc WITHOUT gloves. We were shocked when she began taking the hash browns with her bare hands, no gloves, no funnel, no utensils and put them into the bag to serve to customers. Forget COVID, that's disgusting without a national pandemic but especially with everything going on. We'll never go back. read more

Owner was a abrupt in service and sold us stale donuts. It was obvious there was full trays of munchkins and there were these other trays of the same kind with a few left. I didn't pick up on it until we got home, it was very obvious to family and friends which ones were fresh and which ones were stale. The old ones should have been throw out (which is the franchise policy). read more

Honestly the grossest Dunkin' I've ever been in. Bathroom was disgusting. I understand you have to buy something to use the bathroom but the barista was a mess. Mask half on. Dropped the lid while making my drink. I understand people don't like wearing a mask but don't work in the food service if you can't follow the simple rule. This Dunkin Donuts is the only one around in this area - it isn't open late :( and the service is nice however the coffee and the donuts aren't as good as the ones in Port Jeff, Stony Brook etc (the ones I'm used to). Finally in 2009, Southold town gets a Dunkin Donuts. I dont have to drive all the way to Riverhead just to go there. The only thing is that this Dunkin Donuts is not 24/7. Its only open until 11pm. This place is really clean, nice, and the staff is friendly. Love their coffee, iced coffee', coolattas and the donuts. Sometimes at night they give out free donuts or unless you buy 1 or 2, they will throw you 6 for the price of the 1 or 2. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is one of my favorite cafes to go to. Their coffee and treats are amazing and very tasty. I love how there are drinks provided for children, like for instance, my little sister always gets frozen chocolate or a coolada. My one problem is the smell. Personally, it is too sweet for me but I know a lot of people enjoy the scent. I recommend you go to Dunkin, you won't regret it. read more

I tell you I go to this Dunkin Donuts anywhere from 2-5 times a day I am a very big coffee drinker and I just love DD. However in the past few weeks they have moved Rita and Mike out of this store and it is horrible I went in there the other day and counted 4 people in front of me to get my coffee and pay it took 22 minutes with 4 people behind the counter its pretty sad not to mention that the coffee is never fresh most of the time i get my coffee and its cold and the employees are not friendly.. Horrible. Drove all the way there to order donuts ,coffee and ice cream. The only person working there was one non speaking English worker, he almost had a heart attack when about 10 people came in right after me. He rushed me and tried to get me to leave without ordering my needed donuts and coffee for a gathering. There were hardly any donuts left anyway at 4:00pm. I left with one donut.
