Probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to when it comes to service. 9/10 times the employee gets something about my order wrong everysingle time. This is a terrible Dunkin' I always get cold brew when I go to Dunkin but at this location their cold brew is so watery it barely tastes like coffee. Also I ask for 2 cream instead of three because I don't like it too light yet when I get my coffee it is basically all milk. So for 4$ you get sugary watery milk doesn't even taste like coffee. To top it off the employees are rude and they are always out of stuff. I do a mobile order and when I get there they tell me they don't have what I ordered so I try to be accommodating and think of what else I would want but the staff gives you about 2 Seconds before they start rushing you to tell them what you want. It doesn't make sense to me I didn't run out of the product you did but yet they don't even give you anytime to figure out something else you would like to get instead. This place bans student from 75% of the store even though we give them practically all of their business. You would think being very close to a high school and middle school you would think they would be fine with kids. The management is rude and often kicks people out. Don't come her go to another Dunkin. read more

I come to this D and D a few times a week around the same time. The iced tea is always brewed perfectly. No coffee taste, the right amount of ice, etc. The staff is always friendly. Seems like this staff gets beat up a bit on yelp. Not my experience. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was the only customer inside the Dunkin store and waited 5 MINUTES at the counter for an associate to take my order. One associate went to get donuts for someone in the drive-thru and one associate was close to the counter and saw me, but decided to clean the coffee maker instead. BOTH failed to acknowledge me. After 5 minutes, I left empty-handed. The line for the drive-thru was wrapped around the back of the building. I will not return to this Dunkin. Terrible service! read more

Absolute worse service. Went in there on Thursday evening with my family to get some ice cream. The girl was so rude. Didn't greet us upon entering and then told us she was out of brownies for the brownie Sunday without any type of apology or suggestion of something else we could try. The absolute best Dunkin in the area. They're always stocked up on donuts and bagels (very rarely do they run out). And I constantly go through the drive through and they never mess my order up which is really nice as well. The staff is really friendly and no one ever seems to be in a bad mood or miserable. I make my way over here almost every evening for a little over a year. Everyone is always polite and friendly. I see a lot of laughing and smiling. Great to see the staff get along so well. I'm a fan of their hash browns (wish they would put more than 6 in bag, doesn't fill you up, they are the size of a quarter ). My all time favorite drink to get are the iced coffee , medium(coconut flavored, cream and sugar, whipped cream and caramel on top yummmm!!!). Their mango smoothies are to die for, made with real fruit and juice. I haven't had time to go in but when I'm done with the drive through I noticed they made their store much bigger, I was able to see more chairs and tables , very nice and displayed well. The only down side in my perspective are their donuts , they don't taste very fresh, I rather have their muffins( corn, chocolate, chocolate chips are great ) or go to Shoprite for a donut !!! read more

If you want to wait an hour for a medium hot coffee come here. I don't blame the workers either. Most of the workers are sweet and try as fast as they can to finish your order. BUT some of the workers are brand new employees with no Dunkin experience and no training because the owners are too lazy and cheap to give them the proper training. They just get thrown on the floor. The owners are to blame. This Dunkin' Donuts is right next to a high school and right next to a Main Street. It has a Dunkin, a baskin, food station, and the busiest of them all, a fucking drive thru. Now how do you expect three workers (some of them brand new btw) on a Friday afternoon to work all aspects of Dunkin in a timely manner. They simply can't and that's because again the owners are CHEAP and careless about their workers and trust me with the cars they drive, they got money. They just wanna bring in money but don't wanna put out. That Dunkin is all show. It looks nice from the outside but behind closed doors it's ugly. Don't blame the workers. I went into this location and ordered a toasted bagel with butter with a hot chocolate. I requested my bagel to be wrapped in tin foil and a non english speaking cashier told me they could not do this. I could go to Shop rite for 1.99 for a roll of foil.. really. I use this location alot and lately it has really gone down hill. The Coffee is burnt and not fresh. They do not fill the cups all the way. Need to see an improvement or Manhattan bagel here I come. read more

Got an order from there and it's probably the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I've ever had. The two of us that got coffee both agreed it tasted burnt like it was sitting for ours. We requested sugar which either wasn't put in or had no effect on the awful coffee. I also got a donut which was stale. read more

everytime I go through the drivethru, it's usually slow service and my coffee never tastes the same. usually burnt, not sweet enough, too sweet, or just plain old-nasty. I give this business two stars just for the fact that maybe once in a while they make my drink correctly. This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts. Been coming here for almost 3 years now and I've never had any problems. Crew is polite, professional, and efficient. In the mornings, most people have an affinity for the drive thru. So at this time, the drive thru can be a little slow. Just be patient and know they're working hard to get the orders completed quickly. If you can't wait, go inside and you'll be served faster. Stopped for a large coffee and a ham & cheddar on a ciabatta (which is exactly the way it reads on the menu). Had to clarify 3 times that ham & cheddar, meant cheese, did not include egg and wasn't on a bagel. Twice I said "no honey mustard please" and received the smile and the nod. I admire those whose second language is English, as they speak one more language than I do, but, I'm sorry, her job is to know DD's menu and to be able to communicate easily with the customers, so, IMO, she is not qualified to do the job she is being paid to do. 1) Ham on the sandwich tasted sour; 2) sandwich was loaded with honey mustard; 3) coffee was old/burnt. Tossed everything in the garbage within a couple of minutes of leaving the store. Will never return. read more
