I frequent this Dunkin and overall, they are pretty good. I've had a few orders fulfilled incorrectly, but they were always remedied when I brought it to the staff's attention. I tend to order on the app and walk in for pickup because the drive through is very bumpy and there is often a line. I've noticed that if I walk in to order, it can take a couple minutes to get service as it seems the focus is on mobile orders and drive through. I picked up a cold brew with cold foam today and it was made correctly and tasted great. There's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for the nice weather. read more

The most terrible customer service I have experienced across all Dunkins. Everytime I order it through an app (which is why I prefer dunkin and because I want the order to be ready to pick), they make me wait for 10 - 15 mins. If you order just in time it's not ready, if you order in advance , they don't prep it .. All I have noticed is that they keep talking around in the kitchen and never work as a team. The manager especially is very rude, doesnt care about your order and works at his own pace irrespective of getting feedback multiple times. Let me start by saying my family visited this store yesterday, and we had a disappointing experience. While we were waiting in a long line to place our order--there were about eight people ahead of us--my elderly father said he needed to use the restroom. We asked an employee for access, and they checked with someone who appeared to be the manager. We were told that restrooms are only available after a purchase is made. I approached the manager and explained that we were actively waiting to order and fully intended to make a purchase, but the line was unusually long and my father urgently needed to use the restroom. Instead of helping, the manager simply walked away. I assumed she was going to get the restroom key, but she returned to her duties without saying anything further. Is this really the kind of customer experience we're accepting these days? That someone, especially an elderly man, can't use a basic facility while waiting to give you their business? One of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever went into. Was there many times in the past and always look past the wrong orders that I would get on drive-through. Today was the last straw when I asked for less size which they still filled a large cup halfway with ice And refuse to fill it to the top. It was a tropical refresher that they charge over five dollars for and they couldn't top the drink off with sparkling water. They filled the 3/4 of the way and refused to fill the rest with water. Total garbage of an operation greedy management. You would think after making over 90% profit on a drink they could put some sparkling water. Avoid this place at all cost. The manager/owner of this establishment is extremely rude. The drive thru was closed and I had already turned, I planned to turn around and just leave. The manager came out and started screaming at me in the car, and said that it was blocked off and I had no common sense. Instead of apologizing for having no sign saying the drive thru was closed (there was only cones), he yelled and was so mean. I come to this dunkin all the time, I buy food and drinks always and sit inside to eat. Today i sat at the tables with a friend and waiting for my order when a team member told us that their boss wants us all out. They said no one was allowed to sit inside anymore and made us leave. About 10 minutes later we see tables full of kids our age sitting inside with no complaints. As someone who always buys from here and is always respectful this was crazy that they would not allow us back into the store but let kids just our age inside. read more

I always drop by this Dunkin ... it says baskin robbins but there are no ice creams ! best thing is , it is never crowded :) quick service and nice parking outside . I actually love their iced coffees better than hot coffee. Regular coffee is kinda watery and light . We also like the lemon coolaata and hash browns . Overall a good experience. read more

I have seen management on two occasions being very rude to paying customers, one group was a few (well behaving) teenagers and another incident was an elderly person with an accent... I am a hairstylist and work with the public on a regular basis, if I ever treated my clients like this I would be extremely embarrassed and most likely have no customers. Mutual respect and consideration is a thing, needless to say I will not be back... it takes a lot for me to give a bad review, the first incident I overlooked but repetitive rude behavior is unacceptable read more

Today i went here with my friends. First thing is this man (seems to be the manager) comes and yells at my friend for having her foot on the chair. Next there was food on the table. Although it was messy it wasnt the peoples mess. One of the people offered to clean and even asked for a mop. After cleaning the man yelled at them and said if they thought it was a joke then they will get banned. I come here every day, spending like 10$, and never had an issue. But then I come in today and this man rudely stalked my behaviors and told me to get my feet off the furniture. After that I accidentally did it again for a split second and he 'just so happened to see it'. I purchased two coffees and and sandwich. After I came home, I discovered that sandwich was smelling with chlorine. I came back to the store to replace this sandwich. This location usually does not have many people when we go. Today, it was Sunday morning and it was PACKED in the drive-thru. The line was not moving very much, to the point that while I was waiting in line, I put my order through "To-Go" on the app and was able to order it that way. My fiance and I ordered a medium frozen hot chocolate with no whipped cream, a medium caramel mocha iced coffee with cream, a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with extra bacon, and a turkey sausage egg and cheese wrap. We had to wait forever for the food to be ready at the window (meanwhile the workers were throwing things at each other and goofing off). I wouldn't care about them having fun IF the service was fast... I'm giving three stars instead of four because my coffee was super delicious (had the perfect amount of syrup in it and was already stirred for me which I appreciate) and my food was good too. read more

The service is terrible. I use the mobile app and the order is never ready when I arrive. The staff literally stares at you for 5 to 10 minutes before acknowledging that you are waiting for part of your order, while they just keeping waiting on drive thru customers. The are pretty good with making it the way you want it in the evening for coffee. Morning crew has no clue what they are doing and always sees to give you an attitude. More adults working in mornings. High school kids work at night. They keep the place pretty clean with outside seating. Convenient location in a strip mall in Spotswood. This was our go to for a quick bite and coffee until our most recent trip. The attendant didn't greet us when we went up to the counter, he just stared off into space. When he finally made eye contact, he just gave us a head nod. Our breakfast sandwiches were the usual, but then the coffee was atrocious. We both got hazelnut coffee but both cups tasted like it had cleanser in it. This is a good Dunkin Donuts. Service here in't great. The barista had an attitude, when asking me what I wanted, because by mistake I ordered my drink hot, when I wanted an iced coffee. This is when I realized, when she asked me, how do I want my coffee. I did not know that they have drinks hot or iced, thinking the drink I ordered only came in one form. Decent sized DD with a connected Baskin Robbins. There are plenty of seating and a drive through. In the afternoons it can get busy with mostly high school students, and long lines. The donut and coffee here are what you'd expect from DD, but the employees here are slow to process your order and thus the lines. Occasionally they will get it your order wrong from a past experience. Also an employee taking the drive thru order with the headphones was seen picking up donuts with a clean bakery paper but then touch her headphone with the same paper to adjust it and then reuse that paper. That is IT! I am swearing off Dunkin Donuts FOREVER. This is THE LAST TIME I will attempt Corporate Pee Pee Coffee. The Iced coffee actually tastes like the time I was changing my child's diaper and he urinated all over my face. It was disgusting and funny to look back on BUT NOT WHEN I am OVER PAYING for COFFEE. I swear to God and All things holy someone is peeing in the coffee here! How else can it be THIS BAD? Absolutely disgusting and even though I complained they just gave me more of the same. I tasted it, and threw it directly in the garbage and then threw my Dunkin Donuts Card on the floor and swore off this Vile Place forever. I like this Dunkin Donuts. It's a little nicer and cleaner than most, and the food always seems more fresh than others in the area. They are, however, militant about cell phone usage on the counter and drive thru lines, so don't get caught talking on the phone when it's your turn or I imagine there will be hell to pay. (I wonder if they are affiliated with Milltown Bagels in that regard?) Until recently, they also had a policy posted asking people to remove their hat before entering -- apparently related to some kind of crime prevention thing. Sorry, but this is a Dunkin Donuts, and I'm not taking my hat off, nor am I planning to rob you, so everyone just relax. (The sign seems to have since been removed.)
