My Wife and I were excited when we saw a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins combo place coming to Spring Hill. However our experiences there have been almost always bad. The staff there always acts like they have no idea what's going on. Our orders are almost always wrong and going there is just a frustration. We have ordered large dessert items only to receive the small sizes instead only to then have the staff insist that it is large. We have ordered other dessert items where almost zero toppings were added even though we paid for them. We have received the wrong donuts and more. You name it, it has happened. Just going through the drive-thru itself has been a nightmare at times. We have pulled up and no one answered the speaker. We have pulled up and it has taken 20 minutes just for two cars to go through. And we have also pulled up where the lady working the drive-thru would not even take any orders at the speaker until the car at the window was gone. Just horrible. Overall, I think they mainly need better staff training. If not, the new Dairy Queen that just opened next door will put them out of business quick. They always get my order right, and it tastes great, however I got the summer refill cup that states $1.29, and I'm consistently being charged $1.49. Now I understand it's only .20¢, however it is not what the cup states. I've brought it to the cashier's attention but they literally just said "that's how my manager keyed it in." If I could give a zero I would. -Ordering the food was ridiculous because a "#3 croissant combo without coffee is not a combo". I just wanted a soda instead and that totally confused the girl taking my order. -Getting the food was ridiculous because it took more than five minutes to get it. The people in the back were putting their hands in the air and seemed very confused and stressed. we can see you! -When I did get the food it was incorrect. Then i was told that a #3 is a bagel unless specified. I specified croissant during the order. In addition the picture of a #3 is a croissant. Not a pleasant experience. Literally the worst Dunkin Donuts in existence. I have been a die hard Dunkin Fan my whole life. This place is so bad I have literally been known to reorganize my schedule on weekends so that I am in Franklin in the morning to go to that location over this one. The other reviews cover it, but basically inconsistency galore. You literally have a 50/50 chance they will get your order correct. If you go in and get it corrected you get some idiot in the back telling you they "thought" it was right and it's always the same exact excuse, "I don't know what happened." The ABSOLUTE WORST part about this place is the drive through. I can literally bake a cake in the time it takes to order and receive my food/coffee. There is zero sense of urgency here and I would say if you need a Dunkin fix, either drive to Franklin (Same owner but amazingly different experience), Or just wait for the new one to open up on the other side of town. Hopefully that one will not be operated by such incompetent people. read more

Bad ice cream and bad customer service. I went through the drive thru for a banana royale, they forgot the whip cream, nuts and cherry and I didn't notice until I had already driven away. I ate a bite of the ice cream and it was old, flavorless and had an icy coating. Turned around to get a refund and was told to come back in the morning as no one knew how to give a refund. Now I get to drive 11 miles back to the store and hope some one will give me a refund. There are too many new ice cream places on Main Street now to treat customers so poor and serve such rubbish. First if i could leave zero stars i would. We waited at the drive through for 5 minutes before anyone got to us when no one was in line. Then proceeded to tell us the ice cream flavors they did have and i asked for one he listed then he said they were out of it. Why say you have it when you don't. Then we go to the window and they gave us one of our ice cream orders then forgot about the second. We sat at the window for 2 minutes while the girl with dark brown hair and really blue eyes stared at us and did nothing. Then asked if we needed anything else with an attitude that was unneeded. She asked for what flavor i wanted twice and proceeded to be a complete bitch to me and my other two friends. We asked for it on a cone and and she gave it to us in a cup when i specifically said a sugar cone twice and the cone was paid for. I love this establishment but the employees are making my visit hell. The girl with dark brown hair and really blue eyes needs to get a attitude check and stop rolling her eyes in the back of the head. My son wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday. My wife ordered it and when the day came to pick it up I was the unlucky one to do so. The cake was ready but... It took almost 30 minutes to pay for it because no one knew what to charge for it. The girl behind the counter tried calling the manager several times to no avail. She finally just charged me $32 bucks which I'm pretty sure was to much but I was so over being there I did not have it in me to question the price. Why was there not a manager working? This location is horrible. Every single time I go I'm waiting forever for them to take my order and the staff is rude. I got avocado toast and hashbrowns. The bread wasn't even toasted it was soft squishy bread with avocado spread. Both the bread and the hasbrowns tasted like plastic!!! So gross. At least the coffee was decent TODAY because usually my coffee tastes off when I get it from this location. I had to sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes before and once I got my coffee had to park and run inside for them to fix my coffee and they had attitude because they didn't want to open a new bottle of the flavor I asked for. So they didn't put the vanilla in my coffee because they didn't want to take the time to open a new bottle! Ridiculous. I watched them have attitude when I asked for the flavor, tried pumping the old/empty bottle into my drink and then God forbid them to have to open a new bottle for their customers. I recently moved to the area from out of state. It would be great if this store would carry more pralines & cream ice cream! It's very hit or miss and I would purchase 3 pre packed quarts a week if the had it available. This is the worst Dunkin donuts on the planet, and the sad part is that I will keep going back because it's not the food or coffee that is bad but the people. I was excited to learn that they got new owners a few months back because I thought things would change but no such luck. Staff not enthusiastic on being helpful in any way. There were no doughnuts hardly left so I ask when would the next batch come out (we are on a road trip and have been waiting for a while to find a dunkin!) the cashier told me they weren't going to make anymore today... it's 5:00 in the evening. They are still open for hours. Needless to say I'm leaving with an okay coffee and left my doughnut in the trash because it was too old/hard to bite into. We recently went in to the Dunkin Donuts in Spring Hill and found the place really clean and new. It just opened within the past couple of weeks. There were lots of coffee choices, iced cream, and donuts. We bought donuts and iced cream for our children and they loved it. We will be going back again and again if the service stays good. This is a great option for all of the locals since there are few options out this way. Go by and have some great donuts and coffee. read more

Went in about 5:00 on Sunday. Not a soul behind the counter or anywhere. I called out in case someone was hurt. A family came in and left, I walked outside to my car to call police. Another man came in and left then someone came through the drive thru. Two boys popped out from nowhere in the back. I guess leaving the store empty was not a concern to these young men. Sad situation, hope management reads this and understands who they are leaving "in charge". They could have lost more than just a few customers they could have been robbed and those young men hurt when they were hiding in the back. read more

They are just fantastic. Nice people and great service. Brock is a great manager. Today I ran out of milk for my daughter and the line was long and growing - everyone knows how a toddler meltdown can happen quickly. I snuck over to the ice cream side of things and a nice guy filled up my daughter's milk cup and they didn't even charge me for it. In my experience the drive thru is a bit slow, the ice cream is good like you'd expect, and the donuts depend on what time of day you go. In the morning, they are nice and fresh and have a good selection. By evening the selection is limited and the donuts taste stale. Go early for donuts and pass if the line is long. read more

0 stars isn't an option.. this location is just sad. it's really a shame, most of the employees are so friendly, but the operation is shameful. i've been visiting this location 3-4 times a week for the past 6+ months (i know, i like my coffee) at various times throughout the day. the experience is always the same in the drive through. they will serve one car at a time. meaning one car gets to the ordering menu and places their order, and then gets up to the window and served, and it's not until that car has received their order and starts to pull away that they take the next order. the typical wait time for a cup of coffee is 10-15 minutes (though, on a few occasions it has been over 15 minutes). it's not at all uncommon for the line of cars to reach out into the street. the last time i ordered a breakfast sandwich, when i got to the window i was asked to pull around to the front door and wait for them to bring it out. they never came out. after 15 minutes i finally went inside, they forgot and had not even made the sandwich. they did offer 2 free donuts for the inconvenience. i don't know what the management is like but it's hard for me to believe management would allow the drive through to be run so poorly, i'm assuming they don't even know. all in all - AVOID this location if you can. read more

Guaranteed to mess up your order EVERY. SING. TIME. The job proves to be too difficult for the youthful staff who run the place. To put it simply, they just don't care and they don't pay attention, EVER. Zero customer service. If you ask for two donuts that might be too complicated for the staff, don't be surprised if you get home and they only gave you one. I've ordered an iced mocha several times and it's either bitter, watered down, has no chocolate, has no cream or is hot instead. I tried ordering ice cream from there also and the cone was stale. My daughter made an order by phone. Just 2 lattes and a breakfast sandwich. The woman who took her order told my daughter that she would be better off downloading the Dunkin Donuts app and placing an order in the future. My daughter asked is this something I need to do now instead of placing this order with you? The woman said no I have it written down,your order will be ready by 9:30. My daughter thanked her and drove over. When she arrived at 9:30 they told her the order was not started because it was not a priority since she did not use the app. I asked the manager why would the person who took her order say it would be ready at 9:30 yet not even start it until she arrived. She gave me the same excuse they always give me when someone messes up an order at that very same store, " she's new"; and was not aware that we don't take orders on the phone except for donut orders. I told her the store is the most unorganized store I've ever been to and I've been ordering from D.D since 1997. She said I was being rude and she didn't appreciate it. Second in line at drive thru and could hear customer and employee on speaker box, they didn't have a couple things she wanted and apparently forget to tell her to come on down to the window as she sat there thinking they were going to say something else. My turn at the speaker box: Large Iced Coffee w/ Cream & Sugar and Egg & Cheese Muffin, that's all. "okay...ham egg & chz?" No, just Egg & Cheese Muffin and a Large Iced Coffee w/ Cream & Sugar. "Okay, I have an Egg & Cheese muffin, right? Anything else?" Really! I repeated again. I drove to the window and saw the coffee...it was a medium! I I asked, Is that a large?
