This place has really gone downhill lately. They are always out of coffee rolls, muffins, etc. Right down the road (on the corner of Hooper and Rte 37) is a much better store. They always have products. Only problem is the nightmarish traffic in that area. How can one store be so much better than one a few miles away??? One of the guys who took orders he's an older man. Very Very rude. I say the same thing everytime " medium ice Carmel with cream and sugar" and he interrupted me and yelled "Sweetie" like meany and said "well what do you want in it" the way he talks is just very cocky and he threw my donuts on the counter. This rating is for the manager Tom & Tom only at the 1902 Rt 37 Toms River location. this is the only dunkin in TR I like - they always make my coffee right & the staff are SO sweet. with the start of the nice weather they were getting slammed on drive thru and in the store & as someone who has worked in customer service/food industry I can only imagine the nasty customers they have been dealing with. AVOID THIS DUNKIN AT ALL COSTS. out of the few times I've been here the women inside have always been incredibly rude, but today, this took the cake. I went to the drive through the woman was talking over me cutting me off asking what flavor I want the coffe AFTER I said French vanilla She didn't finish the order she mumbled something then had someone else connect like I was an inconvenience to her. very rude behavior!!!! pulling up to the window 3 women were looking into my car with the nastiest faces at me and turned together laughing with each other flailing there arms around. finally giving me my simple coffee, they messed it up She handed me a black coffee with cold foam on the top, the woman told ME I asked for non sweet coffee, how she telling me what I ordered... she yanked the coffee out of my hand and filled it with who knows what. It's to the point where i Won't drink, I wouldn't be suprised if they spit in it by the way they were acting and the attitude presenting throughout our entire order.People come here to to start their morning and pay for what they get, these women started it off wrong. please NEVER go to this dunkin Now I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to go to dunking and to get coffee, very very bad service. either way my $6 is down the drain because I can't even drink it. Skimpy donuts. Barely any icing on them at all, and barely any filling in them. The worker put the donut into the bag face down so half of the icing came off anyways. Not good service. Iced coffee was horrible and not even filled up. There are way too many cute small business coffee shops that are WAY better than this. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I went in to pick up my MOBILE ORDER they did not see it. One of the workers asked if I was at the right store and I was unsure because I didn't have my phone on me it was in the car. The same worker suggested that I look to see if I was at the right store so I said I had to go check my phone. As I was walking out she yelled, "okay bye have a great day" so I kindly replied "you told me to double check to see if I'm at the right store and my phone is in the car" After that interaction I immediately didn't even check and just got in my car and drove off because I was so taken back with the way I was being spoken to. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this worker has been nasty. The very first time was when my mom and I went to go ask for a new cup of Hot coffee because it was a cold coffee in a hot cup. We were told we would have to wait a very long time because she didn't have time to make a new cup for us. So we both asked if we could just get a credit and suddenly she had time to remake the coffees. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would! read more

Came from Seaside State Park and was on our way home and decided to stop by for some iced caramel macchiato on a Monday @5:15PM. And I'm glad I did! I've been to so many different dunkin donuts and most of them I was never really satisfied because they put way too much milk! But this place got it perfectly right! Coffee was strong and not watered down and just enough milk and caramel in it. There were 3 cars ahead of us at the drive through and wait time wasn't bad at all, maybe we got lucky I don't know. Went to get caramel coffee with extra caramel, little cream , little sugar. It had no caramel, extra cream, extra sugar. Then I asked for a receipt. They didn't give me one. I asked again and said why don't you put receipt paper in the register, cause the coffee was too much money. And the girl said their wifi was down. That they couldn't do that. So apparently, this establishment needs to be re-trained. read more

Took forever to get the order and didn't even know how to make a black coffee and forgot to put in part of our order.

Avoid at all costs. Dirty floors with spills that they don't clean up, overflowing garbage, and after we placed our order they told us they did not have the cups for the iced coffee, so we had to wait in line for refund. All this happened at noon on a shore weekend, prime time for them. My wife likes dunkin, but we will never visit this location again. read more

let me tell you about my horrible, terrible, horrendous, absolutely ratchet experience. We told her about our hazelnut swirl for our order. However, this lady said it was french vanilla coffee, didn't know they sounded same. Also, I may add, i'm allergic to vanilla. Why would i order that? I don't want to go into anaphylactic shock..... I didn't bring my epi pen with me!!!! Then she had the audacity to tell us she would never make new drinks for us again. AFTER SHE MESSED UP THE ORDER. I am absolutely outraged by her. I NEVER write yelp reviews. But if I could give this Dunkin Donuts less than one star I would. Stopped here on a Monday at 5:30 pm for a quick coffee. The line was wrapped around the building, which it usually is, but hey it's Rt 37 during the summer season, I get that. So I decided to go inside to speed up my trip. BIG MISTAKE. There were two other customers in front of me, one which had already paid and one who walked out as soon as I entered ( should have taken this as a warning). It then proceeded to take this staff 20 FULL MINUTES to get my order of 1 small cold brew coffee and 1 small plain donut stick. This was after the young man at the counter proceeded to help a door dasher who was behind me with his order before myself, and then misplace my coffee order so that 90% of the ice had melted by the time it got to me. And when it did get to me it wasn't even the right coffee. There were 4 people working behind the counter, it shouldn't take 20 minutes for a small coffee and a donut. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this Dunkin. Do yourselves a favor and go to one of the three other Dunkin's around the area or go fly down to South America, grow some of your own beans, roast them, and brew your own coffee, it'll probably be faster. read more

This place is one of the worst drive thru's in the history of America. We came here, didn't have the flavor I wanted and then after changing my usual order they asked us 4 times what we wanted after we already told them. Being that there are at least two other locations on this road, I would avoid this particular one if possible. It appears that they always have new people working there and endless lines. I waited about 15 minutes earlier today for an iced coffee. The cashier had a breakdown when the coffee she was making overflowed and someone else had to take over. Terrible service. Sat at drive thru for 20 waiting for them to take my order, they never did.. so I went inside to order and still waiting. I got there at 8:20am..didn't leave until 8:50am. They say they are under new management but the new management is terrible. All the workers have no personality. One of the ladies behind counter coughed by the donuts without covering her mouth.
