Bella, always remembers my order and greets me with a smile, even during the morning rush. She makes the best frappe-chino I've ever had - perfect every single time. And the rest of the team, Mikada, Jazmine, CB, & Ellie are so friendly and efficient, always making sure everyone feels taken care of. What really stands out is how this team works together. Even when it's busy, they stay positive and professional. The store is always clean, the drinks are consistently excellent, and the service is top-notch. My husband ordered a cappuccino. The barista was the only employee in the front and manning the business alone. I actually think he did a good job and still kept the good customer service.
