No complaints. Not a coffee drinker but they have plenty of other options. Nice outdoor seating options. Great place to read a book or do some homework or business to get out of the home when you do remote work. I took away a star because it's a tight spot for parking. I love this Starbucks branch, and really enjoy my interactions with the partners/baristas here. The manager, Heather, does an amazing job of hiring the absolute best baristas. Recently I asked the baristas which new Fall drink they would personally recommend, and enjoy; and they recommended I try an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte. I was so happy they told me what they liked; and loved how they made my drink like how they would make it for themselves. The worse part of this Starbucks is the intersection you have to go through to get in there. I swear that I spend more time sitting at red lights than I do inside the store. Obviously that is out of there control but if I'll be on time for work those lights will make me late. The drinks are always hot and the employees are always happy, smiling and cheerful... Bond Shopping Center, 1891 S State Rd, Havertown, PA 19026 They don't believe in giving you your full drink. I bought a $25 stainless steel cups for a frappuccino. the Guy made the Frappuccino put half of it in and said I need space for the whipped cream so the rest of my drink was sitting on the counter to get poured down the drain like I didn't spend my money for the entire drink. If I wanted a small I would have ask for a small. I paid for a large and they will only give me half of my drink because I wanted whipped cream. That's wrong. The previous reviewer, Julie, is absolutely correct. This is your basic everyday Starbucks and that's not a bad thing. It's clean and neat and has generally competent baristas. It is a small one so it has a tiny variety of travel mugs and other retail stuff. There are also very few tables. This is a three star kind of place for me. read more

There are 8-10 spots to sit and eat, study, etc. Seems fairly well maintained. Service is a little slower than other stores in the chain. I always try to avoid going here due to the ambience, smaller size(I feel claustrophobic in here) but end up going once in 2 weeks when I have craving for Starbucks coffee and this is the closest to where I stay. Hard to find parking here although they do have a parking lot. Staff is not very friendly and mix up orders couple of times( has happened twice for me). I visited this location back in March.. a "quick run" I figured I'd make since I was in the area. Not impressed! Smaller Starbucks, employees are okay, except for Niyae, she was nice. First time I visited this location I was turned off. I'm so not used to waiting long at Starbucks, even if i get food. I got food and an iced drink. Took nearly 15 minutes! They weren't really crowded just slow. Then the Barista DID NOT make my drink right. She put in wayy too much ICE, so much that I couldn't get my straw in. When I asked her for another cup so I could fix it, she looked at me like I had two heads. For some reason, the Starbucks that are inside of Target are much more customer forward. I will not rush back to this location, that's for sure. They need to step their game up. read more

I previously gave this Starbucks a great review a few months ago and I'm sad to say my view of this Starbucks has totally changed. I've really been back and forth about changing my review but today pushed me a bit over the edge. I've been coming here a few times a week for the past year so I know what times are usually good to avoid a crowd. I work up the street so I usually give myself an extra 25 - 30 minutes to make sure I'm able to stop here because the drinks are great. However, the last few months the staff has changed and has become very unfriendly and slow. Not to mention, a customer in front of me ordered a drink with apple juice or something in it and the barista couldn't get the pouch open and opened it with HIS TEETH. I'm happy the customer demanded a new drink and for him to get scissors because if she didn't I would have. So unsanitary. He huffed and puffed about it too which I thought was ridiculous. Anyway, today I walked into Starbucks at 7:40am. My work is 2 minutes up the road so in my mind I had plenty of time. I walked in and saw two customers ahead of me so I figured it'd be a 5 minute wait at best. That wasn't the case at all. Every person working I've never seen before. Someone had to be new because I didn't even get to order my drink until 7:50. I ordered a sandwich and a vanilla latte macchiato. The cashier double checked everything which I was happy about because at this point I'm already irritated by the wait. Not to mention the line behind me is now outrageous, at 7:50am on a Saturday. No events or anything we're going on nearby. As I'm waiting 15 minutes I notice that people who ordered after me start getting their drinks. The barista has a drink sitting at the bar which was a caramel macchiato. I pick it up and see it's my order because the correct order is written on the cup, I explained to her it was not my order and she said she'd make another. No apology but I wasn't about to wait while the line kept growing. I just took the drink and left. Horrible service. Sorry to say I won't be back because when they can make a drink it's delicious. The last several times I have visited this location, the staff is very different. This used to be one of my favorite locations, but not so much anymore. One of the baristas made my latte as a macchiato, then mis-made it again as a macchiato, and the third time got it right. No problem, but not one "sorry" or even a "your welcome" when I said thanks. Last weekend, she made a SF cinnamon dolce latte instead of a SF caramel latte...again no apology when I noted it wasn't the correct flavor. The staff used to be very friendly and on spot. I've gone to this Starbucks solely for convenience because its nearby and I don't drive. Baristas don't do a good job of making sure the trash is taken out, twice I came and it was overflowing. I walked in and one table was covered in trash. And I know they weren't that busy because one of the baristas was on her phone. I had to say excuse me loudly before she even knew I was standing in front of her. This location is also rampant with loud teenagers every night. I know its not a library, but people come to establishments like this to enjoy coffee and get a little work done. Never have I been to a Starbucks where patrons are so loud. Not to mention the seating area is way too small. You are better off getting your just okay drink to go. I probably won't be back anytime soon. read more

The lady 'Sam' always screws up my orders. Ex: i specify soy milk and am are charged for it, but she forgets to write on the cup. And i get dairy after being charged for soy! I say 'No whip cream', she adds whip cream even though it is written on the cup. It seems like she may be day-dreaming on the job!! I love this little starbucks! Its across from bond shopping center. Parking sucks here really bad. If you get a spot youre really lucky. The staff is so friendly and they make the perfect latte! Chris is the man and he feels like your best friend..very talkative and friendly! I always order the venti lattes...gingerbread, cinnamon dolce latte, pumpkin! I also get the blueberry scones which are my favorite. I tried the cake pops there and they seemed raw in the middle. Me/mom were disappointed with them. I buy my 2 yr old son the cranberry/vanilla almonds and my 1 yr old son soft cookie pack they sell. Nothing spectacular about this location. They don't "wow" you with their service, but don't give you a rude vibe either.
