Not sure if it's because they were mostly young workers or there is zero customer service training, but we' were not greeted or acknowledged at all during the visit. The drinks were put on the counter without order or name being called. Three staff upfront and did not say thank you or bye when we left. No issues with food, but it's Dunkin' Donuts. Nothing difficult here. I was there during its first month opening and haven't been back since.... that's how much bad Customer Service hurts business This younger generation lacks common courtesies, empathy, compassion, common sense, and are self-absorbed and checked out .... and they probably think they're doing a great job. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Dunkin locations I have been to. A few days ago I ordered hash browns and a coffee online, arrived to the store 10 minutes later, and still had to wait 15 more minutes until a worker asked me what I was waiting for. I never got the hash browns & my coffee was made but they never brought it to the pickup counter. Even when ordering online for ASAP pickup and arriving later, I am waiting longer than the individuals in the drive thru & those who are ordering in person after I have arrived to pick up my mobile order. read more

I walked into a complete mess of a store. The man making the food orders clearly did not want to be there. He was putting food in bags and just throwing them on the counter. No one knew whose order was who's. I was there for a door dash pickup and that order had been pushed to the side. After inquiring about the order they were still in no hurry to finish it. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get that order. It was unacceptable. My beverage tasted great! It was made just as I ordered it. A staff person said hello as o walked inside to order. Came here in the evening because it's a little hard to get into during the day. There were a few customers inside and a couple of cars in the drive thru. I was a little confused at first because two or three staff persons said they would be with me to take my order, and then it was a totally different person who actually took my order. My beverage was ready and I didn't know it because none of the staff said anything when my drink was placed on the counter. what a fun experience! My boyfriend loves the cereal milk latte and some Dunkin's have been out of it BUT this Dunkin recommended the iced dunka latte for us to try and it's amazing!!!! They were yelling profanity from the back room to the front, even with a lobby full of customers--including children. I was so disappointed and embarrassed to have my kids hear that language. They had a staff in the dining area adding up a cash register drawer. Someone was quick to ask if we were ready to order. We ordered and the staff had no idea what normally came on the breakfast sandwiches. (That's ok, no biggie.) We waited 20 minutes for our two sandwich order. Super slow on food orders. Don't order food except donuts, unless you don't mind waiting 30-40 minutes.

Service is incredibly slow, you can wait in the line for 30mins easily. Getting your order correct hardly happens at this location and they seem confused most days. Overall, It's a bunch of young people screwing off mostly and it shows with the ineffectiveness to manage orders and time. read more

Today I witnessed the absolute worst customer service ever. The shift leader(blue shirt)(the girl at the register said her name was Emily).Yelling at an older couple that was waiting a very long time on door dash orders.After some back n forth she also told then they were not allowed back into that dunkin donuts.Beside the fact she was acting like a total child...she was yelling at this older couple in front of a full store of other people.Then the other children working behind had the nerve to laugh about the whole incident.And to think that was someone's elderly parents/grandparents trying to help supplement their income doing door dash to be spoken to and yelled at by some child that thinks she's the ceo of the company.Not that my $3 a day is going to I make the location go under but I am there 4 days a week and will not be returning.Dunkin corporate....do better.Train your employees.Get rid of the bad apples and get some that really do deliver customer service. read more

Always friendly and fast service. I have always used the drive through and there's usually a few cars in front of me but the wait is never too long. Food and drinks are exactly what you would expect from a Dunkin'. I maintain that the munchkins are the best thing on the menu. read more

They have a decent selection of breakfast sandwiches for grab and go. They have promoted it quite a bit. However, we stopped in yesterday and no biscuits for the chicken and biscuit? The iced tea my wife ordered was topped off with ice - probably a quarter cup of tea would have filled it. They left about 1/2" from the top. When she finished, I asked for a refill to which the cashier call the teen manager over. With a snide look she stated they don't do refills. I asked her to look at the amount of ice. She replied, 'I will give you half a cup then'. Who trains these people!!! And the coffee is good, but it ain't all that. read more

The slowest service I've ever experienced. First off, the drive thru line is always clear out in the street backing up the first lane of traffic. Not sure how the city allows that. Then once you're in the insanely long line you're in your car at least 25 mins waiting for some coffee. Second, and I believe this is a corporate thing, but the COVID restrictions are ridiculous. So, customers are allowed to mobile order, employees put their food out on the mobile order table, but customers aren't allowed in to go pick it up. Even though they can see their order through the window. Employees aren't allowed to walk it out to you either. So you're forced to wait in the insanely long drive thru line. Or just suck it up, and eat the money you already spent with the mobile order. Just overall, kind of frustrating when you're drinking your watered down coffee and you're ice cold food. Chances also are they more than likely forgot something you ordered too. So enjoy being hangry as well! read more

The past 4-5 times I have gone to this store something is wrong. Today I asked for a whole grain bagel with cream cheese. I got to the window they said they were out. They only had sesame or plain. I asked for sesame. When I received me bagel there was hardly any cream cheese (1/4 of it was dry) and I received a PLAIN bagel. Last time I was here, I asked for a medium hot latte. To say that it was luke warm was an exaggeration. Time before that I wanted skim milk in the latte, they put almond milk in it. Tasted horrible! read more

I know this so I don't ever come here. Except in February. I love the brownie batter donut. So today I swung by for one. They completely messed up my order which was so simple. Just one donut. They gave me a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. I didn't notice until I'd left so I had to go back. They didn't even apologize immediately. They gave me my donut and corrected the amount they charged me and mumbled and I'm sorry as I pulled off. I told myself that at least I had a yummy donut to enjoy once I got home. Wrong. It was so disgustingly stale I had to throw it out. Such a waste of my time and money. Never again. Go to Starbucks for coffee, or better yet a local joint. I frequent this location 2 to 3 times per week. I ask for the same two drinks for my wife and I each time. I would say out of 10 visits, 5 or more are wrong. They are either cold or the cup is half full. I'm not quite sure what the issue is but at $3 per Latte I shouldn't have to wonder if it will be right. When I bring it to their attention, they cop an attitude. I frequent other DD and never experienced this. Ownership better address this, it's not always about speed, it's about quality. This is the second time I've had my donuts either smashed or the frosting is completely off because the cashier picked it up from the top. Then I asked why would you do that, she denied it and said she didn't, when I watched her do it. I then asked for two new ones, she did but put the old ones back on the display, you don't do that. I ordered a small coconut cream pie iced coffee with NO cream or sugar. When I received my coffee at the window, I noticed it did not look like previous coffees I had ordered before; this coffee indeed had cream in it. I asked the girl at the window if she thought it had cream in it, she said "yea, it looks like it." I told her I had ordered it with NO cream or sugar to which she replied "are you sure?" I told her I was positive. (Not that that is relevant in any regard.) I have a milk allergy and can only have minimal amounts of dairy, so I know I said no cream. She left the window to presumably make me a new one; but she came back and handed me the same exact cup of coffee, cream and all, and said have a nice day, with a smug smirk. SERIOUSLY?
