My wife found a Pizza Hut in Wadsworth and she told me that it had a salad bar and pizza buffet. She also told me that she would like to go for lunch. Well, I hadn't eaten yet and it was lunch time, so off we went. Upon arrival, there was no pizza buffet as they only offer that on week days during lunch. I'm guessing due to staffing issues, there's no way they could handle a full restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays. Alas, we requested some pan pizzas. I also made a single trip to the salad bar, which was just okay. The pizza was consistently Pizza Hut. It was good, but I only ate two pieces because I consumed a good bit of salad in my one trip to the bar. There was only one server and she was handling more than just taking orders and delivering them. She was very friendly, outgoing, and attentive. My wife even complimented her several times, noting that she was working with only one other person in the back, who was making pizza. We both work during the day, so it won't be possible to visit for the lunch time pizza buffet. read more

I ordered one medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I live 3 miles away. Not only was it cold, but it was nasty. No sauce at all! Crust and burned and all of it dried out. I picked the toppings off a few pieces and threw the rest in the garbage. Never again Pizza Hut. in Wadsworth. read more

Wow what this a cluster. I called in an order for two cheese twist crust pizzas. At all the other pizza huts this is $13.99. I got there. They made one wrong or so they told me took another half hour of waiting. Then I got charged $20 per pizza. Ugh. Got to my car and something told me to look. Sure enough not what I ordered they were the wrong pizzas. Not happy I called them. They hung up on me. That did upset me so I turned around and went back into the restaurant. Ugh I ended up with the right order as they had to do it again. Still paid too much but all I can say is avoid this place. They are not very well managed. read more

Before we even arrived, I called in to this location with an inquiry and the lady that answered my call was so delightful to talk to and welcomed us in to the restaurant if we chose to come. We showed up at lunch time for the pizza buffet which was constantly refreshed with different pizzas hot from the oven. Our waitress (who I believe was the individual I had spoken to on the phone) was great about checking on us and keeping our drinks refilled. I placed an online order early in the day for a 5:00 pm pick up. the app said my order was ready do I went to the restaurant at 5:00. I was told it was not ready and would be 10 minutes (after waiting 20 minutes at the window being ignored) . I was asked to come back in 10 minutes. I did and it still was not ready, was asked to come back again. I specifically placed this order early because I had somewhere I had to be. I wait and eventually received my order at 5:42.. and was not offered anything extra or an apology for my order being 42 minutes late! took it to my destination ( very very late) and it was horrible. literally one pizza was like card board and the other had a spoiled taste. will never order again.. read more

Stood in the lobby for ten minutes waiting to be seated while everybody passed by looked at us.we left without being served. The website says they have. Pizza? Buffet 7 days a week and it is only Monday through Friday at lunch time. read more

This place is a hidden gem! I can't remember the last time I've seen a Pizza Hut so when we drove by we decided to stop in and we weren't disappointed! The staff was very fast and friendly. We got the buffet and our drinks were out in minutes and the buffet was constantly stocked with fresh pizza. I would definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

Pizza Hut is what it is. Middle of the road pizza. It's never going to stack up to Antonio's but it doesn't cost what Antonio's does either. Certainly a step above Little Caesar. I do enjoy this location for easy convenience. Tried the new 5 dollar menu and it was passable so I'll be back! read more

Ordered a pizza from them for the first time in years just a couple nights ago. Ordered the Super Supreme Pan Pizza. Wow, this looks nothing like it used to. It used to be really thick and stacked with toppings and extra cheese. This one barely had any toppings, barely any cheese, and half as thick as it used to be. There were spots with no toppings at all. Very cheaply made, and not very good tasting. And, no black olives? I was very disappointed. Their pizza has definitely gone down hill. I called to complain, and they said that they don't give credits over the phone. And, that some manager would have to call me back? I'm still waiting for the call... read more

After waiting 10+ min over the 35 minute carry out wait time at 9pm on a Friday. We paid, and were told the young man would check on our order , we ask him, "Hey does marinara come with the garlic bread with cheese"? To which he replies "yes" , ok ... we never saw him again at this carry out window , next we see a young woman who appears to be in charge , she gives us a short novella about why our food isn't ready yet ... short version is they forgot to put the sandwhich in.. so now we know the salad has sat for 14+ extra minutes as has our (undercooked garlic bread) while we wait another 6-8 minutes for her & our order to come up ... 1 salad, 1 order garlic bread, and Buffalo chicken sandwich. Received $22 order ... we pop everything open real quick to do a quality check , appears decent ... hey garlic bread with cheese doesn't have the marinara , can we have that ... to which the woman reply's with ... it doesn't come with it , that'll be .79¢ , oh hey the guy said it did, we asked specifically... it doesn't ... walks away, pauses , returns and pushes the sauce through the window and says "I'll give it to you this time" ... wth ... So I just ordered 18 wings and a side of fries for delivery. They showed up way sooner than expected (that was awesome). The blonde girl with short hair that made the delivery was very nice and really cute. She kinda made my day off of watching the last browns game better I gotta say. And pizza huts fries are literally the best around seriously. The wings were great too. read more

It's a Pizza Hut. Everything you would expect. To be fair, I've never actually gone into the restaurant. But they have always had my order ready and they are usually polite. Food is exactly as it should be-like every other Pizza Hut. read more

Ordered online at 1 in the afternoon.Originally ordered breaded wings with different sauces due to the Wednesday wing special. Store called me immediately and politely informed me that they are out of breaded wings. I agreed to make them boneless instead of the non-breaded wings which they had instead of the breaded wings. Went to pick up my order and they inform my that Sweet Chili sauce is no longer available even though it is still a choice online. I agreed to a different available sauce. The staff was very polite. My issue here is with the fact that they made me change my order twice and although kindness was offered no complimentary discount was offered. That would have been a nice gesture. read more

Food and service was good, until I got to the register! I ate, also had a to -go order. The manager Tony was asked if the receipt was correct, he answered YES! I told him it wasn't for the fact he charged me tax on the to - go order. He laughed, and rang me up a takeout ticket with no tax! SNEAKY!!! read more

The store manager, BRANDON, somehow managed to send us a pizza with sour cheese. Sometimes it happens, fine! I understand! When confronted with the issue, he refused left and right to help resolve the problem. My coworker was not given a refund, but instead, Brandon offered to make the pizza again with the same cheese because he didn't care what we had to say. I'm sorry we didn't want to get sick? They do not delivery to all areas of Wadsworth. I finally was giving them one more shot and here they will not deliver 2.7 miles away. Every restaurant in their area delivers to my house. Heck even ones past them. Typical big chain pizza. read more
