It's a ROUGH exit for a "quick" coffee stop! We ordered ahead on the mobile app and then waited 10-15 mins for our coffees. While we waited we visited the nastiest bathroom I've seen in a long long time! Our coffees were correct, basic lattes (one with an extra shot.) The other folks waiting all had something missing or wrong with their orders. They had all ordered things with flavored syrups and it seemed like they were out of most flavors (although they all ordered inside at the kiosk.) This location was cramped and dirty. The donuts weren't really on display. So I guess they come from somewhere in the back. Side note: we had tried to order ahead and pickup at Starbucks, but order ahead wasn't available at this exit and the lobby was closed- so no restroom option. I'd recommend just driving through and then visiting the rest stop a few miles down the highway. read more

Was the staff friendly, absolutely. Was the food DD quality yeah. The issue with it is were the flies that were all over on the inside of the establishment. They for sure need to invest in a bug maintenance program or get a lot of fly traps to cut down on it the bug issue. read more

Everything I know must be wrong. Apparently up is down and left is right for this place to have gotten such poor reviews. Look, I'm no stranger to donuts (see my profile picture for proof), and I must say this is one of the better Dunkin Donuts locations I've been to. I've always received fresh donuts or muffins and very tasty coffee. Also the service I've received has been very good. My only complaint is that they stop serving the (AMAZING) Pumpkin Muffins too early in the holiday season. However I'm sure that's more of a corporate decision and not a local one. read more

I am a die hard Dunkin fan and this is absolutely the worst Dunkin I have been to and I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt because it's the only one near my house, but how do you run out of sugar and every flavor except French vanilla. The manager of this store is lazy and rude to her employees so I can't say I blame them for the service I get and the tension in the restaurant but she needs to learn how to do her job or quit so walterboro doesn't suffer. Confession Time....After grocery shopping I often reward myself with a donut and soda from here. Don't tell! The employees are friendly and the food is usually good. It does seem like they do run out of items often and I have received more than one "less-than-fresh" donut. However when it's fresh... it's oh so good. I mostly go later in the evening, which could contribute to the "less-than-fresh" issue. Still, they do need to keep a better eye on that. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to!!! Rude rude rude!!! Went through drive thru ordered food got to window to pay and gave us someone else order. We politely told her it was the wrong order (attitude was given, with eyes rolling, as if it was our fault). Was given food and waiting on my Mocha lced latte with sugar and extra mocha. My drink is a certain color cause of all the mocha and when I noticed it didn't look the same I parked the car in a spot (trying to be mindful of the cars behind me in drive thru) . Went inside and again politely asking for a couple more squirts of mocha, to then be told I need to pay extra. UM NO JACKIE..... y'all got it wrong in the first place, and I did ask and pay for extra mocha. The number one thing the employees need to be educated on is customer service, you want your customers to return. The absolute dirtiest bathroom and DD that I have ever been in. Post COVID-19 world I couldn't believe how dirty this place was. We waited on our road trip to get coffee and doughnuts until the exit with DD. We tried to use the bathroom which was horrific and the restaurant area after that couldn't have possibly been clean. It was so horrible in both men and women's, and the Dining area was dirty too. Stay away!!! This is a horrible stop. If I could give them zero stars I would. We stopped by to get coffee and a donut at around 7pm. The lady working there told us that the lobby was closed and that I would have to order through the drive thru only. Granted the sign on their door said they closed at 8pm and we were traveling in an RV so the drive thru was a no go. She then told us that we could WALK through the drive thru. Ridiculous, considering I was already inside the lobby and standing at the counter. So the amount of time she took to explain all this to me she could have taken my order and I would have been on my way. i was on the road driving from miami to nc, halfway through my trip when i stopped to get a coffee and some food. i'm a vegan so i can't have many fast foods but having managed at a dunkin for 2 years i knew i could eat stuff there so i put a mobile order through at 6:20 and by the time i got there at 6:25, they told me they couldn't make the food because the ovens were off and then stared blankly at me without offering a solution. i had to ask for a refund and left with only a coffee. very disappointing considering this location closes at 8, an hour and half after i went. read more

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. I would not ever recommend anyone going to this DD. My husband and I walked in to get our morning coffee, we waited about 8 minutes while the approximately 4 employees proceeded to ignore us. They were laughing and hugging, more preoccupied with each other than the customers they were to be serving. My husband politely asked if we could be waited on, about a minute later one of the female employees lunged over the counter and told us that they were refusing to serve us. She began to yell, scream, and berate us. She told us to get out and we were at a loss because all we wanted was some coffee and donuts. She stated that her manager told her to refuse to serve us. She walked around the counter and got into our faces telling us to leave. Meanwhile, the remaining 3 employees were making lewd, racist remarks against my husband and I.
