Went through the drive thru at 625pm. They close at 7pm. The girl told me,"since we're getting ready to close soon, we cant make a frozen." I left. And will not be back. My review is only based upon customer service. I stopped at Dunkin' Donuts to pick up a drink my wife ordered . I walked in, large group of employees, two playing on their phones. I was not greeted nor spoken to. I walked back-and-forth between the register in the food delivery area, but not a peep out of anyone. This dunkin is one of the busiest in the area. What I noticed is the drive thru speaker over hang is in damaged and very noticeable. There was trash all over the landscaping and throughout the drive-through lane. The gates to the trash bins were open and trash was all over the area. Going to the speaker we were greeted with how can I help you. When we pulled up the cashier was really causal and not professional. He didn't say a total and then said he liked my car and proceed to hang out the window into my car window and said I love the interior of your car which was very invasive of my personal space I had to lean over my middle console. I ordered 4 drinks and he proceed to hand me them one at a fime ; I had to ask for a carrier. No receipt was given out and the cups we're not tagged. read more

We woke up 30 min early before going to the airport to come get coffee. The only guy working was busy, but did not acknowledge us or attempt to help us for over 10 minutes. We were not served and had to leave to get to the airport. Although the under staffing is Dunkin' Donuts fault, the man working should have said hello and told us he'd be with us when he could. This location is always very busy during breakfast time. However, that is no excuse for the pathetic service its staff provides. I honestly can't think of which aspect of their service is worse, from making the wrong drinks (a macchiato is not a cappuccino!!!), To moving as slow as molasses when there are people waiting, to putting donuts on the wrong side of the box, to not acknowledging customers at the counter. Extremely busy location, they turn off mobile ordering sporadically all the time. The past week and a half it's been off continuously forcing me to drive to a different location or wait 15 minutes to go through a double wrapped line, the weekend staff is a bunch of young kids who don't care about quality or people's time. One of the kids that work here didn't put the lid on a cup of hot coffee and my girlfriend spilled it all over our car. When she asked for napkins they handed her 2 and didn't apologize. Being from California, I never really experienced Dunkin before. I've always been a Starbucks guy, but things have changed. This Dunkin is just down the street from me, so I gave it a try. I've been stopping in at least weekly since they opened now. The staff are friendly, food and coffee are better AND cheaper than Sbux, and honestly the coffee tastes better here. Ultimately we waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged, then the worker did not know the menu, took another couple of minutes to get back to us, then blamed everything on being understaffed when no one else was in the drive thru and no one turned out to be in the store either. If you are interested in going to DD and getting any kind of decent service, recommend you go to another location. read more

Since this location is newer you would believe they have their act together yet that isn't the case. Their specialty is donuts, but the few times I have been here they were extremely limited on inventory and the donuts weren't fresh. I don't recommend this location, but to each his own. read more

The Dunkin Donuts at 8315 Cincinnati Dayton Rd has subpar customer service. First of, they do not wear gloves when handling food and that's horrible esp because of the pandemic. We told the cashier twice that we wanted $10 worth of croissants but they put 2 donuts in 2 bags and left it on the counter. When we'd stood there for close to 10 mins wondering where our croissants were, some other girl (Asian) comes and asks for our receipt and when she's done preparing our order, she just leaves them there, doesn't bother to bag em and then just walks away when we were standing at the other counter. I wonder if it's cause we are black. Also, the croissants are trash. read more

Horrible!! This was 2nd bad experience we have had with Dunkin. I gave it a second chance and should have known!! Cashier had no clue on any of the donuts on what was what. She told me they didn't have a certain donut and after I made my purchase the manager walked by and said they did have that certain donut. Dunkin should not put people up front who have no clue on ANYTHING!! The donuts were hard as a rock and tasted like they sat out for days. I feel very passionately about this "dunkin' donuts," if you'd even consider it a part of the chain, since we all know their service is quite "sub-par." So today, August 2, 2020, we were very unpleased with their service, consisting of two teenage employees with an awful attitude, one even going as far as to say he "doesn't know" when asked a question. After taking an absurd amount of time on our order-- which was, i might add, quite a minimal one-- we asked him which coffee was which, since the two differed quite a bit, and he proceeded to be oblivious & said "i don't know, just taste it," in a rude & pretentious manner. Drove all the way to this location to get a decaf iced coffee and they said they're out of decaf coffee for the day...they wouldn't brew more because they don't want to "waste it"... employee was rude and unhelpful. Even assuming they are unable to make a small amount, I'd expect (or hope) for the employee to at least be pleasant instead of extremely rude. Talk about a waste. read more

I work a lot of evenings nearby and I'm on my feet all day at work with only thirty minutes for lunch. I take the time to order ahead on the app in hopes that everything will be ready so I can quickly pick up my coffee and whatever else I get. In the past four weeks, I've maybe came here four times, each time the wake up wrap I order is burnt; one time it was so burnt that I had to throw it away completely--mind you, I didn't check before I had left and got all the way back to work, but by then it was too late to go back; I had to get back to work. I'm really upset with the afternoon crew; I never have any issues at this location on days I work early in the morning and decide to stop by. Everything is always perfect in the morning, but the afternoon crew always messes up my order. read more
