I ordered a trenta strawberry açaí lemonade refresher with light ice no berries after playing volleyball outside on a hot day. I thought this would be the perfect way to refresh me, until I got in the drive through and it was 60% ice. This was my one treat of the week and I chose to spend it at Starbucks. This way very disappointing after I ordered light ice because now I barely get any drink. It may sound like I'm being dramatic but this quite literally ruined my whole day. For 6 dollars, I expected a drink with just a little ice keeping it cool, not a cup of ice with a little bit of drink. And not even to mention when the ice melts it waters the drink down a lot. All I did was order a grande Pike Place roast. It took almost 20 minutes. They weren't busy, they just kept making other customers' drinks ahead of mine. Customers who had come in after me. My wife ordered a Frappuccino which they made right away. One of the employees even asked what I was waiting on. When I told him, he immediately started making someone else's drink. I did the drive thru to order 3 drinks, one hot and two cold. The young lady was very nice and took good care of me. My two caramel fraps were very milky and just tasted like milk with a hint of favor. Both of us who tried it agreed on the taste. If I didn't have another appointment I would have taken it back and had them remade. Usually have a good experience not sure if they were rushing due to being busy but it could have been better. Do not bark at and berate paying customers for sitting down when only some of the tables inside have 'temporarily closed' signs on them, and your Google listing says you're open for dine-in! Especially when you don't answer the phone for customers attempting to call ahead and do their due diligence. Textbook example of piss poor customer service. This location is bigger than most, clean and quick. The people are friendly and I like the games they have for you to pass the time with. I remember coming here years ago and when we asked for their used coffee grounds which they give away for free (think compost or gardening), they didnt have any bagged up as usual so they asked if we minded giving it to us in a trash bag and gave us a lot. We were impressed and my mom was happy. Love the sugar free syrups to help keep me on track, too. read more

Ok, honestly the only complaint I have is there could be more seating, or just one or 2 bigger tables for a group, but hey, thats just me. This place has the fastest drive-thru in town, and thats out of every drive-thru! (ok The McDonald's up the road might beat it but still). And everyone there actually gives a crap. Its always a how you doin, how's your day, and an occasionally hun thrown in there (i'm country and old-fashioned, i love it!) They will help you if you need a suggestion, and won't be snooty with you if you say "medium" instead of "grande" (or whatever their medium word is :P ) So basically they're not barista snobs, they're speedy, and helpful. Went inside waited for another 20 minutes during which time not one single person got a beverage. Left to go to another location. I just had the best experience at this Starbucks. Long story short, my brain went on vacation today so I needed some espresso. That's the cure, obvi. The man working at the register--I couldn't make out his name because my brain couldn't compute cursive today--was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. As I was leaving, hands full with all of the things women typically fill their hands with, I ended up dropping my Pellegrino soda. Which is in a glass bottle... And it shattered... everywhere. Some of the friendliest employees are all working at this location. It is a typical Starbucks with all the traditional options available. It has the bonus of a drive thru window. Hot breakfast items, cold case for snacks, and shelves packed full of coffee acoutrements. But it is the baristas who remember your name and your drink order, who check in on you even though you are just scoring the Wi-Fi, and who truly make the chain restaurant feel like a neighborhood coffee shop that make this particular Starbucks worth going to. read more

This location has a pretty terrible parking lot - but that is not their fault. Just the design of the building, road, and parking. When you walk in there are a few places to sit down but the counter takes up a bulk of the interior space. The staff seemed friendly and I don't per-say have an issue with the level of service that I received. I do feel, however, that they were very unorganized. I'm unaware of whats all in the area but they do seem to be a busy location. So you would think that they would have it down to a science to ensure everyone gets their drink quickly. They did take our name during the order, but instead of saying the name on the order - they yell out the order. I am a consistent Starbucks patron, but the visit to this particular location was less than enjoyable. I visited the drive thru and ordered two iced beverages, and as I pulled to the window, I was handed a hot beverage.... when I corrected the barista- I was faced with a horrible attitude and just poor customer service. I do believe that I deserve the correct beverage that I had ordered and paid money for, so I chose spoke up. I always viewed Starbucks service as A+, but was disappointed today. I just wanted to publicly express my gratitude to this Starbucks. I have a two year old son, who is...well...he's two. He's found something he loves in your birthday cake cake pops. Sometimes he wakes up in the middle of the night and stands up in his bed and says "Cake pop!" before flopping back down and going to sleep. But that's beside the point! Being two, he sometimes wants things and wants them right then, so we normally have to have a good stock on hand for meltdown emergencies.
