two cups of coffee in a cup holder

I love Starbucks!!! I am in town for a week and went to get my coffee fix, but I was a little disappointed when both times my coffees were cold. The service is friendly and fast but I might just go elsewhere where I can find hot coffee

This Starbucks has three stars because half the workers are nice and fun and the others are not happy and don't really care. Drinks are called with no enthusiasm and people just drag and to be honest it's mostly the few women that look late 30's won't look you in the eye when on the bar just over it. There was a young guy that took my order today super fun. The other day in the drive they I asked to reload my card and then take payment from that but they took my fifty paid for the drink and then put twenty on my card so I had a reloaded card and 26 bucks and change which of you have worked at Starbucks for more then six months you know people want to reload and then pay so they can get there stars. It's a well known fact and it just shows laziness. But I love Starbucks and this store is very clean so give it a shot

I just wonder into this Starbucks a few days ago by chance and I assume it must be relatively new because I never noticed it before. It's on the small side so it is easy to miss. Even though it's not large, it has all the amenities of a typical Starbucks. Nice clean bathrooms and soft cushy chairs to plant your butt in while pigging out. The coffee was hot and extremely fresh and the apple fritters I got were exceptional tasty. It even has a drive through. What really amazed me about this particular store were the two young ladies that worked there. They both had a head sets on and were working the window but also managed to deal with the walk in costumers without missing a beat. All while being efficient, friendly and pleasant. Amazing multi talking. The only negative is that the store has a small parking lot that is difficult to get in and out of. The whole Hoxie area is always congested.

    Such a waste..

I'm a big fan of Starbucks. Been going to them since I walked out of my mother's womb. You can skip this one if your craving that sweet nectar of the gods. Staff here is, for the lack of a better description, soulless. Not friendly at all. Batista who took my order acted like she rather be any where but here. I mean I get it, I've had bad days myself but I check that shit at the door when I'm working the bar. The fake smile drops off when I walk into the kitchen when I go grab something, but comes right back when I walk back into sight of my customers. She could have at least attempted to crack half a while when she handed my awful burnt tasting cold brew. Customer interaction is 50% of a guests experience. Bad food and/ or a drink can be fixed. The taste of a bad attitude lingers for a lot longer.

    Cheers to red cups

Typical Starbucks. Slowest line imaginable during the morning drive thru. Expect to wait 15mins for a coffee.

I LOVE the drive-thru, as trying to lug two young children in and out in a timely manner can prove to be a challenge most of the time.

I went with the baklava cold brew and it was among the best I've had in a while. The pistachio flavor really came through without being over powering. I love that the owner Shannon is often around and all the baristas seem to genuinely care that you are happy with your visit. I'm here usually at least twice a week and I really have to talk myself out of heading in more often. The seasonal lattes are always so delicious. Not too sweet and well thought out flavors. They make their own syrups and truly keep things original. For food I'll go with a bagel or one of their toasts on high fiber bread. I like that both the bagels and bread are from other Rhode Island small businesses. While the space is small the vibes are strong. It really feels like a community there. I usually always see someone I know or have gotten to know from bringing my laptop and working for a bit at The Nook. If you love supporting local, I highly recommend you do so at The Nook!

We now try to come back as often as you can when we are in town today we had time after my hubby's doctors appointment so we stopped in and grabbed coffee and a sandwich. they're tuna fish is fantastic. The service is spot on people are greeted when they in the door. They explain what they have. So we never really have to question what it is. They also tell you what specials they have going on today whether it be coffee or a sandwiches, etc. It's small inside. There's only about six tables but we like sitting outside because it's like six picnic tables out there and lots of seeds even though it's on the main street it's really not that bad. It's right across from a bus stop with the buses pull in turn around and go back out. It is kind of a busy street. We know that today but it doesn't seem overly busy. Just make sure you cross in the crosswalk type of thing. It's right up the street from assisted living and from the ocean you can grab sandwiches and stuff and eat there down the street and sit on little benches on the water and have your lunch and see the boats and stuff floating out in the harbor it's really very nice quiet beautiful location.

Horrible customer service…read more My wife and I ordered Avocado toasts (which were fine), which was listed on the menu above the counter as $6.99, but we were charged $7.99. When I asked about why we were charged more, I was simply told by the person at the counter that that was the price listed on the tablet they were using and that the menu above the counter must be out of date. I'm much less concerned about the overcharge $2 ($1 per order) than the attitude toward the customer evidenced by the person at the counter and, especially, the management, who should keep the menu above the counter up-to-date and instruct the staff to honor posted prices. I don't expect anyone to don sack-cloth and ashes over the overcharge, but someething like, "Oh, I'm sorry. We need to change the menu. I'll refund you two dollars" would have been nice. Posting a price and then charging a higher one, in addition to probably being a violation of deceptive trade practice law, is dishonest.

They ended up giving my a egg & cheese on A bagel but it was still very good! They don't use a cheap microwaved egg like some places do either. (The croissant is also a good option!) But let's be real here... that's not why I wait 7 cars deep most early mornings in a drive thru line... The cinnamon rolls are the reason. These things just hit every time man. They arnt really anything over the top like a thick cinnamon bun out of your oven or anything like that. They are your simple cinnamon roll with icing on it not frosting but they are just so delicious - easily the standout. (Sometimes they run out!) They're mostly known for their coffee, and you can tell. They have a hoping business and everyone usually leaves with a coffee amongst other options like their bagels or baked goods.
