Oh my gosh, this store is AWFUL. The owner Cassie doesn't care and is SO rude. No apology for an order that took over 15 minutes and then she was rude to me. I have had bad experience after bad experience here. Multiple food issues, tastes like propane. Dunkin needs to remove this owner. It gives the entire Dunkin organization a bad reputation. Already I unimpressed have sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes with no way to get out of it! I preordered and am so irritated right now. This slow service is completely uncalled for. Edited because while we waited over 30 minutes overall to get through the drive thru at least the server offered to make us new drinks when I asked for napkins because the drinks had sweated out so much while in line. They don't get anymore tara though because he whole purpose of a drive thru is to get through quickly. What a waste of time for people on line. I went into the Dunkin' shop of S. College Rd. to purchase two donuts. Both employees were in the back, tying up bags of trash and throwing bags in a pile without gloves. The one employee comes to the counter, takes my order and grabs my donuts without washing her hands, after handling all that trash. She did use the little brown paper square, but I still think this was very unsanitary and Dunkin' should be glad I don't work for the Health Department. I dropped by the monkey junction location for a small coffee and a donut and was disgusted with the price, slow service, and dirty conditions. $5.01 and they charged $0.50 extra for oatmilk in the coffee. Stopped here on the way out of Carolina Beach on a Sunday morning around 8am. There was a pretty good crowd inside, so I went to the drive-thru, I was in & out pretty quick & my order was correct. It's located on the end of a strip shop type building with a few other businesses in it as well. I ordered a large coffee that was awesome, as Dunkins coffee usually is, I also had bacon, egg & cheese on an onion bagel which was very good for a fast food type sandwich. The bagel was fresh, but the bacon was paper thin, had a heavy liquid smoke type flavor to it. Though their bacon isn't winning them any blue ribbons I would order this again. I also tried a seasonal treat they had, a Pumpkin Pie Donut. The concept is great, the pumpkin pie cream filling on the inside was awesome, just wasn't hardly any in there, the icing on top with the graham cracker crust crumbs was a great compliment to the donut, but the donut itself was dry, almost like it was stale, had to dunk it the coffee to make it good. Seems dry donuts on the border line of being stale is a problem I've found at most Dunkin Donuts I've been to in the past, reason I seldom get anything but coffee there. read more

First, the staff is extremely rude. They act like they're doing you a favor and that putting a donut in a bag is hard prison labor. On top of that, the orders are never correct. Poor customer service is also a problem that I've run across at a lot of DD stores. I stop here most days as it's convenient on my way to work. Since I moved here in July I have ordered a breakfast sandwich 3x and not once gotten what I have asked for. Apparently bagel sounds just like croissant and no egg sounds like no cheese. I normally stop here and never have any problems. But this morning my wife and I was driving by this location so, I used my on the go order and placed a sausage and egg croissant and bagel breakfast sandwiches order. My wife went in to pick them up and she was told they were out of bagel and croissants??? They made the sandwiches on Texas toast and when we left we went to eat them and they had bacon on mine and forgot to put the sausage on my wife's sandwich?? This is on a Saturday morning and they are out of bagels and croissants??? There's literally a Walmart a 1/2 mile away from this location. I'm always intrigued what the thinking is for managers not sending someone to go and get things like bread or other simple items when they run out. Seems like a lack of management. And getting the orders wrong is just a complete lack of attention to detail on the employees part. However, he not only grabbed my donut with his gloved hand after walking around the store ...opening doors taking money all with those same gloves after he took my money with those same gloves he started packing a box of donuts by grabbing them with the same dirty gloves. I have gone to this DD every since I moved here in January 2016. I was so happy to find a DD close to my house. What happened this Sunday? I went over at 715am this morning and it was not open. I am a regular customer at this Dunkin. I buy coffee and the occasional donut at least 3-4 times a week. The employees are friendly but I'm lucky if they get my order right once a week. I've been served donuts with wet frosting thrown frosting side down in the bag on several occasions and just the other day I ordered a medium ice coffee, cream and sugar. I actually got iced tea with cream and sugar. It wasn't even freaking coffee at all, gross! I've complained numerous times to Dunkin Corporate, they always send an email saying sorry for your experience, nothing else. Like I said, I mostly order the same exact thing every time. I ALWAYS have to repeat my order at the drive thru speaker, then again at the window, you'd think they would know me by now since I've been going there for years.
