I ordered a long john, a Chipotle hashbrown sandwich, a medium brown sugar shake, and an espresso. None of it was good. The donut was stale, and the breakfast sandwich was a very small taco with no bacon just eggs and cheese. The guy making my drink only filled it up halfway and did not add the extra shot I paid for. I ordered a large nitro cold brew and was told they only come in small. That was okay. I asked for the small drink. It was $6. Kind of expensive. I watched as they poured regular cold brew into the cup. I asked if their dispenser was out of nitrogen as I saw no foam build up in the cup. I regularly order nitros so I know how it's supposed to look and taste. They literally served me normal cold brew nothing special. I paid $6 FOR A SMALL COFFEE. I went when they were really new, so this review may be dated, but given the other reviews, it is on par with what to expect. Service is quite a doozy. It seemed like they don't know what they're doing. I asked them if they accepted electronic payments (like on the app), and they didn't seem to know what that was. I did get my order correct because I was only ordering 1/2 dozen and watched them pull from the cases. I'd been to Dunkin' in the past around the country, so I know what to expect in regards to the doughnuts. Now the doughnuts themselves aren't the greatest. I went to this store earlier in the day and the young lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I went back around 5:45 pm and there was a sign that said they would be back in 10 minute so I wait. I finally see a girl with a dunkin donut shirt walk up and she walks right pass me. Bought an apple fritter from the Walmart branch of Dunkin Donuts and it was so ghastly I phoned them on the way home. It was stale, stale, STALE! With maybe one piece of apple in it. Flavor was off. They said bring it back and they'd replace it--I was already on the 101. I was told they were made at 2am (18 plus hours in the case) the morning before and I Purchased at 8:40pm or so at full price. This Dunkin has always given me trouble in the past . They were routinely understaffed and under trained. However it seems that they have learned and picked up from then! Two people were on duty today so everything came out on time! A Young man called Phoenix was working the register and was so kind and respectful to us. I came into the Windsor store around 5:45 PM Monday and there was a sign saying be back in 10 minutes. So we waited and around 5 minues later the girl working there asked if we wanted something. We said yes we would like coffee drinks. And this girls said it was too late to make drinks. Mind you it was only 5:50 and she saw us standing there waiting before that time. Someone needs to teach the younger generation about work ethics and respect. This was a very BAD experience, so I will just stick to Starbucks from now on. I ordered at 730 am today went into the Walmart Dunkin' location to pick it up I can see on their order screen that my order is red the tickets printed and the alarm is going off informing them of the order, but no one was there the sorry we are closed sign was still up at 8am yet there was donuts in the displays. Tried calling the manager with no luck. According to Walmart management and staff this happens all the time where people just don't show up for their shift also there's no way within the app to refund your order so I'm out $25, coffee and donuts! read more

The staff was helpful and kind. I love their muffins specifically their pumpkin muffins and i enjoy their ice coffees w almond milk. Dont usually eat the variety of donuts because concerned about dietary restrictions. One thing I would change is that I would add the option of giving a tip for great service with the use of a card in addition to the tip jar. I dont carry cash often enough. read more

The people who work here are very friendly and management is actively involved, which is so nice to see. They have so many options for food and drink, I often have questions they're happy to answer or help me find something I'll like. They're hard workers and so proud of their product. This is a busy location I visit often. Customers in a hurry or who come in late can be unreasonably rude and the employees take it with grace. I mention this because if you have a problem and bring it to their attention, they'll do something about it. Anytime I visit the Windsor Dunkin' I'm pleasantly and promptly greeted with a smile, even when the staff is working hard to fulfill the orders of other customers. I ordered a Ham and Cheese Everything bagel and a Strawberry Coolatta and they both exceeded my expectations! The bagel was so flavorful and toasted just enough to melt the cheese and the Coolatta was the perfect sweet treat to pair with my savory bagel! Any store that has recently opened will experience difficulties, but watching these wonderful people work together to solve those difficulties and make each customer happy is a huge reason that I will continue to return!
