Sun dried tomato pesto frittata and cappuccino.
Autumn G.

I came here this morning for breakfast because of the positive reviews. The staff was super friendly and the coffee was strong, but the food was awful. I had the ham and cheese croissant, the sun-dried tomato and pesto frittata, and a cappuccino. The croissant sandwich was soggy. The frittata was inedible. It looked like yummy pesto but it tasted moldy. I am honestly really disappointed. They were flies too, but that usually doesn't bother me. $18 and need to get more food.

A sweet neighborhood coffee shop in Larkfield Shopping Center, near Molsberry Market. I stopped in recently on a Friday morning to do some work. I ordered and enjoyed a large latte - super smooth and easy to drink. It was just over $6 with tip, which is pretty standard. Thankfully my laptop was fully charged as I didn't see many power outlets. I scored one of the 6 bistro tables inside, just ahead of the rush. By 10am the space was full of locals happily greeting each other as they enjoyed their coffees and bagels. Very sweet to see and hear. They have a few other tables inside, and maybe 2 or 3 small tables out front. In addition to coffee and bagels, they sell some pastries and breakfast items. There's no printed food menu so check the case and ask what's available. When I finished my work (and ran out of battery), I walked over to Cookie...Take A Bite on the other side of the small shopping center and purchased a box of cookies for a gift.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops, and has become part of my daily routine. I love stopping here in the morning as I'm walking my dogs -- grabbing a latte for me and pupichino for them. :) The baristas here are so sweet and they make a DANG good coffee! I met the owners the other day and they were the nicest people. They told me the blue beagle's name is Jack, and he is their 17 year old family dog! It has amazing ambiance if you are looking for somewhere cozy to read a book or get some work done. 10/10, I couldn't recommend this place more!

My friends and I were on a drive through the area and needed some coffee and/or breakfast snack. When we stopped at this mini mall that we were passing we spotted the Blue Beagle Coffee shop. First off: how can anyone not be charmed by the logo of a blue beagle? I'm just saying. This playful logo gave promise to a charming ambiance. And I was not disappointed! As could be indicated by the fullness of the shop. Patrons sipping brews or eating breakfast pastries abounded. My friends opted for a cold coffee and the other hot. I had some cocoa myself. We were pleased with our beverages. Sitting outside of the cafe at a small table by the store front. It was extremely relaxing! Great start to a day of wine! For sure, next time we're in the area, we'll stop by the Blue Beagle. I love dogs and marry that to a cute coffee shop, it's a winner!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops now! I'm usually a diehard Starbucks girl but I LOVE blue beagle. Owned by the sweetest people and delicious coffee. I love peppermint mochas and they make the BEST. Their coffee has a very rich flavorful taste and I also love the chai lattes they have. Almost all of their baked goods are made in house and are so yummy. I am obsessed with their savory scones and quiches. And they switch up the flavors often. So you don't get sick of eating the same things. Definitely stop in and try this cute little coffee shop!

They have standard flavors like vanilla and chocolate, along with some more creative and off the wall like black sesame, I think there was a lavender, and more. I got the flight of 6 mini scoops. I can't remember my exact flavors, but the ice cream is so creamy, not crystallized- it's almost like gelato. I couldn't finish my ice cream because even as a mini it was so much (I should have shared) but it was absolutely delicious. I've been here a few times and there's always a line, but it moves really fast. The folks behind the counter hustle! It's such a cute place and such a mainstay of Healdsburg that I'll be back.

They are very generous with their servings for such a good price. The rest of my party all had pies with ice cream. The pies are warmed up, so they make the perfect combination with the ice cream. There's not much seating inside, but we were able to sit in the few seats they did have to enjoy our food. We all had a great dessert on a sunny Sunday post-lunch.

It is tucked away which is never a bad thing. When you go in, there is a large menu right in front. I do sometimes get a little anxious when trying new places alone so I had already looked online. However, I did notice they were out of several items when I walked in. Luckily, not what I was going to order. It was very hot inside. I felt bad for the lady working. Behind the counter was kind of a mess too. It looked more like a warehouse than a kitchen type area. I ordered my boba and was out the door in no time. Which was wonderful since it was hot both inside and outside. I ordered a taro milk tea boba and it was just okay. It was insanely sweet. I don't like my milk tea's overly sweet so it was hard for me to get through. If someone wants to go sometime, I'll definitely try them again as their fruit does look amazing. I just don't know that I would go out of my way again for it.

We knew immediately this was going to be a special night. We went all in with the chef's prix fixe menu, and it delivered from the very first bite. Warm, homemade dinner rolls -- fragrant with thyme, garlic, and chili flakes, served alongside pillowy whipped butter -- set the tone perfectly. We loved them so much we asked for a second basket without a moment's hesitation. The Sonoma County Organic Salad that followed was nothing short of a revelation: crisp Little Gem lettuce, Pioneer Micro Herbs and edible flowers, beautifully shaved vegetables, whipped fromage blanc, and a Green Goddess dressing that tied it all together with effortless elegance. Perfection is the only word for it. For our entrées, the Petrale Sole Meunière was a masterclass in refined, soulful cooking -- the Costeaux sourdough croutons, potato fondant, haricot verts, and caper beurre noisette working in perfect harmony. And the pork porchetta with nduja? Cooked flawlessly, bold, deeply satisfying, and utterly memorable. We paired the meal with the Valette Rosé of Pinot Noir, which has instantly earned a place among the finest rosés we've ever tasted -- vibrant, nuanced, and a dream with every course. Dessert brought the ItsNotA 'Snickers Bar' and the Almond Frangipane, both executed brilliantly and the ideal sweet finale to an extraordinary meal. Valette isn't just a great restaurant -- it's our new favorite dining destination, full stop. We'll be back, again and again.
