Generally, the service is pretty good. However, there is a worker, for a lack of better term, and asian lady, who has showed nothing but disrespect towards customers that I have seen. I go to school near this dunks, so I go pretty often. I come in with some of our foreign exchange students, who if you were to talk to them it would be obvious that they speak very little and broken english. She shows very little patience towards them and raises her voices at them when they take too long. Every time we stop here they get our order wrong. the place is filthy everytime and the employees are all look like they just rolled out of bed. I ordered a pepper bacon croissant sandwich and got a sausage sandwich on a bagel. I placed an order through the app today, at about 2:20 pm in the afternoon, for Wolfeboro. When I arrived a few minutes later, there was a sign on the drive up menu that said they had closed at 2:00. There is no way to recoup my money for what I ordered, no way to talk to anyone. When I try to get help through the app, it just loops back to the menu. When I click on phoning them, the phone number showed as blank. Other food apps won't let you order if the business is closed. Even here in Yelp, it says they are open when they clearly are not. For other reasons not related to this particular Dunks, I had not purchased anything from any Dunks in 10-12 years except for one time. It was my steadfast plan not to partake in their business but I caved today and figured no one could screw up an iced coffee. Little did I know, they could and did. I guess I'm back to skipping them all but most certainly this one. I understand fully that staffing issues are a problem and stores need to close. I've been going to this Dunkin regularly whenever we are at our vacation home. The service there ( I'm an AM customer only) is at least as good as 90% of the DD franchises in the Greater Boston Area. The drive up line during the summer is excruciatingly long, but that's a testament to the fact that the product and service is fine. read more

Absurd reviews for the Wolfeborough Dunkin. This place is NOT that bad. Honestly, these horrible reviews astound me. Why, why, why! This Dunkin Donuts sits on Center Street, right outside of Wolfeborough Center in a small site, yet has a drive thru and inside area with a few tables. What people should know is that, this is a FINE shop for coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and much better than others are illustrating. No, it's not the best DD location I've been to, but not all can be the best, especially considering that Dunkin Donuts has over 11,000 locations. Staff are friendly and the stock is good. I stopped one day while on vacation and they were efficient, friendly and made everything correctly and promptly. Prices aren't over any other DD location (even though this a more wealthy area), and it isn't too busy in the afternoons (I can't speak about the mornings). Not huge, but came in clutch while I was driving through Wolfeborough. 4 stars. read more

I've always been curious what Mafia ties and bribery took place to land a Dunkin Donuts in the middle of Wolfeboro, considering all the chains the planning board has turned away... That aside, this DD is pretty much the same as any other; their breakfast bagel sandwiches and flat bread sandwiches are decent, and their coffee is blah. The staff are generally unfriendly all day long, but you really need to be here in the morning to experience the meanest old ladies Wolfeboro has to offer. Seriously, it's almost funny. This is the only DD I've ever been to that refuses to take baked food orders at the drive-through in the morning, even a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese, and once you're in the drive-through lane, there's no getting out. But even if you go inside, they will inevitably manage to mess something up. My wife says it's the worst DD she's ever been to, and she should know. Oh, and a warning about parking: At peak times, DO NOT park on the side with the high stone wall holding back the hill. When the drive-through line backs up and the delivery truck arrives (which is always during the morning rush) you will not be able to leave, unless you join the drive-through line. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Let me start off by saying that I'm a convert. I hated dunkin donuts for year and finally transferred to the occasional cup of joe here due to lattes + almond milk. Now I can get coffee with the rest of my family when we are on vacation as Wolfeboro doesn't have a Starbucks. Every year it has gotten worse and worse. It's never clean and they frequently screw up out orders. Last week I ordered three French vanilla coffees with milk and one sugar. I got three coffees - one regular coffee black, one hazelnut milk and 3 sugars and the other FV with milk and no sugar. HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP!?!? It was three of the same and I got three unrelated coffees. Perhaps because there was more to my order than that wth an almond milk latte and a donut? Unfortunately it's our only option up here but if I get to choose for my family's morning coffee I'm going to downtown grille. read more

The first time I visited this location about 7 years ago when I became a member of the community I was very unimpressed, staff was rude, nothing was ever right and they just didn't care! Fast forward to now, it didn't take long before I became a frequent visitor and I am a picky picky person when it comes to my complicated coffee order and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure I know that they care! There has be n plenty of times they have remade it because something wasn't quite right and had no problem doing so. Anytime a new employee is hired they walk them through it and have me taste it to make sure it's right. The staff at this Dunkin' is absolutely amazing, friendly and actually care! Of course EVERYONE has their days and not everyday is a great day but they still try to do their job and correctly with a smile. Now we are in the middle of covid and they are very short staffed and trying their best to accommodate the extremely rude and impatient customers they have, I don't know how they do it but the need to be appreciated more, they close early and the same employees are there day after day that o make sure we are able to get coffee! I bet they are worn down and over being constantly looked down on and treated like straight shit, it's very disheartening to see! They do a great job and are trying to keep our little community happy and running on Dunkin'! Don't hesitate to stop in and grab a coffee and see some smiling faces! The morning drive through lady is absolutely great, jolly, smiling and a great bright attitude, makes anyone's bad day just a tad bit better! I am a frequent visitor to Dunkin Donuts in Wolfeboro. This past weekend, I went there twice, early. Both times, once at the counter and once at the drive through window, I was waited on courteously and patiently. When I just stood there after the tall blonde counter lady gave me my food, I just stood there. She said, very politely, "Have I forgotten something, ma'am?" Not a smidge of sarcasm was in her voice and I was jolted out of my early morning, pre-coffee zombie state by her smile. I apologetically said I was sorry, that no, I was fine and she joked, "You haven't had your coffee yet!" I left smiling. The next morning, I was at the drive-through and a young brunette waited on me and was so cheerful at 6:50 am! She gave me my order and I asked if she had a spoon (my mother eats peanut butter in her coffee and we didn't have a spoon at the motel where we were staying) and she called over her shoulder, "Mom, do we have spoons?" She walked away and came back with a fork asking if that would work. I said, sure it would. I was so pleased once again with the kind attitudes and the willingness of the staff to help. The donuts were good, the coffees was prepared according to my request, and I was left with the impression that small town folks are the best. We'll be back, Wolfeboro, DD! Absolutely terrible service, I ordered through the app and waited 20 minutes for my coffee to be put by the door at the pickup area only to finally be told that I needed to WALK through the drive through due to my company truck not being able to fit, I'm not sure what the employees are thinking but walking through a drive through is a great way to get run over! Needless to say I'll be taking money elsewhere to a place that will respect me as a paying customer. read more

Move to the next window to get my ham and cheese croissant. Guy #2 throws a stiff, flat, long ago fried egg into my croissant. YUCK! Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been at. If there was a 0 star option I would defiantly use it for this crap shack. My mom and I both went to the bathroom and it took a total of 6 minutes probably and the line didn't move. We waited a little more... 10 minutes later still not moving and we asked the other customer at the register if she had ordered yet and she was there before us, and may I just add one of the workers was just looking at the line while restocking an already stacked cup stand. The workers there have a problem and need to have a lesson on how to work a job and to keep a line moving. Get it together people... I highly suggest to keep moving and to not take your time to stop there. read more

I went through the drive-thru tonight, waited almost 10 minutes to see an employee take an order out for the person behind me. The customer then backed out of the drive-thru (not safe at all). I told the workers that this was not how things work, and was replied to with "uuuum, ok".
