I was very disappointed with the service today. We went there for national donut day and you think they would be more prepared. There were three types of donuts left. Then we tried to get frozen chocolate and they were out of chocolate. The worker also seemed rude and annoyed. We got vanilla bean coolattas then and they were not like coolattas I've had at other locations before. It was like cold milk in a cup. There wasn't really any ice blended in and it tasted bad. I've given up. I have tried countless times to order a medium iced coffee with skim milk and one pump of caramel. Every single time I get it, I need to bring it back in to have it corrected because it is WAY too sweet. I have tried saying" please make sure it is just one pump"... Doesn't matter. Congratulations!!! You have won the award of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Trust me, I've been to a lot. I used to go to this Dunkin Donuts regularly when it was under previous ownership, and they had excellent service. I've been there 3 times since the new ownership and every time I go, I walk out pissed off. Why do I go back again??? I guess I'm a glutton for punishment hoping it will be better the next time. My last visit a few days ago, the girl at the register so rude. One suggestion to the management....Please put your most polished and less ghetto employees at the register. She kept telling me my total rolling her eyes before I was finished with my order. While I was eating. There was no one at the register and I kept seeing customers walk out because of that reason. On my way out I decided to grab a juice, still no one at the register. I peeked over from the pickup side to look for help and everyone was huddled in the back joking around. The same girl from the register tells another employee rolling her eyes with an attitude towards me...I guess he wants to be rung up. Oh by the way.....They had 2 stools by the entrance door conveniently placed for their 2 buddies who were hanging out shouting across the store. 3 Strikes...They're out. I've been to this location previously in hopes that poor service and filthy conditions would change after time. I was wrong. Customer service is extremely poor. I went to get a cup coffee this morning and waited almost 15 minutes without moving up. I finally walked out fot.in my car but really wanted my pumpkin. So I decided to go back in with only 2 people ahead. I finally ordered and waited another 10 min with still no coffee! When I asked about it they had forgotten to fill order!!!! Their service is really bad. They always seem to forget about the order on-the-go orders. I even give them a 20 minute head start because I've heard from multiple people, that they take forever to give you your order. Twice they have made me late to work and I only work 7 minutes away from this location. I understand if they are busy, but I don't really order anything extravagant or special for them to take half an hour to finally make two iced drinks. The manager even looks like he doesn't care or he's probably just too afraid to be an authority figure. Sorry, but this place needs help. read more

I was at this Dunkin' Donuts today for a dozen donuts. The individual that waited on us was not pleasant and did not smile or make conversation at all. When I got out to my car, my son asked to have a donut. When we opened the box, it was obvious the girl had smashed her thumb through one of the donuts. I took the box back and asked the manager for a replacement. She gave me one but was not friendly or apologetic. This is the second time I've had to take a box back inside. Last time they gave me the wrong donuts even though I asked for what was labeled above the bins. The place was very dirty and there was milk, napkins, and sugar on the floor and all over the counter where it is stored for customers. I will not be returning here. read more

Got a gift card and decided to stop by around lunch time. Ordered a ham and cheese and strawberry coolatta. Service was good but the food was terrible... Sandwich tasted like an air port terminal.. Gobs of yellow cheese on what seemed like bread that looked like French toast. Couldn't finish it. The drink was oddly bad too. First I though coolattas came with whip cream, I guess not any more? The best thing about it was that it was cold... For Some reason even though it was red in color it tasted like a banana. Overall I will not be going back here. I have been at this location about three-four times within the last two months. It seems that this location is getting worse each time!:(( At 10:30 AM they were out of bagels, nothing to choose from but one kind, the time before I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it barely had any cream cheese and most of the time they don't have a variety of donuts or barely any! Customer service is absolutely terrible, the behind the counter floors are dirty....this place is a huge disappointment!! It needs a new owner and/or management and hire competent and respectful staff! read more

Walked all the way there to find out there was no ice cream! They were cleaning out their ice cream container IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER! Then the lady asked us multiple times if we were going to buy anything very obnoxiously. Then my little cousin asked if she could have just a cone and I was willing to pay for it but she said no because there was no individual price and wouldn't offer up any solutions such as paying for the price of an ice cream in a cone or for the listed waffle cone price. I have been going to this DD for years. If I use the drive-thru, it is fast. It is fast if I go inside. Very clean. Only concern is a lot of worker turnover, but that's the business! Love this DD and highly recommend it ! read more

Horrible service. I have been coming to this location for the past 5-6 years and it was great. Don't know why but... I have noticed for the past 7 months to a year there service is really bad. Employees very unfriendly, wait 15- minutes last time for a coffee. Just not a good experience. I found out it was sold to a new owner. I think if the new owner reads this review. Please pay attention to your store cuz it's going down in quality and service. I wanna keep on coming here but..., by the way things are looking I might have to choose another location because it's getting bad. I really hate to give anyone s bad review but... I dont know what happened to this place, but it's horrible. they have all new employees who dont know what they're doing. My order along with everyone else before and after me was wrong! my coffe was only filled 3/4 of the way! but I paid for a full cup of coffee. What's up with that. I had to give my order to the girl at the register 3 times and still it was wrong. You bet, I went back and got my right order and still had to wait bc the idiot making the food screwed it up again. Not sure when the management changed over, but you must have more than one person working the front register and making drinks during the morning rush hour. Just there today and ten people deep in line, one person working the register and making drinks. Manager (?) on duty just looked at the line and turned away. Every time I go to this DD I am disappointed, I'm done! I have never gone one time and they had what I wanted.The running joke in my family is, if we go tell me five things you want because odds are they don't have the first four you want. Today it was a hot fudge sundae with mint chocolate chip ice cream, they don't have any mint chocolate chip so I get cookies and cream. My daughter ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. She got sausage, bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel (not so bad). I got a scoop of cookies and cream in a cup with chocolate syrup on it! I take it in (I had gone through the drive through) and the girl that made it gave major attitude and tossed it on the counter. The man I spoke to asked if I wanted them to make me another one, um YEAH, possibly you could give me what I ordered! After about 5 minutes (I hear the girl that made the "sundae" complaining about me complaining) he comes out and says their hot fudge isn't ready....it was 3:00 PM, it wasn't early or near closing time. The kid that gave me my money back said sorry that happened, the girl that made the "sundae" stomped away. There were three little kids behind the counter eating candy and picking out ice cream (aged 6 or 7ish), no one in this story looks to be older than 20. Someone from DD corporate needs to shut this place down, they are the worst! read more
