Our go to bagel/breakfast stop whenever visiting the In-Laws in PA. Staff is always super friendly and I've never had anything here I didn't enjoy. Love that they do their bagels "NY style" with a ton of cream cheese. Anything else is silly. Speaking of bagels they typically have a decent assortment of about a half dozen different types of bagels and a similar amount of different cream cheeses to choose from. Coffee is great here too. Mgr yelling at an employee in front of customers, employees in back using racial words, coffee was terrible. Didn't even taste brewed. Read up on owner and saw articles regarding discrimination of a young man sitting in shop with a laptop and a backpack "too long ". It was all "unacceptable " in my eyes and will be sharing the experience with others. Great food but terrible service. I wish so badly that the owner and her employees actually cared about the customers and not just how slow they can prepare a drink. This place is AMAZING. The flavors added to coffees are not bad or overwhelming. The food is to die for! We had a maple chicken breakfast sandwich. The chicken tasted like they just killed one in the back and cooked it. The maple and bacon was great. Food tasted fresh, and yummy. As I mentioned, the coffees are GREAT. The owner and server were very friendly and kind. We were visiting from out of state. Very clean place too, nice restful jazz music too. 10/10 should eat here. I absolutely regret not taking pictures of the amazing catering we received from Wired Cup. They were a delight to work with. They were able to accommodate for my 7am pick up and large order. We got bagel sandwiches, bagels, and the pastry tray. My staffed loved every bit of it. They were super friendly and transparent when there was a snag in the order. The cold brew coffee was a huge hit for our coffee drinkers. I can't wait to go back and enjoy a meal off their seasonal menu! Fresh bagels and a cute coffee shop are my love language! read more

The bagels are the best in the area. Unfortunately the owner and staff need diversity training, and more grace when dealing with mistakes. I have personally seen her come into the shop and treat her staff like property, and she never stands up for her team - she is always quick to throw them under the bus, even when she is present. They could have been forgiven for their recent racists acts of calling the police on a POC for no reason if they showed true remorse and willingness to learn and do better, but their response was disgraceful and filled with lies. read more

First time here and ordered a caramel cold latte, cappuccino and French toast bagel with vanilla bean cream cheese. There's a small assortment of cream cheeses you can choose from (see picture) and lots of breakfast and lunch menu items on the chalkboard. We were helped pretty quickly and food came out within about 10 minutes I'd say. Overall, nice and quiet vibe. Would come back here again and try something else. I went to wired cup Café with my daughter and we both impressed! I got the Babe Ruth made into a wrap and the truffle homefries and they were both top notch. My picky five year old ate her cookie and some of my wrap and potatoes. I definitely want to stop in again for their locally made bagels and flavored cream cheeses. They looked delicious! read more

Food is always good, but service is not great. We waited about 15-20 mins for our 2 sandwiches and a coffee. The lady told me that there was another order for Lauren, and asked for a last initial. I paid and sat for about 10 mins before a coffee for "Laura A" came out. After a while I had went up and asked if it was my coffee since the name Lauren gets confused with Laura. But the lady told me that it was not mine, and they were still working on my order. After another 10 mins food came out under "Laura A". We checked the receipt and it was our order . Literally OBSESSED with this place. No made what you order, you cannot go wrong. I love their signature creme cold brews... if you like s'mores, get their campfire flavor! They always have a variety of homemade fun flavored cream cheeses and the best chewy and fresh bagels. They also do a monthly flight board which I always want to try. They're meant to share but I'm totally tempted to get one just for myself lol- they look THAT good. If I lived in Ephrata I would be here daily. Best coffee in the surrounding area hands down! I drive over 20 minutes for this coffee because none compare. The food is all absolutely delicious!! They use real meat which is house smoked. I love this cafe! The atmosphere is cozy, New York vibes. The cafe itself is a bit small but they have outside seating for warmer days. Their service is quick and the owner is very sweet! Their chai lattes are wonderful and spicy. The bagels and homemade cream cheese are to die for. I highly recommend the French toast cream cheese. I also enjoyed their bacon,egg, and cheese bagel. My only complaint is that the matcha could have been a little sweeter- but this was easily solved with a pack of sugar! read more

I love supporting local businesses. The Wired Cup Cafe is a local busy that is enjoyable to support because the food is so good. Each time that I go there I struggle because I want to order what I had before, but I also want to try more of their intriguing offerings. So I always opt for something new and am never disappointed. Not only is the food delicious, the menu is creative with each selection having a different flavor profile. I love the fact that they smoke a lot of their meats. I love the facts that they incorporate spicy, sweet, and savory flavors into their sandwiches. The depth of flavor is fantastic. Loving this new local coffee and bagel shop! The Vanilla Cold Brew with Sweet Cream is divine! Perfect amount of caffeine, sweetness, and flavor! Bagels are definitely reminiscent of New York bagels (aka the ONLY bagels worth eating)! Top-notch quality and freshness! While I haven't tried the cream cheese, I have heard nothing but rave reviews from friends! There are so many choices! I cannot wait to try more items on the menu, food and drink! I went to the wired cup it was my first and last time I ever will visit there. The bagels were very small and stale, the coffee was weak and I got home I found out that a tip was added after I pressed the tablet for no tip. The area where you prepared your coffee is so small that you block other customers from coming to the counter. The price on my bill was higher than other bagel shops. read more

The food is good but nothing to brag about. There have been numerous reports of expired foods being served to customers. The inside is way too dark for a place that is in the back corner where the sun never hits inside. Overall, I'm not super impressed. Prices are really high and nothing to say I'm impressed. If you are looking for burnt coffee and a nasty attitude owner, then this is YOUR SPOT. The coffee always tastes so burnt, cant even drink it. When conversing with the owner about it, the owner was more than nasty with their replies. They don't like any negative feedback and will belittle you and berate you for it. They will gaslight you by added unneeded information. Their pizza cream cheese was pretty terrible in my opinion. Saw someone once said they didn't like it for themselves but the owner decided to say "Two people came in today and tried it and loved it so much they bought a tub each." like that was the MOST gaslighting and unneeded information. If someone just said it wasn't for them, then just take it at that. I have tried this coffee spot many times and after seeing how the owner acts and the fact that nothing changes, i wont ever be going again. Plus when Martins was on fire, Instead of sending the VOLUNTEER firefighters coffee like Java Teas, they just said to come in and try something of theirs. They clearly don't care for the community and don't want to help the community. People should LOOK into that and only support businesses that help the community, not the owners bad attitude pockets. Kind of a cute tiny café but it looks like it had been through a hurricane , they must've been busy all day. Tables are not wiped off, the floor was dirty and the kitchen looked like a wreck. I was able to order a breakfast burrito but in a bowl. It was very good. I wanted an iced London fog but on this particular Friday all they were offering was cold brew. Egg was very runny, spilling over sides, running under bagel, very messy with undercooked egg falling out. Odd flavor in dough as well. This is 3rd time tried different bagels at this place. They have great bagels here and all the cream cheese flavors I have tried have been good - I think they are handmade and fresh which is a plus! Where they lose stars for me is because I have seen some sketchy food handling by the employees - for example, this week I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The employee scooped out the cream cheese from the case and then put the scoop (still with the cream cheese on it) directly onto the dirty counter while she sliced the bagel and it sat there while she handled orders for other customers. Also witnessed another employee handling different food and orders without wearing gloves or washing hands. Their coffee is also not great. Reminds me more of a Starbucks type of coffee where it's brewed specifically to have lots of sugar and flavoring added. Had an early lunch here today with my sister. We each ordered a Turkey club with an iced coffee drink. We sat at a sidewalk table while our order was prepared. The young man who took our order at the counter was congenial and helpful with our questions. Sorry I didn't take his name. Our coffee drinks were quickly brought to our table by a server, soon to be followed by our sandwich order. The sandwich was huge! Served on a fresh sub type roll; everything was fresh and delicious. Very attractive presentation on a rustic type tray, the sandwich was accompanied by chips and pickle spear. This could have easily fed both of us. First order was completely wrong. Every item wasn't made as requested. Second time there, we ordered to-go but our bagels were so hard we couldn't even eat and had to throw out. Probably old? Last trip, they took our order, rudely told us to sit while they prepared it (it was to-go and no other customers were even there. Also, think it was an owner which wasn't a good feeling as a customer) and then completely forgot about us.
