I forgot to include a photo of the food, because it was soo good, and we ate it.

This place is AMAZING. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The flavors added to coffees are not bad or overwhelming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is to die for! We had a maple chicken breakfast sandwich. The chicken tasted like they just killed one in the back and cooked it. The maple and bacon was great. Food tasted fresh, and yummy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I mentioned, the coffees are GREAT.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The owner and server were very friendly and kind. We were visiting from out of state. Very clean place too, nice restful jazz music too. 10/10 should eat here. Way better than any Starbucks or Dunkin.

First time here and ordered a caramel cold latte, cappuccino and French toast bagel with vanilla bean cream cheese. There's a small assortment of cream cheeses you can choose from (see picture) and lots of breakfast and lunch menu items on the chalkboard. We were helped pretty quickly and food came out within about 10 minutes I'd say. Overall, nice and quiet vibe. Would come back here again and try something else. Place was a little smokey from the cooking.

I went to wired cup Café with my daughter and we both impressed! I got the Babe Ruth made into a wrap and the truffle homefries and they were both top notch. My picky five year old ate her cookie and some of my wrap and potatoes. I definitely want to stop in again for their locally made bagels and flavored cream cheeses. They looked delicious!

Food is always good, but service is not great. We waited about 15-20 mins for our 2 sandwiches and a coffee. The lady told me that there was another order for Lauren, and asked for a last initial. I paid and sat for about 10 mins before a coffee for "Laura A" came out. After a while I had went up and asked if it was my coffee since the name Lauren gets confused with Laura. But the lady told me that it was not mine, and they were still working on my order. After another 10 mins food came out under "Laura A". We checked the receipt and it was our order . I could understand if you get a name wrong over mishearing somebody, but I had even asked to make sure.

Perfect spot in Ephrata to grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The breads are always fresh and the coffee choices are extensive.

Country diner feel, nothing spectacular, you feel like you are home. You can see the regulars coming through and that's always a good sign. Our server seemed both rushed and annoyed in general. Like I said, I don't know if it's because they were short handed. We never got any coffee or water refills and it seemed like the order when it came out was a struggle. We had ordered hashbrowns for my daughter and they never came. The food is what you would expect from a diner vibe. Some really exceptional, some not so much. The pancakes were obviously a selling point, my wife's waffle was delicious. The sausage and scrapple were great for this kind of establishment. Bacon was stale and cold. The sunny eggs were actually cooked perfectly, which I never expect from anywhere, so kudos on that. The fresh fruit selection was bananas and thawed frozen blueberries. So you get what you get. Overall, stick to the pancakes, sausage and scrapple, steer clear of any fresh fruit options and don't expect much from the service if you aren't a regular. I'd still go back and try other menu options.

We saw this diner and dedicated to stop. I had my doubts judging a book by its cover, so I opened up Facebook to check reviews. The general consensus was that the food is good, but the service needed work. So, considering I can't eat service but I can eat good food, we went in. The first lady to greet us did so with a big smile. She was friendly, helpful and kind. Our waitress, Jess, followed soon after. She too came with a smile and a greeting and she listened closely while my wife detailed her food allergies. She was genuinely concerned that my wife would be able to safely eat her meal and took detailed observation of her needs. Me? I got what I was looking for. I found my dried beef gravy over toast and enjoyed that with a side of hashbrowns and sausage links. The sausage was an up charge, but that was fine. It was good and a healthy serving. Sausage was not too spicy but not bland either. The dried beef gravy was a little thicker than I am used to, but it had good flavor, such as I enjoy. Orange juice was actually sweet. It wasn't that sour diner stuff you usually get at such places. Jess came back to our table frequently and made sure we were well taken care of. She was very outgoing and we talked for a little. She celebrated with us about our son's wedding and congratulated us. The meal was good. The service was good. I came close to a four star review over cleanliness. This is clearly an old diner and the floors were stained and a bit greasy. I believe they were probably mopped, but they should probably be stripped and cleaned professionally. The floor was pretty grimy. Not filthy with food, just greasy. Maybe it's a diner thing. The tables were well stocked with a wide range of everything from creamers and sugar to condiments. The booths were roomy and accommodated my size. The bathrooms were barely acceptable. I know people can make a mess of a bathroom, so I always try to grade on a curve, but the men's room was pretty dirty. The mirror was covered in hard water stains, the trash can was overflowing and the floor was dirty. I spared my reader a picture of the urinal, but it was pretty bad. I almost bumped it down a star for bathrooms. The windows in the diner also appear to be water damaged, giving it a worn out look from inside. Not material to the food or service though. Parking is ample. ADA spots are available. Overall I'd say quality of food was five. Service was five. Cleanliness was four stars. If you're looking for something nice, this isn't it. If you're looking for nostalgia or grandma's cooking, this probably isn't it. If you're looking for a place to grab a decent bite to eat and run, it is a solid contender any day.

They offer daily specials too including weekday breakfast & lunch specials I stopped by Ark House on a rainy afternoon. I arrived here and the place wasn't too busy after the lunch rush. I was seated in a booth and given a menu to look at. I requested an ice water and ordered the Shrimp Parm with Spaghetti ($14.99 plus tax) with choice of one side (chose mac & cheese) and garlic toast. The food came out in 12 minutes after I ordered. The portion of food was good which was comprised of 8 breaded jumbo shrimp topped with red sauce & melted cheese with a side of soft cooked spaghetti with a sweet meat sauce. The mac & cheese (orange) was very dense and rich. The thick slices of garlic toast were soft and buttery. After I was done, the check was brought over which was $15.89 with tax and before tip. I paid at the front register. Overall, the food I had was fantastic and I was a bit torn whether to choose a pasta dish or a traditional country homestyle meal. The shrimp parm was very tasty and hot as was the mac & cheese. The service was friendly and adequate. I was glad I stopped here instead of going to a smorgasbord restaurant, which was very packed and pricey. The meal I had at Ark House Diner was pretty reasonable.
