Not bad whatsoever! I came in bc I heard about their free coffee on Giving Tuesday for Florida residents. They had a sign on the counter where you pay too. I picked out an iced coffee with white chocolate. They were very nice, efficient, & professional. Once my drink was made, I asked for whip cream which to me is like the cherry on top. It made me happy. The simple things ya know. This is a good size Dunkin and they do have a drive through and also ample parking. It wasn't busy when I went. It was nice and clean and no issues whatsoever. It made for a nice Tuesday. read more

Arrived about 1030AM,, counter person had an attitude with customers in front of me (2 men in 80's), my turn and she walked away, when she returned she asked what I wanted- I asked if they still had this particular discount still available, she looked me dead in the face and stated - I just work here and it's the customer to make sure such discount still exist. I am a door dash driver. I frequently pick up food and drinks from a number of dunkin doughnuts. Where most are very pleasant and punctual. The Dade City Florida store is horrible. I have always had to wait 15 to 30 minutes, and that is not an exaggeration. The employees act like your not even there. While standing waiting the employees just complain about everything. It seems like they all just hate being there. Every time I have to pick up there I dread it. 90 percent of the time there isn't anyone in the store and only a couple in drive thru. read more

Went to take our Daughter for donuts at 8:45am on a Saturday morning. The doors were locked. An employee inside screamed profanity at us to go around the drive through. The shouting continued until we walked away. The drive through line was 25 cars deep. Not sure if the people working here don't move fast or if they just enjoy ruining peoples days. The last two in have been terrible. The coffee tastes like it's been run through the same filter twice. That happened two times in a row. I will never visit this location again. I stopped by this morning to get a dozen assorted donuts for a church function and 3 single donuts for my family. I was given the assortment of iced donuts in a BAG. No box!! I looked in the bag when it was handed to me and asked why they weren't in a box. The guy said, "oh. We don't have boxes!" All the icing was stuck to the bag and to the other donuts. I was so embarrassed I could not take the donuts to our church. I had to throw them out. This location is a joke! do not get anything at this particular Dunkin. they legit will give you coffees instead of lattes because they are lazy. they gave me a cup of legit just milk and sugar and after having them try to fix it 3 times it was still really bad and they are supposed to remake them but they just kept brewing the most disgusting drink. for years this Dunkin has been so bad and I genuinely think they should be closed and never reopen. Incompetent!! Rude!! Slow!!! 13 minutes at the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. The clerk asked for my order (one coffee and one donut) so I gave it to her, a few moments later she comes back giggling on thr speaker and asks me to repeat my order. I begin to repeat my one coffee and before I even with my one donut she cops the biggest attitude with me. I ended up pulling away and I went to the location on Gall Blvd. This Rt. 54 location has always been bad but it is closer to me BUT I will continue to drive further to not have to deal with the incompetence and attitude. read more

We pulled up in the drive-thru and asked what matcha is, the lady taking our order acted like we were stupid and put in no effort to explain it to us. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. When we got up to the window we asked if we could try the matcha latte to see what it taste like, she had an attitude and said that they don't do samples, so then we asked if we could add just a small matcha latte, and she said that we needed to get out of line and go back around to order, even though there was NO ONE behind us. some Spanish lady in the drive-through that's there every morning doesn't know how to make coffee. She handed me a large cup that looked like whole milk so I asked very nicely if she could please remake the coffee for me with more coffee and a drink. She proceeded to scream at me through the drive-through window to get out of my car so she could fight me and beat my ass LOL. I'm currently pregnant right now so nothing happened but I've never seen someone so upset about making a customers order completely wrong. She ran out of Dunkin' Donuts chasing my car trying to get me to fight her. This Dunkin is the best out of the 3 that's in driving distance. They have only been out of what I wanted once since I started going to this location in January. I always get the best service when Lena and Virgina are on duty as they rock! They know my voice in the drive thru and always has my drinks on point. I usually and very forgiving with fast food because i understand it's not always easy to work there however when we got to this dunkin this morning, they were out of 3 of the 4 holiday lattes which was fine so then I ordered caramel and they were out of that so I got French vanilla. Then I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they were out of plain cream cheese so then I ordered a chocolate Glazed donut and they were out of those so then I ordered hash browns and they were out of those (i then asked if they had anything and the lady decided it was a good time for a joke when it clearly wasn't since i was getting frustrated) so I got a ham egg and cheese wake up wrap. I tried my latte and it was so bad I had to take it back in and have it remade (which I had to do last time I was at this Dunkin also) and the man told me they made it with the wrong milk all he did to "fix" it was dumb half of it out and add milk. Which clearly wouldn't fix the problem of it being too sweet or tasting too much like cream or milk. For the money you pay at Dunkin i certainly expect to be taken seriously and for someone to care about when they mess up an order. read more

This is without a doubt the slowest and most uncaring Dunkin' I've ever been to probably top five in all restaurants. Two cars in the drive-through and you wait five minutes for them to take your order. Then when they ask your order they say like how can I help you in a very sarcastic tone. This morning (Halloween 2019) we went to get a some donuts for my daughter to bring in to school and I was going to get some for my coworkers. There was a lady and a man standing at the front door trying to get in, but the doors were locked. It was around 8:30 and the drive-thru was wrapped around the store. The lady at the door said to me as I was walking up that they were closed and an employee inside was motioning her to go through the drive-thru, but the sign was lit up "open" I'm confused at why this store was closed and employees telling us go through the drive-thru that was obviously going to take an hour to get through. Very unprofessional and the man women and I left confused and angry. I will not be coming back to this location.
