I have always received good customer service, knowledgeable help. Sadly, today was not just lack of customer service, but when I attempted to ask an employee one simple question, I was ignored and the other employee said "he was busy with corporate!" There was another employee I attempted to ask for help, but he completely ignored me. There was another customer who also was trying to get help, but apparently he too was ignored because he raised his hands in the air and said, "I guess nobody can help!" I ended up picking up my items, and took back what I brought in to repair, and will need to get them done elsewhere, sadly. I realize, you can't get helped right away all of the time, and that is not my complain, but rather those who couldn't at least say "I'm sorry, we Will be with you in a moment " or just acknowledge my existence and not tell me "corporate" is more important!

Today I drove here from Rancho Cucamonga in search of torque screws for a shed of mine. When my number came up, the tall guy with pimples and a goatee came over to me and just looked at me...no "hello" or "can I help you." I showed him the bolt I needed and even brought him a torque or star bit I preferred the bolts have the fitting for; I asked for six such bolt replacements. All while I was explaining what I needed, he was holding a conversation with someone else behind the counter. He returned from the back with one bolt a different length, a phillips head instead of a torque head, and no attention was given to my request that it be a flathead bolt. Generally, he treated me like crap. Maybe I am the wrong color or ethnicity for this place. He clearly showed me that he didn't give a damn about me as customer. I have several friends who frequent this place. I will be relating this experience to them; King Bolt might want to consider that those working at their counter represent them and the great quality of service they've been respected for over the years. One jerk really can negatively impact their hard-earned positive reputation.

Contractors' Warehouse has many home construction products available. I came for bathroom lights,…read moremirrors, and towel racks. They have diverse options that are nicely labeled on the display and inventory section. The prices for some items are better than Home Depot. However, prices for cabinets and counter tops are more competitive elsewhere. Most stores nowadays only carry modern options, and here they carry the not-as-trending models too. Brand wise, other stores carry more options. For example, I didn't see Pfister or Kohler facets. Although the aisles are nicely labeled, it was hard finding my way around to the sections I needed without asking. Even then, not all employees knew exactly which section had the items and would give a range instead. I recommend monitoring cashier behavior. My cashier gave the impression of lacking respect for customers. She kept talking about food and lunch orders with the coworkers, looking at her nails, ignoring me as I waited at check out. It was not until I asked a third time if I could check out that I was acknowledged. Additionally, I was the only customer at checkout... Because we ordered before 2pm they said it would be delivered today April 22 from 2-8pm. NO DELIVERY, NO CALL. Sat and waited from 2-8 with no electricity. I don't live there yet! I called them.,., they were sorry they didn't have a truck that big, and couldn't deliver on the 22nd or the 23rd the next morning. Manager Bryan said I could cancel if I liked. This morning the 23rd at 6am went to HOME DEPOT. They got my van loaded with in an hour. I needed it this morning for the contractors. LOWES I will never shop at your store again.
