I couldn't find the item on the shelf so I asked for help. When the guy came over he was already bothered that he was Disturbed and when I showed him where I was looking for, he said that the picture didn't help. Then I showed him the box with the product number on it and he said that didn't help either. So I asked him what can I do to help and then he asked what is it? I said it's a rubber bushing and then he replied that no, that looks like a washer, a sink washer specifically. I replied. No it's not a washer. I can see the washers right there but this is a bushing and I explained again what I was looking for and try to show the picture again. Well taking me for a moron that didn't take his professional help, he just replied I don't carry anything like that and step the way.

The prices for most items are competitive with big box stores-- items like PVC pipe, wood filler, and hardware are cheaper at Altadena Hardware in a side-by-side comparison to big box stores. If you purchase materials like wood or pipe, they can cut it for you for transport! The selection of paint, hardware, garden supplies, light bulbs, power tools, adhesives, and most other typical household hardware needs are excellent. Based on size, they don't stock as much lumber or appliances as big box stores. Very helpful -- they do cartridge exchange for Soda Stream!! And have many options of Soda Stream flavorings. When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. That man doesn't have the expertise for these beautiful complex doors, we ended up replacing the mortis lock (+additional $350), then this budget guy took the wrong measurements of our equipment and shaved down the door tongue pin too far, the replacement cost us an additional $50 and change. Plus their service fee $225. Our business will be back, despite the locksmith experience.
