So we were in need of a refrigerator, oven and a sink for our kitchen. I called in and was helped by Meliza, she was amazing. She answered all my questions sent me a proposal I was able to go online and really take a look at what we we're purchasing. I was back and forth on a fridge and she was so helpful and nice to send me proposals with the different ideas I had. Never did I feel like I was bothering her but I know it was a lot. For our sink Stephanie helped and she knows so much, she also sent me a proposal with different sinks and she made me feel so well prepared for our decision. I had my contractor referred me to check out this store location. My contractor told me that he has become to this store location for years. So I took his advice and went to the pacific sales in San Dimas. As I walk into the store I was immediately greeted. I asked if they the associate if they sold any plumbing valves since I was doing a bathroom remodel. The associate walk me to the location of the Plumbing department and I was immediately greeted by Stephanie. She asked me ask me a few questions, which I had informed her I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and my contractor referred me to this location. I told Stephanie that I really need to get a valve today cause the plumber was in the process of doing all hook ups, wall valve and drain today. Stephanie quickly should be a few options and was able to locate the valve I needed and was available for pick up on the same day. Stephanie was able to quickly expedite my shower trims and shipped to my house. Stephanie really made the process easy and simple and she also rang up my order. She is amazing and very helpful. It' was like a one stop shop and I had no idea that this place was owned by Best Buy. I was even able to use my Best Buy credit card. Wow what amazing experience that I have encountered. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, I've had good service here before. But went in today and the employees were actively avoiding me. I first asked about cooktops and it appeared that my questions were annoying the sales person. There is a delicate balance between being too overly aggressive-- but definitely go somewhere else if you don't know exactly what you want or have questions. I need to buy all major appliances. I asked one person in the washing machine section about the general president day sales and he just told me to look at the sign.
