Stopped into look at paint options for our front door and spoke with someone there who really helped us narrow down the colors we were looking for. She was super friendly and helpful and it was quick to get samples of those paint options. We had our painter try out the samples and while we were trying to decide between the two, we decided to go one shade deeper in both color options. My husband quickly got the additional paint samples and also got a paint sample for our bathroom in no time. We're extremely happy with our front door now that it is painted and our freshly painted bathroom. So far, the paint has held up well! read more

I used to like to come here. Just today, some guy told me that I can't leave my old paint gallon cans here like I've done for over 10 years. I had just unloaded 6 gallons, then he comes out and tells me I've gotta take them back home: " you can't leave them here". He claims his "bin are full". Even if that is true, he could still hold on to them until Friday when they will be emptied. I was also going to buy new paint today. But due to the way I think he handled this unprofessionally, I will no longer be coming back to this location. I hope this is just a franchise policy and not Company policy but maybe I'll be contacted by the company to help get this store issue resolved. read more

I have always valued the product Dunn Edwards provides, but they really came to my rescue yesterday. I had purchased two gallons of paint in a color I had selected. I got home and found that it was so wrong! Again, it was totally my fault! I called and they (Jim) said to bring it back and they would, "do their best." Together we picked another shade and with fingers crossed I left the cans with Jim. Within a half an hour I returned to find that Jim had indeed fixed the color and didn't even charge me for his time! Over the years, my experience with Dunn Edwards has been so positive and thanks to their community spirit they generously provided paint to Las Patronas for the Jewel Ball decor. Dunn Edwards-pretty much my go to since forever. I love this location because they have a quick turnaround, cheerful Staff and of course the quality goods. Parking can be a little "interesting" if you start out early but I don't mind bumping elbows with all the men dressed in white. I was extremely impressed with the personalized service at this paint store. I went with my in-laws last week to pick out a paint color for our bathroom. We were immediately greeted with a smile by the Assistant Manager, who was very knowledgeable. The color specialist (Dominica?) was also very friendly and gave us excellent advice. We were in and out with our paint color, primer, and all supplies within 30 minutes (most of which was deciding on a color). The experience was actually fun. I'm so glad we didn't spend hours at some big box store. Oh, and the paint quality was great. read more

Every time we go in here I like it better. They are always very helpful, give great advice, show you the various options. If you want something that they have, but theirs is a lot more expensive than some other alternative (in my case, deck sealer) they will tell you where to go to buy it cheaper! So they would rather have you get the best deal instead of just trying to make the sale. Great at color matching, too. read more

This Dunn Edwards has lousy costumer service. Michelle was suppose to call/e-mail me about colors for my triplex and she never did. I tried contacting her, but she was either not in or unavailable. I have three painters coming tomorrow and no paint. read more
