From the time I first contacted him through the day-of communications, Lucas kept me up to date on everything I needed to know and worked with me to make sure that we had a good variety of the best oysters available. He was more than willing to go out of his way to source out-of-state oysters from the Narragansett Bay area and from PEI, but also let us know about the best local Damariscotta river options. At the actual event, Bob, the most efficient and clean oyster shucker I have ever seen set up the oyster cart early and was ready to go by the time guests started to arrive. The oysters themselves were some of the best and definitely some of the freshest oysters I have ever enjoyed anywhere. Though the oysters definitely did not require any additional flavors, the accoutrements O' Oysters brought were perfectly balanced and complimented the oysters exceptionally well without masking the oyster flavors. I particularly loved the subtle Jalapeno mignonette sauce. I cannot say enough good things about Lucas, Bob and O' Oysters. Nice, professional guys that know their oysters and deliver great value with excellent service.

Today the attractive black food truck was parked in front of the breweries on Industrial Way. The menu consisted of 5 items. I selected the kushiyaki, which is a spiced skewer of chicken skin or thigh (I picked thigh). It was delicious and better than similar skewers at Kushiya Benkay. It's also hard to beat the $3.50 price (or $2 for the chicken skin). The onigiri was essentially a scoop of white rice with miso glaze, nuri and eggplant. It was decent flavored rice for $3, though I'd have preferred a fried version. It took 10 minutes to get my order, which was a bit long. Overall though it's solid food and I'd go back. I don't consider myself the target audience, so others would enjoy this even more.

Their truck is quite simple with a gray paint job with their logo as well and text saying "Your Mom's Favorite Meat". They had a good sized menu on this particular day including brisket banh mi, brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, tacos, mac n cheese, and burnt ends as some options. My wife got a Brisket Sandwich while I got a Pulled Pork Sando. The speed at which our orders and everyone else's came out were impressive. Exactly what you would want from a food truck. I will say my only negative would be the prices seemed a little high. Despite that I do know it being BBQ and a long process to make the meats a high price can be expected. So just be aware of the prices. Both sandwiches were very tasty and both pulled pork and brisket were tender and well made. I do think both sandwiches could have had a little more sauce to them as minor adjustments. Definitely a food truck worth checking out if you want some BBQ.

The place has a full service bar with seating (10) and high top table seating and 3 TVs in the back area and regular table seating in the front room. The bar offers 10 draft beers, beer bottles/cans, and house wine. The food offerings include a selection of appetizers, wings, pizzas (10" & 16"), soups, salads, smash burgers, sandwiches/subs, pasta, BBQ meats, steaks, and seafood. There also specials posted on the chalkboard. The prices seem fair. I stopped by Sebago Landing for a mid-afternoon meal. The TVs had baseball on. I took a seat at a high top table near the bar and was given a menu. I requested an ice water and took a few moments to decide on what to order. I ordered a 10" Sausage Pizza ($12.50 plus tax) and the Sliced Brisket Sandwich ($16 plus tax) with choice of side (chose pasta salad). The food was served together in about 23 minutes after ordering. The sandwich had slices of brisket & sauteed onions smothered in a sweet BBQ sauce on a thick toasted brioche bun, pickles on the side. The brisket however was very chewy with fat edges in the meat which I needed to trim. The sandwich tasted just fine though, a bit messy. The pasta salad had a mix of tri-color rotini with Italian pesto dressing, parmesan cheese, red onions, sliced green peppers & olives, a solid good chilled salad. The bar pizza pie had a firm semi thin crust topped with plenty of red sauce, melted mozzarella cheese and pieces of sausage. I enjoyed 2 slices of the tasty pizza before I requested a pizza box for the rest. The check was also presented, which was $30.78 with tax and before tip. Overall, the service fairly laid back here and no rush here. Other than the fatty brisket slices, the food tasted quite good and the portions were good sized too. I almost ordered the baked ziti with homemade meatballs, but perhaps next time.
