Dentist, front staff and everyone here was extremely friendly - don't get me wrong. Only thing is that this place charged me double/triple my estimate. Double checking - I saw that they charged an exorbitant amount for my fillings (basic procedure). There's another review that mentions this, please seriously read and consider the price of their services before going in. They said that they accepted my insurance, but clearly it was not. They used my ~2K benefit maximum for the year within a day, meaning I can't go to the dentist for the rest of the year. Again, buyer beware. read more

I would not advise going to this dentist because of although the doctor is a great guy, I am not sure that the administrative support staff know what they're doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I normally hate going to the dentist. I find it to be one of the most miserable experiences one can go through. It's not so much the procedures but the dentists' attitude which are more often than not, patronizing and scolding (in my own experience). Anyway, I didn't experience that AT ALL here. I made an appointment the night before via ZocDoc for receding gum. They called me the next morning to inquire about my needs because they wanted to inform me that my insurance wasn't covering certain dental procedures yet and I'd have to wait another 6 months for that, which I thought was very thoughtful and kind of them to look out for me in that way. Once I got there, the check-in was quick and easy. Dr. Vinson was very pleasant and gentle with his manipulations. He was also extremely thorough afterwards when explaining the situation. He spent several minutes just brainstorming ideas and possibilities to take care of the problem. He went from most reasonable to most extreme making sure I knew as much as possible about my options. He also shared his honest opinion and in my case was very straight forward in saying that it was a little above his expertise and didn't hesitate to refer me to a periodontist. As for the dental hygienist, she was extremely pleasant and did a very thorough job as well. Everyone was simply delightful and I'll definitely be going back. I confronted him and asked why my teeth did not whiten he found every reason to blame me and the position of my teeth instead of offering to redo the process. I looked on Google, found this place, saw the good reviews (on a different site), and decided to call. And I am soo happy I did! I'd never had laser hair removal before and I was understandably nervous l. Agnesa was extremely patient. She explained the entire process and there was no pressure to have anything done at the time of my first visit. I decided to go ahead with it and although I wouldn't call the experience pleasant it was much less painful than I was expecting - and I have NO tolerance for pain! Agnessa said that some people say it feels like a rubber band snapping on your skin. I'd say that's about accurate. After only one session I had amazing results ~ those pesky chin hairs are completely gone!
