The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. It fills your nostrils until you can't breathe anymore. You call, but no one can rescue you for a week. That's right. Your dryer is broken and Sears wants you to wait. Call J&J Appliance instead. My dryer conked and Sears said they could be out in 10 days to fix it. Yeah, I was going to wait for that. I called J&J and they were out the next day. They were on time, had all the parts on the truck and gave me a fair, accurate estimate on what it would cost to fix the dryer. I was back in business in no time. Don't be stifled by a jungle of soggy unmentionables. And if your significant other/kid is like mine, you know how unmentionable those gym socks truly are.
