I was extremely upset and just hoping for professional help. Two men showed up and immediately began aggressively dismantling our washer. The entire interaction felt hostile and uncomfortable from the start. In the process, they destroyed our washer, which was barely a month old. After breaking it, he then charged us a replacement fee to "fix" the very part he had just damaged himself. Once he left, we contacted him requesting a refund for the replacement part, as the damage was clearly caused during his visit. He refused and then completely ghosted us--no responses, no accountability. On top of all that, I now seriously question whether this business is even legitimate. The address listed on Yelp does not appear to be Flash Maintenance at all, which raises major red flags. Overall, this was an awful experience during an already stressful situation.
