The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I received calls and texts from 4 different numbers to receive prepayment of the service fee and paid it 2 hours before. An hour later I received a text from one number that the technician was sick and another that said he had car problems. Tech shows a different day, no uniform, no company car. Didn't speak English and was on FaceTime the entire time with someone that was looking at the washing machine. Get a quote to fix an 18 month old washing machine that was $300 and pay it. Was told part took 2 days and they would come fix it. Two days later I check in and they tell me two more days. A week goes by and they tell me they can't fix it for over another week. I told them I paid them for the parts and couldn't they send another tech out. It's been 3 weeks and still washing machine not fixed. What a waste of time!
