Brett first told us he lived an hour and a half away, lied he lives 19 miles from our camp! our washer and dryer came loose from the wall, after waiting several days, he came with his assistant and didn't have the right tools. came back next day 'fixed' it and now the washer won't work because he crammed the hoses up against a wall. and water won't flow. Brett modernized the electrical system in my 2017 Lance camper and did an awesome install. He took out the lead acid batteries and installed 2 lithium ion batteries, 420 watts of solar panels, 2000 watt inverter, and all the controls. The camper now has 120 volts at the outlets without being plugged in to shore power and on sunny days the solar panels easily charge the batteries. Brett did a great job in engineering the the system and installing it which is not easy squeezing the hardware in a small camper. He's a pro. I can now charge my electric bike batteries while boondocking and run my espresso maker and microwave oven. Best upgrade possible for a boondocking camper. I don't understand the other 1 star reviews because I never saw anything but a professional attitude, expertise and a beautiful facility. read more

If you have the bad luck to need mobile RV repair in the Durango, CO, area, good luck. Brett is the only one of two options I could reach, and he was a complete waste of $187. Brett took a week to come out to "fix" the broken water pump in my camper trailer--which promptly broke again within the week. When I asked him to come back and fix it, he refused, even though I told him I'd pay for his extra time, and a new pump, or whatever it took. I guess he figured I'd be on the road before it broke again, and he wouldn't have to deal with it. He didn't seem to like his job much. To top it off, Brett openly admitted he hadn't really done anything to fix the pump--and he claimed that was because there had never been anything wrong with the pump in the first place (and I guess still wasn't). IDK if he was saying I was crazy or stupid or what, but it really ticked me off. If you're going to rip people off, at least don't blame it on them. read more

Our Awning was damaged in the wind. We were 3 miles off the main highway. Brett stayed in contact with us regarding his arrival time. He secured the awning to get us back on the road in a very short time for a reasonable fee. He then took the time to trouble shoot a fellow campers refrigerator. During this time two women pulled into our site with a damaged tire. He refused to let them travel on it any further and eventually changed the tire for them. Let me first start by saying that Brett is an honest guy and does great work! Our Truma Aquago water heater broke from the freeze in Texas and NO ONE could get us in to fix it before we were to leave on our road trip. Both of us (hub and I) resigned ourselves to the fact that we either go with cold showers in Arizona (which wasn't that bad this time of year) or use the resort facilities to shower! After settling in, Truma gave us Brett as one of the recommendations (certified to fix their water heater) to get it fixed while here. Spoke with Brett and he special ordered our parts (went on past experience for what was wrong) and came out to fix it. He gave us a very fair quote (especially labor costs) and we were set. When he arrived to fix it once the parts came in, low and behold, our heat sensor broke as well. He had to order that part overnight! The shipping costs were more than the parts. I blame Fedex for that gouge. Brett installed all the parts and then the unit and my hot water was back!!! I apologize to Brett, who is an honest guy and knows his stuff, for getting upset because of the shipping costs. That wasn't on him. He did what we asked and did a great job!
