Durangos Mexican grill had a long line to the entrance door but it moved quickly. The staff was very efficient and nice when it came to our order. I ordered quesadillas, steak salad and tacos. The house salad dressing is a must. The lime rice was also good. My steak salad was good but feel like the flavor of the steak could've tasted better. read more

Delicious food. It's been amazing since they opened. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT HERE. Their to go service is horrible. It's so disorganized. If you come in when they say it is ready you'll still wait 30 minutes even if it's not busy. Seriously I could've gotten in line and been done in 5. Even if youre only waiting for a single meal. I don't think they start making the food until you show up. I had to check in multiple times before someone even cared enough to look for my order. Unfortunately I believe me and my friend got food poisoning from here. We both got a steak burrito, I ate mine and my friend decided to save theirs bc they weren't hungry. I woke up the next morning feeling really weird and fatigued and nauseous. Was thinking I was just getting sick bc everyone's been sick for the holidays. I ended up not being able to eat due to nausea the whole day. The next few days I was on the toilet not even kidding every 30 minutes. I am speechless. I was pulling into the parking lot to get Chipotle, but then I saw Durango's and decided I'd rather eat local. GREAT decision. I mean, I was getting ready to be disappointed by stale chips and chewy chicken at chipotle. If this was my last meal, I could die a happy woman. I had the shredded chicken quesadilla with Spanish rice and the tomatillo dressing. I also treated myself to guac and Fresca salsa. Another GREAT decision. The tomatillo dressing is better than ranch and that's saying a lot coming from a midwesterner. I'd put that on everything. The service was top tier as well. I had all of the employees giving suggestions, hyping the food up, and getting my meal ready quickly. 10/10, will be back soon. Durango's has my heart. read more

Very disappointed in what I thought is going to be a great restaurant from the reviews I read. I ordered tacos, a burrito and taco salad all were very disappointing. The sweet pork was incredibly sweet, pork doesn't need that much sugar. The marinated steak was very chewy and had very little flavor. The lettuce you could tell was not washed and I had to pick through it. I got the hot and medium salsa on the side and it was bland like enchilada sauce. I'm glad I tried it at least but I know I won't be coming back. There's much better options even in St. George. read more

Dressings to choose from are creamy spicy tomatillo, creamy cucumber ranch, or cilantro vinaigrette. It's funny the reviewers who say that Durangos is gross or a "knock-off" compared to Chipotle, because I never tried Chipotle until St. George finally opened one, and I didn't like how their pork tasted. It's all about preference in flavor, and not expecting two different restaurants to taste the same! Anyways... I am so.. sad that I moved 1,200 miles away because I always crave Durangos! Already have my flight booked to visit family, and plan on coming here first thing. All of their food is so.. good! Burritos, salads, and quesadilla meals are amazing! I usually get either their fajita veggie salad or sweet pork salad! I love that there are differnt meal sizes, sour cream is free for salads, variety of different rices and beans, and the prices are very reasonable. I would not recommend. Reviews looked good so we decided to try it out. The ordering was stressful (I personally hate the assembly line style ordering), no one remembered who had what or what had been added to the meals as they went down the line. I got a steak burrito that lacked flavor and the steak was tough and tasted like it should have been in a microwaveable burrito. They put cheese when I said no cheese and then wouldn't add pico. They did beans, rice and meat, folded it, then refused to put anything else on it. If you want the burrito how you like it, do not waste your money. read more

I love this place this is just a review regarding 4/22/22 6-9pm. I don't know if there was new staff or something tonight but I door dashed two orders, both arrived completely incorrect, the first one being someone else's order entirely and the second one at least having the salad ordered but wrong beans/rice/meat and the pork quesadilla we were supposed to get was swapped with a chicken burrito for some reason- but with the correct items printed on the receipt that was packaged with the incorrect food... thanks for all the free food due to refunds I guess, but I'd rather just get what I ordered.
