    Sides for fajitas

The service is outstanding. The atmosphere pretty typical Mexican restaurant in a shopping center. The food is pretty good. The prices are very reasonable. We ordered the guacamole 4/5 (too many onions), chili verde plate 4/5, chicken fajitas 4/5, and Cadillac margarita 4/5 (not too much ice, just not that strong).

On a road trip and stopped by here. Great portions of food for price. Good beans and rice and the carne asada was phenomenal. Our server was quick with refills and charismatic. You could tell the regulars loved her. Lively place with great music and a good spot to celebrate a birthday.

This place absolutely rocks. Our server, Briceida, was incredibly attentive, sweet, and knowledgeable. The food was high quality and the atmosphere was fun & welcoming. The raspberry margarita was delicious & so was the pollo poblano. Highly recommend!

Delicious! And bustling! I was lucky to get seated at the bar, the place was so busy on a Friday evening. I had a huge burrito and did not regret it. I was driving, so no margs for me, but I watched jealously as they made about a dozen different flavors. Would go back next visit!

Passing thru St George, I'm reluctant to try Mexican food outside of San Diego or AZ but that's what we wanted & we weren't disappointed. I don't remember our server but he did great! I love the restaurants that go all out with their festive tables, chairs & decor. The margaritas were excellent & the food was very good. We would return if ever passing thru again.

I like this restaurant very much. The atmosphere and service is great! The food is good and the portions are huge! The margaritas are good as well!!

This was the BEST Mexican restaurant I have found in St. George! We felt bad coming in an hour before closing, but in our defense, we were going to get burritos to go, simple, right?? Well sort of, we ordered a chicken fajita burrito and an enchilada with beef. We were "ass"uming the chicken burrito was handheld and we would be able to drive and eat as we made our way back down to Las Vegas. Thank goodness we checked and noticed that the burrito was more of a platter, with the rice and beans on the side (again we "ass"umed the rice and beans were 'inside' the burrito lol) and smothered with sauce and cheese. Short story long, this place was legit, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the server was so nice when he observed us trying to decide how to handle this little snafu! He offered us fresh chips and iced water and viola...we ended up sitting down, relaxing and enjoying our meal at the restaurant. We will definitely return to Los Tapatio Mexican restaurant anytime we are visiting our family and friends in St. George or Enterprise.

Delicious! We ordered the pork quesadilla, the taco plate, the chicken fajita burrito, and a burrito and tamale combo plate. Everyone cleared their plates, it was sooo good. Our waiter checked on us often and kept our drinks full. We would definitely eat here again.

Passing by Utah during our road trip and I'm so glad we decided to stop here for dinner! Flavorful, colorful and plentiful all in one sitting! The service was also very kind and attentive all while feeling comfortable and cozy which was very much needed after a long drive from Colorado. I ordered the enchiladas which were tasty and the sauce was super unique and creamy! Meanwhile the fajitas were super tasty. Love the drinks too! I can't get over how ginormous the drinks and dishes were.

The chicken street tacos were really good and the service was good. The rest of the food our party ordered wasn't fabulous.

5-Star Review: Spiritual Speakeasy - A Hidden Gem Cocktail Parlor in Downtown St. George…read moreIf you're in St. George and craving a night out that feels worlds away from the typical Utah bar scene, Spiritual Speakeasy (2 W St. George Blvd #5, right at Ancestor Square) is an absolute must. It's not just another spot--it's a true speakeasy-style cocktail lounge with that perfect moody, intimate Prohibition-era vibe. Think dim lighting, plush vintage settees and ornate seating that feels like stepping into a gothic 1800s parlor, gilded mirrors, stone crosses, and an electric yet cozy energy that's ideal for date night, a special occasion, or just unwinding with friends. Spiritual Speakeasy Bar (2026) - All You MUST Know Before You Go (with Reviews) The cocktails here are next-level--award-winning (they've taken Best Bar in Southern Utah multiple times, and it shows). I went with the Smoked Old Fashioned (beautifully balanced, smoky perfection with premium spirits) and the Spicy Dead Lady (a creative, flavorful kick that's become a favorite). They also do standouts like Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Skull Chapel, and Holy Grail, all crafted with top-shelf ingredients including Utah's own High West whiskeys. The bartenders are true mixologists--super knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to chat about the spirits or customize something just for you. Spiritual Speakeasy - St. George, UT | joe coffee It's open daily from 5 PM to 1 AM (or 2 AM some nights), with live DJs on weekends adding to the lively but not overwhelming atmosphere. It's intimate (can feel a bit cozy/crowded when busy), and the music can get loud, but that's part of the electric speakeasy charm. Service is attentive, though it can slow down on peak nights--totally worth it. In a town not exactly known for wild nightlife, this place punches way above its weight. Sophisticated, fun, and unexpectedly upscale. We've already made it our go-to whenever we're in St. George. If you love craft cocktails and a unique vibe, hunt it down--you won't regret it. Highly recommended! (Pro tip: Look for the hidden entrance vibe--they make it feel like a real discovery.)

We were able to be seated without an issue, they just opened around the time we came in. The ambiance was cool & different & the secret door was a cool touch. Drinks were great. Loved the variety they offered. I took a star off because the guy who checked our IDs in the front didn't tell us it was open seating, so we just stood there waiting to be helped not knowing what to do if we can sit anywhere , or needed to wait. The bartender didn't stop to welcome us , or let us know it was open seating. We aren't locals, nor have we been before, so standing there without any direction was kind of not welcoming. Overall, it was a cool vibe, drinks were good, however not sure if I would return when I do come into town.

What a delightful experience, . . . perhaps our best dining experience ever . . . anywhere. The theme, access, and bookcase entrance were unique, interesting, and memorable; the feel, decor, setting, music, and ambience were delightful and upscale; the food was delicious and well-appointed (my miso salmon was very tasty); the mocktails were tasty; the mystery dessert and writing our review in one of their books were fun; and the staff were "without peer" from my experience. In particular, Kiley (our server) was professional, competent, timely, responsive, energetic, pleasant, attentive, friendly, and a delight to chat with. The date was a surprise to my wife (an avid fan of books), and she loved all of it. As did I. It was everything I could have ever wanted in celebrating 50 years of dating my sweetheart. The service? Spot on. If you're after an intimate, low-key spot with a warm atmosphere and a subtle speakeasy feel, this place delivers. The owners were there in person, took time to connect, and added a level of authenticity that's hard to fake. It's a bit tucked away and not where you'd expect--but that's part of the charm. A good speakeasy should feel like a find. We tried the meatballs with bacon jam, Maryland crab cakes, and the miso salmon--each one well-executed without trying too hard. Dessert was an orange cake that finished things off perfectly. Portions were just right. The cocktails stand out--not just for presentation, but for the clear intention behind them. There's a creative, almost literary theme running through the menu, and it shows real effort and originality. After talking with the bartender, it's obvious they take pride in constantly refining and creating. If you're looking for a relaxed, intimate date night spot that feels a little off the radar but fully worth it--this is one to check out.

At home! I was my last day visiting, so we wanted to hang out at home. We ordered the lasagna, I know... Impossible as they are always out, chicken pesto, and the Positano - rigatoni. Even though we had them as carryout, the food is excellent regardless of whether it's in the restaurant or at home. The front desk guy noted how we were lucky, we got the last piece of lasagna! With that in mind, and all the reviews, we had very high expectations for the lasagna. Collectively, out of 5 stars, we would rate the lasagna a 4. It was tasty, and the white sauce that it was served with was delicious, we enjoyed that twist on the standard red sauce lasagna. For me, while it was excellent, I felt the Positano rigatoni dish was much tastier. We all agreed the lasagna, while excellent, was a bit salty for us. The pesto pasta we added with chicken. It was a very good dish. My son was a bit disappointed as he said it was very light on the pesto compared to the last time he had ordered it, it had a lot more pesto. I tended to agree that it was very light in the flavor, I would say almost an imperceptible hint of pesto. We were looking forward to a robust pesto dish. But it was still a good dish! We would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Now for the piece de resistance... The Positano rigatoni. The sauce was rich and flavorful and delicious! Italian sausage was a treat... This is definitely our favorite and for us, the most flavorful. My son's girlfriend has ordered it previously, and we all agreed we understood the recommendation! 5/5. Although we did not dine in, the restaurant is beautiful, light and airy, a very open ambience. Next time I am in town for a visit, we will definitely dine in!
