Found the DFH while in the neighborhood. Had no idea it was here. I would rank this one above the 3 in Raleigh. Super well taken care, great selections of foods, drinks, and desserts. Indoor, outdoor, and what appeared to be luxury space to sit and imbibe. Patty Boy - My Goodness! Quite possibly the best "greasy spoon" burger around! Will for sure be back!

This place was SO GOOD. The only downside is there's so much to try and I'm only here one time. We decided to try the bakery, where we watched them make these goods in person (this only compelled us to buy more). Then we went to ex voto (not pictured) and got the Crunchwrap, SO GOOD!!! Finally, we tried the corner Yaki place and got bahn mi and cucumber salad. Bahn mo was INSANE. the cucumber salad was ok. Overall, great experience, the place was very cute

Many different places to choose from inside this fabulous food hall. We chose the crunch wrap place X-Voto... The crunch wrap was amazing. I had the chorizo one. Their crunch wrap puts Taco Bells to shame! Gotta try one!

Great food hall with lots of delicious and diverse options! There are about ~10 vendors - Chinese dumplings and bao buns, tacos, bagels, Napolitan pizza, Indian, seafood, and a large bar in the middle. On the upper level (there's a ramp), there are a few vendors- baked goods/dessert, coffee, and bubble tea. The Napoli Neapolitan pizza paired with the cider from the bar was an epic meal! Napoli Neapolitan pizza (5/5) - The wood-fired Neapolitan DOC Buffalo Margharita pizza with a pillowy soft charred crust hit the spot! It's among the best pizzas I've had in the U.S.! I waited for 20 min to get my pizza, just be patient! Auctioneer Bar (5/5) - The Flat Rock CIder has a strong note of blueberries was sweet and refreshing! The Hibiscus cocktail with Bourbon was fun to try, but not my cup of tea. The bartender was super nice! It's also part of the Social District, so you can get drinks to go! Milk Lab (4/5) - The berry smoothie was very colorful, but very sweet even at 50% sweetness. Little Barb's Bakery (3/5) - While the pastries looked alluring and very tempting, I wasn't a big fan of the cheesecake bite. Among my favorite food halls in the country and will stop by again when I'm in the area!

Totally love the vibe in Durham Food Hall! Live entertainment, family friendly, hipster and modern, artistic and cool vibe! They have a seafood retail that sells local grown oysters. Wednesday is $2 oysters! The Yakisoba Asian Fusion counter with lotus style bao buns. They have an Italian place and a curry place plus the bakery and the coffee shop. I walked around taking in all the lovely smells. I want to taste it all.

I went to the Durham food hall for the first time! I had patty boy it was a great burger and tots! It was made to order and didn't take long at all. The tots and ranch were absolutely homemade and amazing. It's a nice ambiance inside with lots of options for seating. A good amount of choices but not too many to be overwhelming. Everyone i interacted with was nice and helpful! I'll be back

Fun place to go if people want different food items. They had a really good Napoleon pizza a Japanese place seafood Mexican and Indian. There's also a bubble tea place and a bar in the middle. My only Quam is it's a little expensive drinks were running around $12 And my boyfriends want dinner was 23 without table service.

Resting Cuke Face - cucumber vodka, mint, lemon, soda. Very refreshing!

I've been here before, so I'm not sure where previous reviews went. The bar service is still my favorite place for late-afternoon drinks with wifi. Covered parking deck for retail, several food options, and always cheerful bar staff. The open two-story area over the bar gives a modern semi-brutalist feeling, with a faux-concrete bar and sheet metal work surfaces behind. There are always great smells here, any it varies by time of day depending on which venue is cooking. But I'm busy writing right now, and enjoying my drink. Maybe I'll see you here some afternoon and we can chat a bit more?

What a great food hall! Two things really stuck out for me. 1) the use of the space is really cool. It's not that big, but it flows well and it's unique and quirky. It ties in the building really well. 2) the variety of the foods is excellent. Again, not the biggest food hall, but they have such a great selection of foods. I'm sure there's more, but I saw pizza, Italian, Mexican, sandwiches, noodles, burgers and on. There's something for everyone. And like 17 things for me. We ate at old north and I had a great burger. We sat at the bar in the middle and I picked up a NC ipa with the burger. Great service and decent beer selection at the bar.

    Is it street parking only?

There is a parking deck around the corner of the same building. Take your parking ticket to the main bar inside and they will validate it for you.

    Is there outdoor seating?

Yes, there are tables on the sidewalk out front but it is first-come first-served.

The cookery looks great from the outside: color mural on its side-wall, fancy metal, grillwork up front along with a cool sign are the only hints of what lies inside. For this charity dinner they had a bunch of long tables set up family-style for a communal dinner. In back the bar was busy and buzzing with action. And the overall space is not huge but comfortable and lit really well. Accent lights on the rough brick walls created a lot of visual texture for the eye. The space is open but still very personal. A landing area at top was unused and a storage area up front near the ceiling housed what looks like brewing equipment for Ponysaurus (?) Overall the Cookery seems like a great space for a corporate or personal event if you don't have a huge headcount.
