He responded by saying he'd been there for two years and that an appointment has always been required -- and without one, I couldn't be seen. No empathy, no professionalism. However, I took my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek there for diagnosis of oil mix in the coolant. The owner, Mohammed called me after I left the vehicle with him that he found the radiator leaking and had to change it first and he would then diagnose after that. It seems ridiculous to me that the radiator replacement will come before diagnosis for oil mix. I paid him $841 which was what he quoted to have the radiator replace and the hoses flushed. He said he called me that the car is ready which he never did. He claimed he texted me which he never did as there was no evidence of call of text from him. I picked up the car a week later instead of 2 days and though the radiator was replaced, the car is still leaking coolant and I had to take it to another shop. He was rude and not ready to talk about diagnosing what the real problem is with the oil and coolant mix. He was only interested in replacing the radiator. Which true technician would not check or diagnose what the issue is with the oil mix and only went ahead to replace radiator. He talked down on me and my wife and we had to leave his shop very unhappy and frustrated. Don't trust them and assume they fix your car when they told you they did!
