This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

The second day was horrendous. - I had called in a request a week earlier for them to clean inside the oven. They refused saying that the main office had not told them about the request. - We requested them to use the grout cleaner and they sprayed it on the floor but didn't bother to wait the few minutes or scrub afterwards -- simply wiped with water. - We requested them to sweep the rug below the kitchen table but they said they did it already -- there were still crumbs under the table. The living room wood surfaces were left dusty. - The master bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned fully -- the shower fixtures seemed to be untouched -- I had to clean the surface of the drawers in the bathroom because there were smudges on the surface -- the bathroom didn't even smell of cleaning agents like last time - they damaged the furniture in one of the bedrooms -- scraping off polish and paint - the 1st floor bathroom had streaks of liquid soap on the marble surface -- just as I had seen it in the morning before I left for work. He is thoughtful and considerate of each client's space, recognizing it as a place of peace and well-being, which was the exact opposite of what my apartment had become. It's been an incredibly difficult year, and challenges continue to arise, but Tim gave us a fresh start--an immense weight lifted from our bodies and the chance to breathe again. A couple of minor things for next time: while the apartment is stunningly clean, there were a few spots where the team seemed to "tap out". Some items were placed in unexpected locations--like reusable shopping bags inside the open space of the TV console, shower products left scattered, coat racks and dog harnesses still unorganized even though I sent a picture of that space to be cleaned, and kitchen spices mixed with glassware despite Tim mentioning it to his staff before they started. These are very nitpicky details and honestly not significant. If you want a solid deep clean -- Tim's your guy!!! What matters most is that I wanted a beautiful, clean space, and Organic Tim's went above and beyond to deliver that. They even rearranged some furniture, transforming this space from a reminder of chronic illness, stress, and exhaustion into a space where my family and I can come together and live fully. The use of organic cleaning materials was important to us and he did not disappoint. He showed up promptly with his team at the appointed day and time and they went right to work.
