Grooming can be a lot for him, especially when he has to stand for periods of time. The team is always so gentle with him. They make sure he is supported, comfortable, and never rushed. I can tell they are mindful of his age and his limits, and that means everything to me. Teenie always comes back looking adorable and smelling amazing, but what really stands out is the care. They treat my dogs like they matter, not like they are just another appointment on the schedule. If you have an older pup or a dog that needs a little extra patience, I truly recommend them. Mushy especially has been in loving hands there, and that peace of mind is priceless. I love them and we are so happy to have them in our community.

I made an appointment with Lodi Grooming last week. I filled out ALL of their forms which included…read moremy address. I took time off of work to be available for the appointment today for 4:00. I JUST NOW received a text message stating that I was outside of their area. So I gave them a call. I was met by a VERY SNARKY man who said that there was no way they could tow their hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment down the road to my house. He also sarcastically told me that maybe I should take my cat to the vet. He was so rude that the owner took the phone and started crying about feeding her family and then they hung up on me. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have ever encountered. My cat is in dire need of grooming and I looked forward to this appointment all week. Please stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this so called business.

The dogs were terrified and needed to get vaccinated and chipped before we sent them to Canada. Annie's tiny paws in Canada contacted WAR directly, requesting that we send them ASAP to provide disabled veterans a Christmas miracle. Veterans would receive dog training to help them regain the ability to live independently for the rest of their lives. The community rallied around and supported the cause. They also provided financial support to transport these dogs to the new rescue in Canada, at no charge. I have to say the veterinarians and staff at Country Oaks provided Christmas miracles to these Veterans' families and their dogs by quickly addressing all their medical needs before transportation on December 20, 2025. We thank them all for them for providing what we call "The Christmas Miracle"

We had a good experience with this mobile grooming service. It was easy to schedule online and the…read morecompany reached out via text message to confirm and communicate any scheduling changes, which was very convenient. The groomer arrived earlier than initially expected which worked out nicely for us. (He reached out via text the morning of to see if he could come earlier.) Upon arrival he was kind, personable and so good with our pup. She took to him pretty quickly. This was our first grooming experience ever. And I didn't realize how valuable it would be to have someone come to your home, greet your pet and groom them onsite, but it was such a time saver for us. It allowed us to do some much needed home maintenance with the pup out of the house. I received a text when the groomer was done and then shortly after there was a knock on the door with our freshly groomed pup. I do have to note that the shampoo products smelled strongly. It was a good smell but a bit overpowering, at least for our liking. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend.

He has been going to Sierra Vet for grooming for 14 years and this is the 3rd time he has gone elsewhere. Our regular groomers Sierra vet) couldn't get Jack in for grooming for 4 weeks. He was in desperate need of a good groom. I couldn't wait 4 weeks. I looked on Yelp and Facebook recommendations and found Paw My Heart. They were very prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. Jack had a hot spot and they said they have groomed dogs before with similar problems they could still groom him. They even had a special shampoo to help his hot spot. After his groom, Jack smelled great, looked great ( although he didn't get a fashion accessory "neckerchief") and he was very happy to be trimmed up and clean.
