I told her that was fine and asked her to deliver the one available container and cancel the other. She stated she would have to go to another location to process that change, which seemed unusual. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily complicated. Because of the confusion, I requested that the entire order be canceled. However, the order still was not canceled, and DoorDash drivers continued accepting and arriving for the pickup. This wastes the drivers' time, negatively affects their ratings, and reflects poorly on the store's operations. This is not the first negative experience I've had at Smoothie King locations, and the repeated attitude from staff makes customers feel unwelcome. If a product is not available or the store does not want to sell it, then it should not be listed as available for purchase on the website. Accurate inventory and proper order management are basic expectations, and this experience fell well short of that standard.
