Very light taste and not overpowering so that was a highlight. The trick is surrounded by many food truck options that I'm sure would be tempting when open. El Guapo has been the top choice so far with classic caramel, chocolate notes and a nice syrupy mouthfeel. Every bag has been consistently-roasted and quick to dial-in. Third Coast has so far resisted the insane shrinkflation that has affected many coffee options. As a comparison, local roaster Greater Goods is nearly 2x more expensive, and Third Coast is better. This is the best value in high quality espresso in Austin...and maybe across the US. Highly-recommended!
