The pastries were not labeled so we asked about the doughnut and grabbed one. The strawberry matcha was okay. The matcha is overwhelmed by the strawberry and is lost in the experience. The iced americano I was shocked didn't have the defined flavor. It's also very subtle and the ice to water ratio with espresso not well crafted. I think Peaches Coffee has a vibe but not very welcoming. I follow them on Instagram and was just underwhelmed with the service, experience and drinks. I do recommend checking it out as maybe it was just an off day.

Everything was so delicious! To no surprise, my kids scarfed down the cookie to which I can only assume was delicious. I did get to try a bite of the ham, egg, and swiss croissant and it was delicious. The croissant was perfectly flakey! The smoothie tasted super fresh. The original Civil Goat is quiet and peaceful through the trees. Upon arrival, it looks like there's only 3 parking spots, but as you keep driving, there's a whole lot behind the shop for parking. It's not super expansive, but at 9:30 am on a Wednesday, I had no issue finding a spot. They have a large covered patio and a small interior shop. They have QR codes on tables to order on your phone and stand up kiosks for to go orders as well. You can also order inside from the barista, but I got a feeling they just prefer you order from the kiosk... I ordered a lavender latte that was delightful and warm. Very balanced in its flavors. It was served in a cute seafoam mug. My friend ordered a cappuccino that was served in frankly a cuter cup, so I was immediately jealous. I also ordered one of their specialty sandwiches called the Cuerney Sam with bacon, egg, American cheese, hot sauce (Cholula), and honey on a croissant. It was $12 which would have me on here complaining about SandFlation, but it was a hearty size and very well done. Nothing overpowered anything else, so the sandwich lived in harmony. I decided to order a second coffee to go. I got their Coco Capp with brown sugar and coconut syrup. They offer alternative milks of oat and almond free of charge, which is a huge W and something I don't see anywhere. Wow...the combination of flavors had your mouth rejoicing. I found the latte so enjoyable to drink. The food truck manager was extremely prepared and incredibly personable. The food truck was quite eye-catching in vivid purple with their lattes even more memorable. Overall, Later Gator customers exuded a very chill vibe... Whenever I am in the area, I will definitely be trying more of their latte offerings.
