all I can say is horrible. They always constantly get my drinks wrong. I never have a good experience here. The workers are all messing around and whenever a drink looks bad. They never want to remake it. I have had to call Dutch Bros Customer Support so many times to the point where it looks suspicious that I am complaining so much y'all need to get your stuff together and pick better people to run your business. I wish this wasn't so. This location has gone to bed with the dogs. Each day it is taking progressively longer and longer to get drinks often with less and less people in line Dutch Bros is supposed to be about 100% satisfaction guaranteed if you don't like your drink no problem let us know. We'll remake it for free however, if I noticed that my drink is incorrect and I politely say hey that doesn't look right they now instantly give attitude and want to argue that it's not the case. I spend a ridiculous amount of money on coffee every single day I know what my beverage should look like so when I'm being polite and telling you that it's not made correct, you should listen and work on rectifying it, especially as that is the bare minimum standards of Dutch Bros the employees are so brazen these days that they like to talk crap about customers that have recently pulled away or about you in front of your face if you happen to ask to speak to management in regards to the continuously messed up orders, rude service, or filthy drinks that are handed to you thus getting coffee on your clothes and staining them. I have a lot of love and patience for this store as I helped open it and I understand that their operator is going through a lot and that they have recently gone through a lot of change, but that doesn't negate how they should treat customers, regardless if the customer is upset or not. I ordered three drinks today and paid, the employee was very polite. I had to wait for my drinks for a total of 20 minutes, which was excused by the workers due to the fact that they were "training." I was annoyed by the wait but thought it was okay because I know how food service can be, until I realized they made my drink wrong. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to make three drinks for one of them to be wrong; especially when I paid $1.00 extra for Strawberry Boba when it was not put in my drink. I'd heard a lot about this place and decided to give it a try during the holiday season. Therefore I tried their seasonal drink: Candy cane mocha- Hot The mocha came through the most. Towards the end is when I started tasting the peppermint flavor more. I really like the tops that they use as it's way easier to drink that the normal coffee tops you'll get at places like Starbucks. Ah coffee, the legal drug of choice in the morning. Whether you're grabbing a cup from a fast food joint, a trendy spot that only locals know about or at home with your special K-pod brewstation, coffee and sugar is responsible for charging our morning batteries more than political posts on social media. For me, I like to work out first thing, then drink some "Jo" to kick start my day. One of my friends asked, have you heard of Dutch Bros coffee b/c it's really good? I was inquisitive if this was competition to starbucks or Super Mario Bros, however the simple answer was no. Dutch Bros was started in Oregon b/c apparently trendy fast coffee joints all start in the Northwest. I waited a couple days from opening to hit the facility however that didn't matter as the line was three wide and 10 cars deep, which by my calculations is the distance to the sun. How fitting considering I was sitting in this Texas heat. The small free-standing unit is quaint with a walkup counter and outside seating but I'm not sure if one can actually sit inside. However, the quandary becomes do you want pinky up patrons and new age hipsters sitting inside your establishment writing the next horrible American novel on their apple laptops or save cash and not offer them a place to congregate? As I sat in line I pondered my beverage of choice, what makes Dutch bros so busy besides the excitement of a new coffee joint? Alas one of the attendants came to my window to greet me with a wonderful smile on her face. So I posed a question to her, "what hot coffee should I try which screams this is Dutch Bros?" After some nonsensical banter we decided the Kicker was for me. Although she tried to upsell me on coffees with 6x the caffeine. I've never had an obnoxious "energy" drink in my life and I wasn't going to start with the classier cousin today. In addition to the coffee I got a chocolate chip muffin top. A smile ran through my minds eye as I recalled Elaine from Seinfeld but also robust Walmart women stuffing themselves into yoga pants. It took a good 35 minutes to get through the line as they were having difficulty keeping up with the amount of business along with not being streamlined in serving customers, which will come with experience. Anyways as an engineer I was impressed with the top having an elevated spout opening which accomplishes two things, aeration and cooling. The Kicker hit my lips and it was really good and it was as good as some of the foo foo spots I've hit. The blend of espresso, half & half and Irish cream went very well together. Although I typically like a medium roast with limited cream and sweetener this was a good little treat and I highly recommend it. Finally, the muffin top was ok. I mean this is restaurant focusing on fast business so it's not like I could get something homemade. I wouldn't get it again but I'm not much of a sweets person. In summary, Dutch Bros is a welcome addition to any town's coffee scene, offering good alternatives to trendy locals only spots or that other northwest company. The prices are competitive, the choices are numerous and the execution is pretty good. While the time to get a cup of brown gold might take a bit, I suspect it will get better. You can't go wrong with trying it out once to see what the hype is about for yourself. As for me, my frequency will be based on time and temperament b/c sometimes I like to people watch with my pinky up writing some standup material. Nothing better than observing people and crafting jokes about our nature while mainlining caffeine. But I prefer better scenery to do so rather than the concrete jungle. read more

3.5 stars. They have the best chai, better than Starbucks, Tea2Go or Einstein Bros. though sometimes it's a little too sweet. I've tried several of their other drinks and they're all just very sweet. Their iced teas are good. It's a pain that their menu shows no prices so you don't know how much you're spending until you order. Their staff is always wildly upbeat and kind. Every single person I've talked to is super friendly and make you feel like they're glad you're there. I feel bad for them having to stand outside to take orders when it's hot or cold though. The one thing I hate is how mindnumbingly long it takes to stop here. You need to be prepared to spend 15-30 minutes in line as they take two orders at a time but you have to slowly merge to get your drink from the window. It's not efficient at all. I don't stop that often because of how long the lines are. If they improved this it would be 4 stars. Hard to get all the way to 5 because I only enjoy a few of their drinks. read more

I have a love-love relationship with this Dutch Bros location because the staff here is awesome. It's in a prime location because I commute north to Austin for work, and it's right off the I-35 so it doesn't take me much to convince myself to stop by. My go-to order is a small iced golden eagle, no whip with extra caramel, and only recently I learned from this location that what I really want is extra caramel to line my cup combined with extra caramel drizzle on top. Whenever I'm in Texas, I find any and every reason to stop at Dutch Bros, and every time it's never a disappointment. I've come on Thanksgiving Day, three times in one week, and am always looking forward to when I'll be back in town so I can get my golden eagle again. read more

We went to the drive thru for the grand opening on 08/12/22! The line was moving pretty fast considering the long line. My drink was delicious I got the cookie dough blended drink and my son got the Iced Gummy Bear Lemonade. Bruno my pup got a super fancy pup cup. The muffin top was good but there is nothing like a freshly baked muffin top. All the staff was super friendly! Make sure you download the app. I'm so excited to have a DB in the neighborhood. A little late on my review but we stopped by here on 11/08 almost 20 minutes before closing and we thought we weren't gonna get helped because the sign was off BUT we still did get helped. & needless to say the young lady taking our order was super nice and patient with us. Had a very positive attitude and I just wanted to say THANK YOU because I had a stressful & long day that day I almost missed my flight back home(here) & my toddlers ears popped during landing and cried for almost 10 minutes which was stressful for me because he has never cried on an airplane before!
