The drinks are great. Pretty quick and the baristas are friendly. When it comes to ambiance it can get crowded so a bit intimidating when picking up or placing an order. Today's visit, being on April 3rd, around 6pm, I was in drive through, which surprisingly was not packed. But being the second person in line, I was assisted by Joyce, and she just made our day better! From her taking our orders, to having a casual conversation, to laughing and introducing ourselves. By far my favorite dutch bro experience. The shift lead (guy) as well, who was working in the drive through to give the drinks, also was just as funny, attentive, and friendly as Joyce. The line at this location is ridiculous at 3:55pm on a Wednesday. It's so bad it makes people that are entering the parking lot from Romona blvd have to wait just to get to parking for any of the other business there. The cars waiting block the entrance to get to the Chase bank parking lot which is also busy. There is a sign asking ppl not to block the business parking lot entrance but ppl still do it anyway and there's no way for you to know that there is no line for chase when you're just stuck in a line when entering the parking lot. First time I came there was about 20 cars in front of me in drive through and it took about 45 min. 2nd time I mobile ordered 30 min ahead, then I got there and I still had to wait 30+ min. What's the point of mobile ordering, when the drive through and the regular non-mobile ordering takes the same amount of time? Other locations are way better. It's a chain coffee shop and I don't really like to review chain food establishments however I do want to say that whether or not you like chain, coffee shops, I think Dutch Bros has quite an array of different drinks that anybody would be satisfied with what they order. Whether if you like something fruity, something bubbly or if you want just a plain hot coffee, they have it all. it's almost overwhelming with all the customization and products that they have but the people in the drive-through always are happy to recommend something. But once I get to order, I panic and always get the golden eagle. Protein coffee is great. All it is is a protein rich milk. I haven't gotten anything disgusting from there, so that's that. I wouldn't consider this place having amazing coffee, but it's a chain and what chain has "amazing" coffee? I do want to say that at this particular location everybody that I have encountered has been incredibly nice, patient, and just seems really happy to be there. I do think that across the board people who work at Dutch Bros are just more chipper and Happy, but I think this location people just seem extra kind. read more

I am a regular here, don't get me wrong I am an official die hard Dutch Bro for life. However, the service here is a little disappointing. This is in regards to the staff OUTSIDE taking the drive thru orders. The drive thru window drink hand off staff is top tier no complaints there. There's been numerous occasions I am having to wait on staff to finish their personal , (and sometimes foul language / inappropriate) conversations literally while they're at my car side. They'll both walk up to my door & still talking to one another laughing joking around finishing off a story while I just sit & wait till they're done. It just doesn't sit right with me I find it rather rude, which has caused me to just park & go order at the walk up window in the future. This recent time I went it was a rather inappropriate conversation between 2 staff members ( 1x female 1x male) the male was cursing up n down he didn't care I was right there, he was talking to the female about pressing some dude who had a issue with him he dropped F Bombs & using strong profanity that I won't mention on here publicly, but it was back to back, discussed fighting with someone, & the female was laughing. another occasion was a girl with another girl discussing her boyfriend and had literal hickies all over her neck & the other female jokingly calls her a wh0re. I literally changed lanes just to move away I was so annoyed and shocked that this conversation was taking place in front of a customer and their lack of care for that. like I said I come here OFTEN, but I will not be doing the drive thru anymore, the lack of urgency and care for customers is ridiculous and feels extremely uncomfortable hearing these kids talk the way they do while on the job in front of staff. I'll be back, but cautious. If this continues I may reach out to corporate just to have them notified because ive been to other locations and never have this issue, but unfortunately this is the closest one to me ... dutch bris us worth the extra 15 min drive tho if it means better service. read more
