I got their House Milk Tea and it was delicious and the boba was chewy and not hard and their staff was very friendly and nice.

09/25/2024 Finally, a new boba place is now open. Soft Opening so please be patient as they fine tune things. The boba is soft and the matcha powder is strong. Right amount of milk and ice. I like trying the drink before i Shake things up. You can order at the kiosk or at the counter. They have a QR code to order online. Please excuse the person who was first to review. It may be a chain but I think you can say it is franchised. Individually owned with the same concept for service. That means some training to get the employees up to speed and practice to get the service you saw at another location. I do Hope they let me know when they have their Grand Opening so i could participate. I wonder if I could camp out here to work remote or start a study group.

Shoutout to Lupe O. For always making our visits so pleasant and having such great customer service and a smile on her face. I've been to 3 different boba times and they could never make my bfs boba drink the way he likes aside from this location so this is always our go to! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location is just amazing if I can give more than 5 stars I would and it's always so spotless and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

If I could put 0 stars I would!!!!! The worker had a nasty attitude there was 2 men at the time of my visit! There was one doing the drinks and one being a cashier he completely had the worst attitude and worst customer service ever! I sincerely hate when people have a nasty ugly attitude towards customers because if you didn't want to work today why even show up? Some people take their hard earned money to try and treat themselves the man being a cashier was talking to me like I was stupid!! He needs to get fired Asap!!!! To top it off that they put my drink in an open lid container this is so crazy! I'm currently sitting outside in the parking lot writing this review! Extremely disappointed Do not come here!!!! He looked so mad doing his job and he went to the back to help the other man make drinks i will not be consuming this knowing that man did everything with a nasty attitude! DO NOT COME HERE

Large caramel frappe and a Butterfly Lemonade so delicious!!!

There wasn't a sign, no notice, and nobody mentioned it beforehand. If that's really the policy, you guys need to post a sign so customers don't waste their time driving over. I literally walked out, called the Alhambra location, and they had no problem making the exact same order for me. Not much else to say. If it's a real policy, communicate it better. Otherwise you're just sending customers somewhere else.

We went in to get two different flavors: - Pineapple ginger -lime, and lemon She added those flavors on at no additional cost, just as an additional solid for us. Really great, really refreshing. One of the best fresh cane juices we've had in a long time. Highly recommend if you're looking for something to quench your thirst during this hot summer sun. Service was really quick as well, and the ambience was really nice on the inside. Not a lot of space to drink inside, but plenty of space to drink outside. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10.

They use fresh sugarcane instead of frozen, and if you've had enough sugarcane juice, you can absolutely taste it. The flavor here is richer, earthier, and more complex than places like Vita Cane. Even the color is different. It's a little murkier and less transparent, which was my first clue that this was going to taste different. My husband and I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised to find no line. Ordering is done through a tablet kiosk at the front, and as soon as we finished placing our order, the woman working immediately started making everything fresh. We ordered the Sugar Cane Float to enjoy there and a half gallon of sugarcane juice to bring home. The float was unexpectedly good! Better than anticipated. We chose vanilla ice cream (they also had coconut, coffee, and another flavor I can't remember), and the two scoops melted into the sugarcane juice, giving it a creamy, almost milkshake-like texture while still tasting refreshing. I've never seen this offered at Vita Cane before, and now I'm already planning to come back to try the coconut version. The shop itself is very clean, with bench seating by the front windows if you'd like to wait for your order or enjoy your drink there. The woman working was also incredibly kind. When our half gallon was ready, she recommended portioning it out and freezing anything we wouldn't drink within three days so it would stay fresh. Good advice... except we ended up finishing the entire thing in two days! If you're a sugarcane juice fan and think all sugarcane juice tastes the same, Fresh Cane might change your mind. The difference between fresh and frozen cane is surprisingly noticeable, and this has easily become one of my favorite spots in SGV for a refreshing drink.

It felt like they either made it way too early and left it out, or put it in a fridge that wasn't cold enough, so it ended up melting. Overall, very disappointing because I had to put it in the freezer to freeze it which ruined the textures of some of the toppings because it became too frozen while the açaí was still not frozen enough. The service is also alright, nothing too substantial. I just had issues with the açaí bowl.
