I am a regular here, don't get me wrong I am an official die hard Dutch Bro for life. However, the service here is a little disappointing. This is in regards to the staff OUTSIDE taking the drive thru orders. The drive thru window drink hand off staff is top tier no complaints there. There's been numerous occasions I am having to wait on staff to finish their personal , (and sometimes foul language / inappropriate) conversations literally while they're at my car side. They'll both walk up to my door & still talking to one another laughing joking around finishing off a story while I just sit & wait till they're done. It just doesn't sit right with me I find it rather rude, which has caused me to just park & go order at the walk up window in the future. This recent time I went it was a rather inappropriate conversation between 2 staff members ( 1x female 1x male) the male was cursing up n down he didn't care I was right there, he was talking to the female about pressing some dude who had a issue with him he dropped F Bombs & using strong profanity that I won't mention on here publicly, but it was back to back, discussed fighting with someone, & the female was laughing. another occasion was a girl with another girl discussing her boyfriend and had literal hickies all over her neck & the other female jokingly calls her a wh0re. I literally changed lanes just to move away I was so annoyed and shocked that this conversation was taking place in front of a customer and their lack of care for that. like I said I come here OFTEN, but I will not be doing the drive thru anymore, the lack of urgency and care for customers is ridiculous and feels extremely uncomfortable hearing these kids talk the way they do while on the job in front of staff. I'll be back, but cautious. If this continues I may reach out to corporate just to have them notified because ive been to other locations and never have this issue, but unfortunately this is the closest one to me ... dutch bris us worth the extra 15 min drive tho if it means better service. read more

Terrible customer service.i placed an online order for pick up for 8am. I get to the pick up window at 8:02. The girl asks me what my name was and I told her, she turned around told another worker "when you're done with her order she's here". Worker finished my order and never called me. I go up to the window again at 8:17 and my drink was just sitting there. The guy tells me "oh they didn't call your name I'm sorry". TERRIBLE. There's nothing but young kids in there fooling around. This location is a lot calmer than the Covina location. Plenty of parking and in a shopping plaza with different shops and stores. If you don't want to wait in the long drive thru line in Covina, I highly suggest coming to this location. read more

Seems they've reached out to have their reviews go up so I decided to give them another chance. The service and wait times still left me gravely disappointed. I pre-ordered again and still had to wait about 20 minutes once I got there. There was a long line of people waiting for their drinks as well. This location gives Dutch Bros a bad name and has caused me to visit less Dutch Bros in general. The ones in Orange County or even Covina are what a Dutch Bros should be. This locations is just not living up to the name. I've now had several friends verify that the drinks are inconsistent, the waits are terrible (even when you pre-order) and the service is terrible. I'm sure there are a few standouts as there are in any business and that's where you see the great reviews but unfortunately that's not enough. They should require all of their employees to meet a certain standard. read more

He coffee knowledge was spot on. My friend ordered a tea drink and she was just as knowledgeable on tea as well. Ella was amazing and will definitely go back in hopes of seeing her again and getting some more drink recommendations. I also interacted with Liza and Tyler. They were just as awesome. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service. The lines are long but they are long because it's not just a drive thru coffee shop. It's an experience. There is something for everyone here and the Broistas like Ella, Liza and Tyler will definitely make sure you find something you will like. From energy drinks to teas and shakes and slushes, coffees and dirty sodas. There is seriously even flavored water in sugar free. Did I mention they give out cute stickers at least once a month! If you get the chance stop by this place and make sure to get to know the broistas. I haven't met any that weren't over the top friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the drinks as well. They even can tell you a bit of the Dutch bros history. All in all I love this place. I just wish they had seating and maybe a restroom so I would want to hang out and meet up with friends here. Drive through gentlemen walking to each car was GREAT. I think his name was Javette--sorry for the inaccurate name. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd go back just because he was so fantastic. The drive through wait was terribly long. From what I could see, so was the walk up line. They are relatively new at this location, so I'm hoping they find their groove soon and speed up the ordering process. Was looking for an alternative to SB and a hot chai latte. My order was good and Comparable to SB. I'll be back once the lines seem to move faster. The young lady at the wi die was super friendly. She provided small talk while I waited. Had been a Starbucks regular, but I think here you get way more variety of delicious drinks, including energy drinks lemonade, and smoothies, which Starbucks does not offer. The drive-through line moves super fast. (at least when I went there.) and the broista's provided great and friendly service.
