Was in Barstow and needed to use the restroom and stopped at this Starbucks. Inside it's clean and there's tables on the main floor. I noticed outlets along the wall so you can plug in if you need to charge your devices or work on your computer from here. The restroom was clean as well. They're fast here and made my Strawberry Acai lemonade refresher & egg bits in 10 minutes or less. Great place to stop and stretch. read more

Great location right next to tesla superchargers in barstow. The service here was excellent, such a friendly kind staff that was super fast with my order. not a ton of seating but they have plenty of clean bathrooms which driving thru and getting a drink is the perfect places to make a stop. read more

Great location that is easy to get to from the freeway. Large interiors that has tables, but could us a bit more seating, like a community table or window bar table. The staff is keeping up with the constant business both inside the store and drive-thru. Nice that the non-gender bathrooms don't have code, but they will need attention a bit more often. Overall, the store is clean with all the expected amenities. My iced green tea in my personal cup was the usually goodness. read more

Doesn't have the typical Starbucks Ambiance, Seems like this location was designed to suffice Large Travel Crowds or the Travel Buses. The Drive Through is easier for travelers as the Original location on Main Street would have customers lined up in the street. This new location has 2 lanes for drive through customers. This location also has "6 Restrooms" inside and External Sinks for washing hands. read more

This Starbucks is the other one across from the smaller Starbucks in the small plaza with the motel and the gas station. We stopped here a few times and it had always been a quick in and out. The parking here is a bit small, but the store is pretty spacious and open. They also have like 6 individual restrooms (vs the other Starbucks across the street where it only had one restroom). The baristas here are very nice and drinks and foods were consistent whenever we ordered. read more

First and foremost I love love Starbucks. The staff was friendly and got the order correct. My drink was delicious and the right temperature. The store has a lot of moving traffic. It's a very popular store and a great hangout. The only thing I want to mention because it sadden me to see the store so dirty. Straws and napkins on the floor. Trash on the floor. I just find it surprising that no staff member doesn't do an hourly sweep of the store. read more

We found this Starbucks while driving south. The music was way too loud which is why my order was messed up by a young female who appeared to be a manager. I asked for a grande Americano. I did NOT ask for oat milk. I ordered a serving of oatmeal with the toppings. While waiting I asked the employee to add extra hot water to my oatmeal. My coffee came and oatmeal didn't. I finally asked the same employee. She said she thought I wanted oat milk and extra hot water in my Americano. She did not hear me order oatmeal. She gave me the oatmeal for free to account for her errors. The moral of my story - TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!! read more

We placed a mobile order to pick up and go... the service was quick and we got our order promptly, though that's where the "good" experience ended. They have an open bathroom plan, which I don't mind, but out of 6 bathrooms (2 of which are handicapable accessible) not a single one has a changing table for use. As a highway exit Starbucks, this is disappointing, as many families come in and out of this area back and forth between the state lines.. when we asked if there was a stall we missed that had a changing table we were given shrugged shoulders and a rude "sorry" my husband had to help me wipe down the sink counter and put a blanket down to change baby there.. we'll make it a point not to stop at this Starbucks again. So disappointed as this is a brand new Starbucks location that we were excited to utilize or the location across the street which is run down and poorly kept... looks like we'll have to keep going there instead. read more

So I asked for no cinnamon on an iced chai with 3 pumps of brown sugar and pumpkin cold foam, when I asked she told me it comes on it so I explained it to her that I just don't want it on the cold foam so she repeated it to me again like I was not competent to understand so I just politely said that's fine I just don't want it on the cold foam she kept saying it comes on it. So I just finally got frustrated and agreed and thought maybe I'm wrong, however I get my drink and I have cinnamon on it. I go to other places and no cinnamon required. So I don't know what this was miscommunication between the workers or them not being there for as long as I've been purchasing my drink I just know I won't come to this location. read more
