This location is one of our favorites to visit. They usually get us through the line pretty quickly or the walk up window is pretty proficient as well. They are the most consistent with getting our drinks just right. They are not super chatty especially when we are in a hurry. They are always friendly and have some great recommendations. I used to pick up my great-nephew from school 3 times a week and it was always a treat to go through the Dutch Bros drive thru. We were such regular customers, went through a lot of loyalty stamp cards! In the winter, he always ordered a kid's size not-so-hot chocolate with lots of whipped cream. In the summer he loved the kid's smoothies with a huge dollop of whipped cream on the end of the straw (he knew I didn't normally allow food or drink in my car but I made an exception for him only). I saved the cute plastic cups and still have them in my cupboard for when I have little visitors. The staff at the window were always so friendly and genuinely interested in how our day was going, what our plans were, etc. When the drive thru line was long, they sent out a person to go car to car taking orders. The wait never really was that bad. Dutch Bros is always my first choice. read more

I never do reviews, I had to for this. I always get an annihilator with almond milk. On 03/21/19 at 920am I got my coffee. As soon as I get to work, I see my drink like this, doesn't that look like rotten milk? That's disgusting and unsanitary. Does Dutch Bros employees check expiration dates? Just stopped by this location, decided to get out and order because the drive thru line is always out of control here due to the kids not having the cars move forward as they take their orders . It took over 10 minutes to get our order of 1 American and 1 hot tea simply because we were paying cash so they skipped us and took orders for 3 people behind us! I'm sorry I only had cash, I guess that means I deserve to be pushed to the back of the line. At that point just state you don't take cash. And after all that the americano was I drinkable!!!! It tasted like it had salt in it?!!! Dutch bros standards in quality and customer service has plummeted in the last few years as they have grown. It's such a bummer but they are no where worth the prices between the cost, the way you get treated and the all around inconsistency of all of the above. read more

Dutch bros was smart when they put this one in. If yours on Farmington in between murray to 209th there is not really a good drive thru coffee place expect for Dutch Bros now. With that being said this place is normally extremely busy. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. They are always going above and beyond to make you happy with your experience. read more

I love Dutch Bros. Unfortunately, this location is the first one at which I have had a bad experience. There were a few cars in front of ours, and the one in front of us was someone that the Dutch Bros workers knew, so two of the workers were at that car chatting with the driver which is totally fine. Then, a third worker came out and instead of coming to our car to take our order, she also went to that car to chat for awhile. Meanwhile, there are about 5 cars now behind ours. She then slowly walks to our car and takes our order. We ordered 2 freezes. She asked us THREE times if we would like anything else and all 3 times we said no. The car in front of us still has two workers chatting and they have not moved forward (though there is about 3-4 car lengths of space in front of them), and there are enough cars in line that they are now blocking the main road. The car in front of us finally moved forward and the workers followed along chatting. The car stopped again and the cars in front of it left, and they continued chatting while leaving 2 car lengths open until finally they got to the window and then the workers moved back inside the building while cars are still piling up in the line with only one worker taking orders. Quite disappointing. If you want a good experience I recommend the Barrows location, the Hall Blvd location, or the 99W location, all of which have ALWAYS been AWESOME. read more

Super disappointed that it took a good 10 minutes for the order in front of me to get through, and it was only for 1 drink. Decided to put my window down to hear male barista's just having personal conversations with the girl in the car. Please remind your employees not to do this. Especially when there were about 10 other cars behind me. Not only was that bad enough, but they also got my order wrong. Which made me have to wait longer to receive it. The guy felt bad and gave me additional stamps, which I am grateful for. When I finally tasted my drink after I left, it was awful. It was a watered down annihilator. My best friend and I decided to stop by this Dutch location before heading to my family's house to enjoy the sunshine and play some Yardzee. It was very busy, which was no surprise as Dutch Bros is a very popular coffee shop! We decided to walk up, I had to stay in the car because we have both of our children in their car seats. I ordered a medium size Tigersblood Blended Rebel with grapefruit HAND BLENDED EXTRA THICK- my favorite way. When she got back to the car, she had expressed to me that the girl at the walk up was very rude and when I was handed my drink I could instantly tell that it was not thick at all and probably wasn't even hand blended at all either. I ordered this same exact drink yesterday and it didn't melt at all and I drank it over the course of an hour and a half maybe even two hours and I still wasn't able to finish all of it because the ice was so thick still. I understand that it may be stressful when your store is really busy but if you can't handle it and treat ALL of your customers with respect, you shouldn't be applying at a coffee shop! I wasn't at the counter so I was unable to get the girls name and my friend who ordered and payed didn't ask. I have been coming to Dutch regularly since I was 13 and I've NEVER been so disappointed. His is by far my favorite Dutch stand in the area. It's the only one who consistently has good flavor on whatever I order (if I ask for a Cocomo, I want to TASTE the coconut) whereas others have fallen short. I am a proud mother of two kiddos that serve in our armed forces proudly, Air Force. I had not seen my girls in a very long period, due to deployments and Duty stations posted over seas. I received the best Christmas gift this year, both girls home for 1 week this Christmas. Last time I was with my girls ( All 3 of us) Dutch Bros was using a stamp method to earn free drinks. We were so excited, both girls had filled their stamps and we decided to use the free drink for the next time the three of us would be together again. Almost two years later, here we are!! Long story short, Last month I had my girls home, I had saved those two tickets for almost two years and we excitedly picked them up from airport and headed to Dutch Bros to cash in our long awaited treat. Upon arrival to order, we were told the stamped cards are a thing of the past and would not be accepted. We too were told that a military discount is not a thing. Wow. Stumbled upon this gem in Beaverton one morning while I was in OR. The gal working there told me first timers get their coffee free so that right there made me feel like I was with family.
